I would go to this place to study every 430 or 5am in the morning and even during those very early times they never failed to be friendly and helpful. I was able to tell them about my exams, they are all very encouraging.I would have the weirdest orders and they give it to me with a smile.I really felt at home.Thank you for all the encouragement and for smiling when i avail of refills. Thank you for not complaining about the weird orders that i have. Weird ice espresso thaf i bu yin mornings and hot weird espresso in the PM.

Frustrating water policy (questionable if its actually imposed by Starbucks).We ordered two drinks and got back in line after 10m to get a cup of water while we continued waiting for our original order to come out. 5m later our coffees come out so I went up and asked about the water thinking it might have been forgotten. They said it was in the queue and they couldnt do anything until it was next in the queue. Seems crazy to me that Starbucks wont let water requests bump the queue.We saw another customer wait 10m just for a cup of water for his dog. You can do better Starbucks.

We are Starbucks drinkers and never have complaints. We just had the worst customer experience! To top it of the person was so busy being rude that she messed up my drink! I asked for soy milk in my ice coffee. All I wanted to do was leave that place so I did not realize it until I took a drink. I then read the label and sure enough it says with milk!! I ask for soy milk for a reason. Im currently breastfeeding and my baby has a milk protein allergy. Its upsetting that she was so busy being rude and did not care to get my drinks correctly. I understand people make mistakes but if your taking drink orders, should probably try to get it right. People have allergies!! I hope some corrects this so it does not happen to anyone else!

My favorite Starbucks. Wonderful people work here. This store doesnt have drive through and there are easier ways to get coffee in the morning but the staff is so amazing, its worth the inconvenience to get out of my car. Especially Emilie, the nicest person in the world.

I was once again well served by my Starbucks pros. No 5th Star because of no drive thru.

Great place to stop by and get a premium coffee. My favorite is the hot caramel macchiato. I got some eggs and apples and cheese for breakfast here too.

Even when busy, they are so nice. I have only ever had great experiences.Update!:I come here several times a week to get coffee before work. Theyre always very nice and professional, and today they went above and beyond. I almost always put in a pick up order when Im about 5-10 minutes out, and it always goes to this Starbucks. This morning I put in my order, a tiny bit earlier than usual. I get to the Starbucks, and they dont have an order for me, so I called my other saved store and it went to the wrong Starbucks!!!!! They were so nice and remade me entire order for me at no extra charge!! Thank you Grand Ave Starbucks!! You made my day!

The sugar plumb danish is delicious! New addiction, possibly competing with my love of the cranberry bliss bar which is seasonal. Only suggestion-- bathroom needed cleaned, but order came up fast and drinks made correctly.

Right across street from my job and house. I just love them friendly and nice and more. They always help you and tell you whats good and mixtures and more🥰. The vibes their are amazing.

The speed to get orders made is great but that does not matter when you don’t make the drink order correctly. I customized my order they read half of it as they almost got it correct. The drinks tasted watered down and lacked flavor.

Expensive. Tried me colored drinks not so good. No inside seating available.

My go to starbucks! Come here almost everyday. I work nearby and will even come here on my days off! Every single employee that works here makes this location amazing! Always consistent and friendly! Would be totally lost without my starbucks people!

Horrible Starbucks, choose one of the other two options in Gurnee. We received lukewarm drinks, that were completely wrong. They offered a refund, but it’s not worth the time or energy to have to drive back. I also tried to get a manager on the phone...which they weren’t able to do. They didn’t seem to care at all. We won’t be returning.

Everything you would expect and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can always hear them saying hi to repeat customers as they come through the store. Seating is sometimes difficult during the day but its a fairly large area.

This is one of the few Starbucks Ive been to where my drink was mixed properly. I used to be a Starbucks barista so I can usually taste whats wrong with my drink, if there is anything. It took a long time, but I appreciated that it was done properly!

Very large and open location that is easily accessible by car or foot for local traffic. Plenty of indoor and also some outdoor seating. Staff is always friendly and fast-paced. Always a nice experience to stop in here.

Nice location, but no drive-through. The inside is spacious and the staff are quick with the orders. Definitely frequent here often. Clean bathrooms as well.

We were looking for a place to have small party to celebrate my sons graduation from Navy boot camp, when we decided to stop at this Starbucks. They were wonderful. We had a cake with us and were worried that they might not let us eat it there, but they had no problem with it. They even supplied us with plates, plastic forks, and a knife to cut it with. We washed our cake down with Starbucks coffee.

Ordered online before arriving, only to find out upon arriving that the store didn’t open on time (4:30am) and was still closed as of 5:30am. Several angry customers and employees who couldn’t access the store were waiting in the parking lot. One employee told me this has happened several times recently because the employee who was supposed to open didn’t show up. His name is Carlos. So now I paid for a drink I never received and wasted a bunch of time. Brilliant.

Love the different varieties but still cannot stand the new pathetic points or rewards system. Go back to the old system.

Adequate service. But I just dont get it! I was told by our local Starbucks that ALL Starbucks use the same recipe but very seldom do I get my tea that tastes the way it does back home. What is the deal? And why would a place run out of food items? Order enough (or thaw enough) to last the day. My tea just now tastes nothing like usual. ???

Service was adequate but nothing spectacular. The baristas behind the counter had a very involved conversation about whatever while everyone had to wait for them to finish. Waited 15-20 minutes for a simple strawberry/banana smoothie. One item I didnt understand was this full-size Starbucks location had no menus posted on ANY walls. Asked older cashier why they didnt have a visible menu and he just huffed and puffed and went on taking care of the other customers and ignored me. That all said, I will never be going back to this location.

Another Starbucks that I occasionally visit. I usually order coffee or hot chocolate and both are good. It is a pretty big SB. Parking is no problem.

I have given three chances. I wont be back.All three of my last visits I have ordered the same thing as I always do. Cold brew. This Starbucks does not serve cold brew, if you order it they just give you iced coffee with a cold brew sticker. If they are actually brewing it, my guess is that they top off with iced coffee instead of water, completely ruining it.The people are nice enough, but it is BS to serve one product and call it something else. At this point someone will have to convince me they have changed because I wont waste my time or money again.

Usually good service. This Starbucks isnt the fastest one around but they make few mistakes and are always happy to fix them right away when they do happen. Most of the baristas are very friendly and make small talk at the bar while you wait on your drink. I always get a Puppachino for my dog as well! I highly recommend.

The baristas at this place are great, very personable and friendly. However, the service is slow due to mobile orders. Waiting 10 min for your coffee due to so many preorders will make customers leave.

I love Starbucks but this isnt one of my favorites. The parking is odd, you either have to cross the street or walk a ways to get to the building.

There was a Barista and she was being very rude and unprofessional.I didn’t like her attitude I come here a lot but I don’t like how they treated me today.I will not be coming here nor do I think anyone else should.

Baristas dont listen to my order and make the drinks wrong or dont even make the drinks cause they didnt here TWO ventis, just got stuck on the sugar free not being a skinny. Then I pay for their f-up.

Drove from Kenosha to come here. Made small talk about the displays case aesthetics looking nice before ordering and the guy was just staring blatantly at me as I tried to prompt him into friendly talk. So I left. Im sure he is just unhappy with his job. Im sure its not high pay..probably awful hours.He Looked a lot older and prob too old for the register scene but I was really cool and was looking forward to coming in. I just decided against ordering and left. I used to come in here all the time when I was younger. Feeling unwelcome is just not worth my hard earned dollars anymore. Gurnee just never could get it together. Hello Wisconsin! Home is always better.....
