Always a friendly staff. Greeted immediately and asked if I needed help. I had just come from getting my hair cut at Cost Cutters where they did not listen to a word I said. I was pretty upset about the cut and these ladies let me vent. They had my product in stock and it was a quick check out.

My mom likes this place, and I bought some hair dye here today.

I had stopped in on Sunday at the location on Lime Kiln and the staff was so helpful. I had an important interview and my hair stylist was out of town and needed lightener and toner for my hair and the 2 ladies working were so nice and helpful! Great prices. Will definitely be back.

Staff are helpful and friendly. The company needs to pay their employees better so they want to stay. Always seem to be a turn over which hurts the bottom line! Keep the good ones who help with purchases and hire a checkout clerk for less money if needed. Sallys offers great options for hair colors and good deals.

Call before you go for some items during the pandemic, otherwise friendly staff and helpful.
