Resupply is very good. The Gulfport office does not return calls. When Ive needed equipment I have trouble getting help. Im thinking of changeing to a different supplier.
Horrible company! They shipped me respiratory equipment in unsealed, nonsterile packaging. The entire world is under a covid-19 pandemic. This virus attacks the lungs primarily. There is no way to disinfect plastic, disposable respiratory equipment at home.
I dont know what all of the negative reviews are about! Especially in terms of the service. I have had a flawless experience with them and would gladly recommend anyone to use them.
Great service, starting with the call about the squealing concentrator. The lady was so sweet and knowledgeable. They sent Scott to replace the machine that we had picked up in Florida and this Lincare was in Gulfport. We were staying at Gautier. Mississippi. We are still traveling and nice to have a great machine.
No way to leave less one star and still say how disgusted I am. Never, ever has anyone called back when they said they would. Not once. So completely I professional and uncaring. Medical equipment is not for home decor or for fun. It’s a NECESSITY but good luck getting anything or anyone to help.
I have no idea how this place even stays in business. I am the caretaker for my mom and I called to tell them the oxygen machine was making a loud noise and not working properly.....not to mention the portable tank was also empty. I was told that they could not come out to check the machine or bring a tank due the Covid 19 and that I would have to go to them and do curbside services. I told them I could not do that because I cannot leave my mom alone as she is 77 years old with health conditions. I told them they need to abide by the statement made on their site regarding Covid 19 and provide those services to us customers. I find it appalling that a company handles a business with such horrible service.
They don’t deliver........ But give directions to come pick up your medical supplies 🤔

They said they open at 8:00am Monday - Friday but I just tried to call them and they say they’re still closed the offices is closedI’ve tried calling them four times since 8 o’clock till 835 and they are still closed you were right they have their customer service
They are unorganized, never have enough of the tanks I request. Very unhappy with this company. Looking for another company to do business with.
