Please I beg you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. I have a trachea. They sent out a broken suction machine. And wrong size suction tubes. Then wanted to tell me there was nothing wrong with machine. Yet the machine would not suction. I ended up back in ER because I could get trachea suctioned. If that was not enough. Dr changed trachea to smaller size and ordered new trachea suction tubes. Three days later I’m still waiting for correct size tubes. Their office staff says it will be a week before we can get the size you need. if I get plug I will die before EMTs can get to me. If you value your life do NOT use this company. They got one star only because you have to have at least one star. They should be negative 5 stars

Unable to communicate with doctors after multiple attempts by myself and my doctor.

I have used Grace Healthcare for years and they have been very helpful until recently. It appears that they have change to someone else to handle their CPAP business. Those people are rude and do not listen to their customer. I am now looking for another CPAP provider. It is a shame they let themselves go down hill like that.

I would not recommend this place for my dog much less people they have terrible service and the people r rude
