Everyone was very welcoming when I came to the stop. They were all willing to help with any questions I had. They made picking out new glasses very easy!

Excellent location. Everyone is knowledgeable and kind, and there is a great selection of frames. Danielle was especially helpful and patient when I was learning to put in contacts for the first time!

Audrey is amazing at helping picking frames. She listens to what you are looking for and helps get you the best option. All the girls are very good at explaining everything so I know what I am purchasing!

I got my glasses today and I cant begin to explain the satisfaction I have. First off, the staff is amazing. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. My husband recently went to a different place to get his glasses and they did not talk to him about anything with his bifocals. I was sat down and explained everything on mine. Second, the exam was very high tech from the last exam I had, ten years ago. 10 out of 10, would defiantly recommend.

We had great service today at WVGB, we worked with Danielle S. She was very helpful with my husbands glasses repair and processing a new order for me. I had picked frames out a month or so ago and she found them right away. She did mention she had a couple new frames that just came in that she thought might be better fit. Danielle was right, her willingness to help was much appreciated!

Awesome experience! having been a longtime WV customer I tried one of the other options in town last time I needed new glasses. Terrible mistake! the other places process you through like you are just a number. At Wisconsin Vision you are actually treated like a valuable customer. When I tried new contacts this year, the first kind didnt work out. I had to schedule another appointment in order to try a different kind and earliest appointments were a week out. Then my prescription was changed on the second pair, not sure why since it was fine the first time, and I had to schedule another appointment (a week out) to get a different kind and correct prescription. On the third try my prescription was messed up again. Finally, a month after my original exam date I was able to order new contacts. In years past Ive never had a problem with this place but Ill be going somewhere else next year.

My oldest daughter and I had a great experience with Audrey. I needed a new prescription and was given the time needed to get a new lenses ordered and a rush was requested as they were my main glasses. When I picked up my glasses the lady was patient with me as I work to adjust to the new prescription.

Stephanie was amazing, she assisted in me picking the right glasses, color and shape are great, very efficient in placing my order.

I got my glasses from Wisconsin Vision a few years ago. This last weekend the nose pieces were missing. I stopped in today and they were replaced at no charge. We have always had very good experiences with the staff there. I would highly recommend them.

I went to this clinic for the first time. I chose Wisconsin Vision because they have a lot of good reviews and my insurance was good. I wanted to make an appointment with the doctor and warned that I did not speak English well. The girl said on the phone that she would discuss it with the doctor and call me back. On the same day, I received a message and an email stating that my appointment with the doctor was confirmed. The next day, the girl called me again and said that the doctor refuses to accept me because I dont speak English well and cancels my appointment with the doctor. A very unpleasant first experience. I think that it is not professional.

Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and have great customer service. Plus they will put a smile on your face with a couple jokes. Definitely would recommend to a friend. Very pretty staff as well

They we very knowledgeable and helpful and that was when I was just looking to see if they were a good fit for me. I liked them instantly and my appt was great. The Doctor was thorough and again the staff so patient and as I had to decide my next step. They have great follow through and do what they say when they say theyll do it. Glasses (both pair) came early which was a nice surprise. They have a life long client.

Just great customer service! They also have a wide selection of frames to choose from including petite sizes for my tiny frame. They explain exactly what you are paying for before you pay. I haven’t had much contact with the doctors beside my check up but Dr. Wilson was friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns to make sure the next time I looked through my binoculars I could see my birds with both eyes focused instead of having to close one eye. Turns out my prescription was too strong so he corrected it. Highly recommend this place. There’s always parking in the lot. :-)

I used Wisconsin Vision for my exam and glasses and now my daughters exam and glasses. They have a huge variety of glasses to choose from for everyone! They are very nice and knowledgeable. Best part is how fast the glasses come in. My daughters exam was Thursday, 6 p.m. mind you, the glasses were in and ready to be picked up by Saturday! We will be coming back!

I would give this location 10 stars if I could! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The ladies all went above and beyond to take care of us and to help my husband find the perfect pair of glasses and contacts. My 1 year old son, who can be a handful, was along and not once did they make us feel like he was unwelcome. The glasses and contacts both came in very fast and pickup was smooth and simple. This Wisconsin Vision has the best service of the 3 that Ive purchase from in the past. I recently bought a pair of sunglasses from this location. Savannah was very helpful in helping me select the perfect sunglasses. She was very knowledgeable on all the lens additions that best suited me. You could tell that she cares about her patients and I really appreciated all of her efforts. I would highly recommend this store and asking for Savannah next time you stop in.

The eye doctor was wonderful, but the customer service behind the counter was something to be desired.I ordered regular glasses that I received in 1 week, I ordered safety glasses at the same time and the 1 girl told me 2 weeks. After 2 weeks the other girl said she would check online and that they were at the grinders. Week three came and went. I was then told that they take about 4 weeks. I was trying contacts so I was at the store every week, sometimes 2 times a week because they didnt have the right contacts I needed. Four weeks to the day I had an appointment for my contacts and they didnt have the ones I needed and the Doctor said he would order them,but I would have to come back again.i told him I was waiting for the safety glasses.he said it sometimes takes a couple of weeks and I told him it has been 4 weeks now. He said thats not right. He asked the manager to call but they were closed. The next day she left me a message that they were never ordered and she would put a rush on them. The rush ended up being another 8 days. She told me she had no control over them because a different company makes them and they told her she could only call every 2 days. Ive dealt with customers on several occasions and one thing people dont like is to be lied to. The only reason I gave them one star was for the Doctor. If youre in any kind of a rush like before six weeks I recommend you go to another eye clinic. And the prices are steep.

The Green Bay Wisconsin Vision is the best place to get exams and has the greatest customer service around. Orders are filled very quickly and the staff always is very helpful and works with your insurance to get you the best prices on anything you purchase.

I was in town for the weekend without extra contacts and I ripped one. Wisconsin Vision went out of their way to get my prescription form my optometrist and then get me a replacement pair of contacts. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

I was playing outside with the dog when my glasses dropped out of my pocket and onto the ground...immediately before my foot came down squarely on top of them and pressed them into the ground. A lens popped out and the metal rim bent. I’m handy, but not that handy. After the WV technician got ahold of them, they are back to the way they were. Awesome on-the-spot service. Couldn’t recommend WV more. Thank you!

Danielle helped me pick out the right contacts for me considering I was a fist time contact wearer. The doctor was very patient with me on finding the right fit and making sure I was comfortable with being able to put them in and taking them out.

I am given a price of less than $200 after insurance. Then I am charged over $400 for my glasses when they come in. Big rip off!I took the same insurance to Shopko, and better glasses cost $165 after insurance.Will never go back ! EVER!!!

Very friendly staff very good eye exam. But I dont have insurance and the glasses are not cheap.

I bought a pair of eyeglasses with a premium teflon coating with all the bells and whistles ($400). Within 3 months the lenses were scratches from wear & tear despite being extra cautious (always rinse before wiping etc). My Costco glasses which are 2 years old (and $200 cheaper) have less scratches.Highly recommend going to some place that offers a basic scratch warranty on high end lenses with teflon coating.

Had my eyes checked the first time... They got my prescription wrong so I had to go back in for another appointment which I scheduled a week out for 11 and had to wait to get my eyes checked for very close to an hour. Very bad service and my wife and I will never go back.
