This place is amazing. I came in not knowing what to expect but my experience has been absolutely fantastic. I dont have much of a credit history and my score wasnt great so Ive been searching for awhile but Chris set me up with a great car on a fair payment plan that works for me and now I get to show off my new car to all my friends!

Insane interest rates, so if you wanna pay $20K on a 2009 vehicle then this is the place for you. Car has had several issues and it’s only just been a year since purchase date. You have to take it to Appleton and pay $50 just to diagnose any issues and their prices aren’t even cheaper so that’s pointless. Are they nice? Sure. Do they sell good vehicles at a good price? Absolutely not. If you have money to waste then this is the place for you. However, you’re looking for something reliable and at a decent price, run away.

I didnt buy a car here myself. I was with someone who did. The process was very pleasant. They go over in detail what you are responsible for and understand fully the program before you sign. This program is great to start or repair your credit. Yes, interest rates are high but you have to start somewhere before you get the best rates. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to improve their credit. Not to mention the staff was great. Very positive, friendly, and personable. They are willing to help you!

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. On time payments for years. Had to put my car in the shop. Covid hit. Asked to put off a payment one week and even said they could take a double payment out later and they’re refusing to help literally at all. Threatened collections over one missed payment (which is bs cuz I know people who were consistently late or skipped payments all together for months) just all around terrible.

During a national wide crisis, they don’t want to honor the agreement for payments or double the amount. They want all this unnecessary documents which is pathetic. I see why they have been sued many times for several issues. Beware and go through them at your own risk! Best of luck!!

I’ve been going through JD Byrider since April of last year so not to long I’ve never had a problem with anything and they are always so nice and helpful when u need questions answered or help with anything the only thing I’m kinda upset with is that although I love the car we have I need something bigger due to just having my 4th child and I was told we can’t switch to a new car unless our car payment total was down to about $3k... I’m at $10k still started at 12k so u see I’m no where close to that and not being able to switch is probably gonna end in me having to go through someone else and I don’t want to I love JD Byrider and recommend it to everyone so when issues like this come up it’s a little upsetting. I just hope we can figure something out soon cause I’d hate to say good bye!!
