I had vary great service there. They helped me at first to get my car out of park on the phone(it worked). I did bring it in just for them to look it over. I had a few other things I wanted to have looked over. Everything was great, had time,said yes to everything. I love that.♡
This is a negotiation free establishment. They dont work for commission so the piece you see is the best price they can do. Pressure free setting and theyre not pushy. Great place to know youre getting a good deal.
To look at their cars. A very alert salesperson came out and was courteous, very informed on the different vehicles and not pushy at all. I also found out the Bergstrom does not negotiate that is their cost. Which is a welcome.
They got me in quickly and every one was super friendly. They fixed my car in under a half an hour. Their waiting room is huge and they have free guest Wi-Fi. Whats not to love?

Great dealership and automotive shop. I get all of my subies maintenance done here. They have a shuttle service so if you have a long wait, they will take you somewhere to wait and come pick you up when its ready! Also has a nice waiting room with refreshments. Always have had great customer service here.

Have had our subaru for 10 yrs. Were very happy with Cliff Wall. Their service and prices were excellent! Took our car in for service to Bergstom and experienced price shock. They charged us 119.95 to take our car for a test drive. Used expensive synthetic oil without our consent. I called the service manager and only reached his voicemail. Still waiting for a return call. Needless to say we will never go back. Oh and the clincher is the car still has the problem!
It looks like I gave the stars but never actually wrote a review! Twice now (12 years apart albeit) Ive driven through on a whim and bought a new car! The salespeople give you time and when they come out there is only pleasant help and nothing pushy! I love the fact that I dont have to go through the finagling as the lowest price is listed. I drove through the lot and what I would have ordered was sitting right there! I never thought I would actually buy a car in the midst of a pandemic! Everything was done through email or outside interaction with distancing. Everyone went out of there way to give the greatest service.
When I scheduled my appointment, I signed up for the 100k maintenance and noted to fix anything that needed repairs as I want my Outback to be in tip top shape. as I dropped my car off, all that was going to be done was an oil change. I am glad I asked because this is certainly not all I wanted completed. Brought the car in on Tuesday 3/23 and was advised that it would be ready Thursday. Did not receive any form of communication until the car was ready on Monday 3/29. I needed my vehicle so I arranged to pick it up on my work lunch, so I had to be in and out. Once I reviewed the receipt, I see that the 100k maintenance was not what I received. When I brought my car in, I had an error message on my dash. I recently got new tires and was told that when I get a tire rotation, the error code would go away. I am doubting that this was even completed or checked because it is still present. I see that there was a complimentary car wash added, but my car was evidently not washed. It just makes me question what was completed and what was ignored. I used to take my car to Cliff Wall Subaru and always had a great experience, so this was disappointing to go through as I just want my Outback to be cared for. Will not be returning
Pete at Bergstom Subaru really took the time to figure out the issue with my legacy, which it was not the car it was my gas tank being punctured by my stereos ground wire from another company installing . I was given a rental and kept up to date with where things were at and all was fixed in a timely manor, I felt they really went above and beyond vs telling me Im sol, I am deff a very happy customer and appreciate the time and work put in my car which I did not have to pay for thank god the other company did pay for the car to be fixed and a new gas tank installed . Overall definitely a good experience for my 1st time owning a Subaru and going through the dealership . Thanks again Pete !

Pretty much everything about my experience was positive. Making an appointment was easy, drop off was easy, my car was ready on time. But they promised me a car wash and my car didnt look one iota cleaner than when I dropped it off.
It was my first time me and my husband were buying a brand new car, I was super skeptical, but David gave us some great advice and I took the day to ponder on it. I realized it would be best to go for the brand new car we went back the next day and Chris helped with the rest of the process. They were awesome gave us the best rates. The process was quick. They reassured us and informed us with all our questions. And over all just a 10/10 for customer service and even all the other works that helped make this possible for us thank you!
Went in two days ago after work to look for a new vehicle and this is what I got. When I walked into the dealership, I wasnt greeted at all by the 5 representatives standing in the front. The driveway was poorly put together, I mean the pavement looked like it was weathered 10 years from the Wisconsin winter. The line for cars were all misaligned with the drivng lanes super narrow so that only one car could drive through. For this being a brand new establishment it was poorly put together and seemed very rush on the build. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you love poor customer service.
My wife and I decided it was time to upgrade or current SUV. We worked with Keenan and Cris, both of them did a great job! We tested out several different SUVs until we found the perfect one. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We purchased some extended polices with Nick to protect our purchase. Wed recommend Bergstrom Imports to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Horrible service. Spent 3 hours trying to get ahold of someone so that I could pay the bill and pick up my car. Spent most of that time on hold listening to how bergstrom makes it so you can buy a car in just 9 minutes. When I slent a lot more than 9 minutes just trying to get ahold of the service department. Have had bad luck with bergstrom in the past. Figured id give them another chance in the new store. Wont be going back.

Brought my used Subaru in for a used car evaluation. The list of items that needed to be fixed was incorrect, and misleading. They told me my vehicle needed new headgaskets but never wrote that down, they said I needed new shocks but never wrote it down. And they said the total cost of repairs would be near 5,000 but never told my why. I called 4 times asking for a more well put together list of parts that needed to be replaced and fixed and they would not call back. I was told the check up would take an hour and I was there for 3. Huge waste of time and money. Highly unprofessional and overall a terrible experience.
The service consultant Perry was very unprofessional and had the audacity to lie straight to my face.

5 minutes before anyone would acknowledge I was there for my appointment for my oil change. Car wash didnt even clean the windshield and left so many soap spots I needed to go for another car wash after my oil change.

Thank you to Christina Express Lube Consultant and Mike the service manager for helping me with my 2014 Subaru Outback maintenance issues and after being the 13th service center to look at using my maintenance plan I paid 1500 for at the end of March. Found out the maintenance plan paid absolutely nothing and you fixed the last of 3 recalls, which I thought was taken care of In Alabama. I did what I could to keep that vehicle But finally surrendered it back to Credit Acceptance Corporation and canceled the warranty program which another company issued but sold by CAC. I’m still trying to understand why I’m told I owe 22500 for a vehicle I paid 8000 for and canceled a warranty associated but not by CAC and I paid 2 months for a warranty that didn’t pay for anything but others charged me for out of pocket. What is what I say buyer beware warranty programs are scams in my opinion!
