Not the best place to get a car. Staff seemed confused, non friendly. And the experience was awkward. They also knew nothing about the car we were buying. And we felt as if we were a burden being there. The sale process was good. And quick. They didnt even wash the car. And only put ten dollars of gas in it. For a $15,000 vehicle, we expected them to at least wash it. They offered us a rip off of an extended warranty when we declined. They rudely asked us why we didnt want to add 140$ more a month to our payment. Honestly, Id go to another car lot. Definitely will not be shopping there again.

I would never deal with Greenbay lot ever again! I called last Saturday asked them if JeepWas still there they said yes. I asked if they would hold I would be driving 2 hrs they said yes see you when you get here. I get there and they said they sold it 20 minutes ago. Waste of my gas and time. Who wants to deal with a business like that! They don’t even deserve a star!

Very disappointed. Never buy a vehicle here. Drove about 2000 miles (all city). Brought in for an oil change about 4 months after purchase to my mechanic. Needed new tires and brakes. One was completely rusted and wasnt even working. Their inspection is a complete rip off!!

Never never never buy a car from here. I got my buick from here and it was a complete lemon. Sitting on the lot and test drive, it ran great until I got it home. Next day, my engine started knocking and I lost oil pressure. All in all I ended up spending 5 thousand more dollars to repair the car. A neverending nightmare!! Smh

I found exactly what I was looking for here. As soon as I saw the price and features I knew I had to drive that car. The salesman let my mom and I take it on a drive by ourselves. I thought the price and car was too good to be true but Ive had it since July, and its perfect. They werent pushy even in the slightest bit. Treated us with respect and it felt really laid back and genuine. The price was able to be negotiated easily and it felt more like he cared about getting me a good car than making their company a good chunk of change. So glad I got my car here.

Owned the truck 90 day with mostly city miles and some Green Bay trips already had to put close to $2000 fixing it. I will never buy from there again.

Wasted $10,000. A headache from the day I purchased. This vehicle has had more issues in one year than any other vehicle Ive ever owned. The first few problems I had with it were made worse by the owner Jim, who decided to send it to an incompetent and painfully unprofessional budget shop who actually made the repairs worse and more time-consuming. He refused to loan me an appropriate vehicle while several seperate repairs had to be made, costing me time from work and money for rides and loaner vehicles. He is selling lemons! Now, 18 months later, Ive totalled over $2,500 on additional repairs. Im convinced this vehicle was flooded at one point before sale. Despicable! If I could leave zero stars, I would. Buyer beware.

Jim was very helpful and not pushy, as many dealerships usually are. I bought a vehicle from Smittys and noticed there was a little fluid leaking after a few days. I called them up, and they got me an appointment for that weekend to check the vehicle out. One of their mechanics that they partner with found the issue and repaired it promptly. Very honest, well run business and I would recommend buying a used car here!

My son bought a Dodge Dakota from Nearly New. Right out of the gate the guy lied. Yes, ready to go Jim said. Within a few days the empty vegetable can blew out from the muffler. Wires holding up muffler. THEN the brake lines leak....safety issue .....yes our attorney agreed. Absolutely the worse customer service we have ever had. Jim said new brakes new tires.....now he doesnt remember saying that. Our advice do not buy here at NEARLY JUNK. Incidentally, dont try calling there after your purchase. Basically they dont remember you. Glad our attorney does.

Update just got my car back from the car lot for a used transmission and had 2 get a loan to cover it,and now got it back less thn 2 weeks ago and transmission went out agn,am nvr ever going back there,all I want is my money back r a different car,not chancing a 3rd time

Purchased a vehicle from Nearly New Auto and Truck on Main St. Green Bay. People there seem dishonest and the mechanic did shoddy work that left my family and I in serious danger. Thank God I brought my vehicle into a more reputable dealership in time for them to notice that the lug nuts and bolts were about to FALL OFF my front driver’s side tire! So thankful that no one got hurt. The car also needed about $1500 + worth of work done. Some of the work (air conditioner repair) was supposedly fixed prior to purchasing which was also in our contract to purchase. The fix lasted 2 months. I know if you purchase a used car you are running a risk to get a car that needs repairs but the repairs that were needed should not have been missed in their supposed “pre inspection”. I mean if a mechanic sees fluid leaking anywhere on a vehicle don’t you think he would investigate that a little bit? How SHOULD that ever pass an inspection? On top of all of this another item on the contract to purchase was for them to fix some bubbling paint on the hood. I also purchased new rims and asked them to replace them. I arranged to drop off the vehicle on a Wednesday which is the only day the paint guy was in and they replaced the rims but never the paint! Had to inconveniently bring my vehicle in again. I also traded in my old vehicle and had a trailer hitch on the old car that they kept telling me they would remove and give back to me-there were multiple conversations with different people about this. There was always an excuse for not removing it and returning it to me. Eventually the Main St. location referred me to someone at the Lombardi location to replace the trailer hitch. The guy took my name and number and told me he would be in touch when he had a hitch for me. Haven’t heard from him and don’t expect to. There were lots of little things that were very dishonest about the way they operate. I have learned my lesson about purchasing from a dealership such as this. I will NOT make that mistake again. The salesman asked that I extend Nearly New to Friends and Family…..Never.
