Amy, Scott and Lee were extremely helpful and professional. Amy was such a big help in my choice of laminate- she guided me through the selection process without pushing me. She went above and beyond with the sink selection-I couldnt decide on a color by looking at the samples. When one came in she called me to come check it out in person. How considerate! Scott did an excellent job from start to end. He was very attentive to detail. We have no seam and he finished off all of the edges with no sharp corners. Lee and Amy even helped me choose my tile backsplash. We are so pleased with our new look. We have received many compliments from family and friends. Barb LeMense

From a sales perspective, Amy is great. Very easy to work with, responds to email, etc. I was not happy with the Installer. One piece was measured wrong which I didnt make a big deal about because they were going to fix it. Our laminate tops had the laminate curve underneath for the edging. Underneath several spots were scraped up. I called and talked to the Installer (Owner?) and he basically said its normal and that I shouldnt be looking under countertops anyways. Definitely came off as rude and treated me like I was stupid.I wouldnt go with them again. No offers to fix it or give me a discount. If I bought a new car and it had rust underneath, I wouldnt think that was OK.

Scott at Spectrum Surfaces did an amazing job repairing a crack we had on our solid surface kitchen counter by our cooktop. The crack ran through the front of the countertop likely caused by the heat from a pan not placed entirely over the burner. They took an extra piece of the solid surface left by the previous homeowner then they did the initial install and replaced the damaged portion. We were referred to them by their insurance agent, Jon Susek and am so thankful amount of money they saved us and how the repair is imperceptible. I would highly recommend them for any sort of surface repair.
