My twins both had appointments today. My daughter just needed an updated prescription and Meredith was so friendly and knowledgeable. My son was there to get contacts for his first time. Meredith was super patient when he was learning how to put in and take out (which took awhile). and gave him a lot of tips and encouragement. Over all the experience was very positive and we will definitely be back. Side note - they do require masks.

I was in a pinch, on a trip in Oshkosh/Appleton and my set of contact lenses for the week had been lost. It was a Sunday and I only had limited time to contact this location, which was open from 12-4pm; however, Meredith was INCREDIBLY patient and helpful with me in my time of need. She supplied me with a sample supply of contacts, a lens case, and solution for the entirety of my trip. I am very grateful for all of her assistance and for her coming through in the clutch! Thank you, Meredith!

Employees (blonde hair female, white short hair male) that check you in have major attitude problems and don’t know customer service.. but the actual eye doctor was awesome and very nice!

Keith was extremely rude and wouldn’t help us out at all. Never acknowledged us upon entering and when my daughter was trying on glasses yelled at us about him having to clean the frames we use, so don’t try too many on. Very unprofessional. We have been using target for years and never experienced something like that before there.

Had an exam and attempted to get glasses here several years ago, the glasses they made provided double vision and I was told that I would get used to it. after several trips back, I ended up having to get a refund, because they couldnt produce a pair of glasses I could actually see out of. Extremely dissatisfied.

Just drove 22 miles to get the glass put back into my raybans 3rd or 4th time and found store closed for the day at 2:07pm. Not happy

Wow!! I had such a great experience at Target Optical Green Bay! The manager helped me pick out some really cool ray bans, she was so nice& definitely new her stuff! In fact the entire team was so professional and the doctor was great! I would recommend target optical to everyone!

I believe I was at the office when one of the people who gave this office 1 star was there. She stormed into the office and started hurling absolutely horrible personal insults at the manager (perhaps she was someone she knew?). To be honest it seemed like some sort of psychotic episode or vendetta. To the managers credit she remained calm and composed and refunded the clients money as demanded. The crazy lady was so belligerent that the manager felt it necessary to ask her to calm down or she would be forced to call security. Undaunted the lady continued her ranting like a lunatic.Mental health issues are real people. Hope that lady gets some help.My experience with the staff was excellent, extremely helpful and courteous! I would go back again without hesitation!

I was in the store the other day when I heard someone screaming near optical. Of course I am nosy and wanted to see what was going on. A very disgruntled woman was yelling obscenities and personal insults at the manager. Kudos to the manager who handled the situation with grace and composure. The woman appeared riled up for reasons other than glasses or contacts. The manager and Target did a great job handling the situation and I hope that poor woman can get the help she desperately needs! Managers name is Meredith and she is a doll!

My main eyeglasses broke and I went to Target Optical. The salesperson did not hesitate to help me with a big welcoming smile on her face. Such kindness is remarkable. Thank you again !

Employees have such an attitude at this location they should remember who the Customer is!! I will never return to this location!

I was very impressed with the service and care from Dr Goetsch and the rest of the staff here. This was my first visit and Im glad I made the switch from my other optometrist.

Worse experience ever~MANAGER WAS SUPER RUDE AND CLUELESS HOW TO REFUND MY MONEY!!! SHE HAD TO CALL CORPORATE!!! GLASSES WERE WRONG SCRIPT AND HAD SWIRLS IN THE LENS!!!! WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD!!!

They sent me an email fo confirm my appointment I had scheduled months before. The day before our appointment, we called to make sure, and the appointment was cancelled without any warning. Poor service. I cant rate less than 1 star, can I?

They don’t follow up like they said and you have to call most of the time to see if your glasses are ready. Limited selections of glasses and small accommodation area.
