From start to end this bridal shop was more than phenomenal. It was one of the greatest experiences out of all the planning I did for my wedding! It is one that I will cherish and never forget. I interacted with several staff members at various appointments, all of whom were absolutely amazing. Yvonne knows how to make the bride feel like the bride and was one of my favorite vendors I worked with during the planning process. Not only is the staff wonderful but the dresses are stunning and the selection of veils, jewelry and hair pieces are like none other. I wish I could redo this process all together because it was that special. I found my dream dress, veil and hair piece here and would recommend this shop to ANY bride!! -- If youre considering looking for alterations somewhere else... DONT... because Maria is seriously talented and will make your dress seem as if it was tailored to you. This shop really knows how to do business! Everything about this experience went above and beyond my expectations!!

I understand Covid may have hit businesses especially in the bridal industry hard… With that being said this company has shown their true colors. After a wedding was cancelled they promised months ago to refund all of the bridesmaids their money minus a 20% restocking fee… Ok I get the restocking fee but they have not refunded anyone’s money in months. Certified letters have been sent, phone calls have been made which ultimately ends in them hanging up on you after being rude. If they actually answer that is…. most of the time you get a voicemail. Completely unprofessional. This makes it seems like they are hurting for money since they can’t refund anyone’s money back for dresses we do not have. They also do not have the dresses because picking them up is also not an option according to them. BEWARE a wedding is a huge day and as a 2022 bride who had this business on my list of places to dress shop…. I will not be giving my money to a company who is rude, broke, unreliable and has terrible communication.

I had the BEST experience at Country Way Bridal. I went to almost every other bridal shop in the Philadelphia and South Jersey Area and none compared to Country Way. The have a phenomenal dress selection and not the same designers that you find at every shop. If you want something different than the same gown everyone else has, go here. Both Devin and Yvonne are amazing, welcoming, and so nice. Devin listened to everything I wanted and helped me find my dream dress! I highly recommend for any bride to be!

My daughter and her best friend drove up from NC to shop for wedding gowns. We had an appointment today (appt only due to Covid) and I was completely blown away by the friendly and professional staff here. Stunning dresses in a wide variety of styles and reasonably priced for the detail. She found 2 or 3 that she would absolutely say yes to! Do yourself a favor and at least check out their gowns.Also, we had the store to ourselves and the setting was calm and low key. Not pushy at all.

Country Way Bridal made finding my dream wedding dress, veil, and my bridesmaids dresses stress free! It was the only bridal boutique I went to and by the end of my session, the woman who was helping me found MY PERFECT dress (with my budget in mind)! It arrived when they estimated and the seamstress did a flawless job. I went in quite a few times before the dress arrived with questions and I never felt like nuisance. All the women that work there are beyond helpful and accommodating, especially the owner. I was adding a belt and the associate was very patient in helping me match the belt color to the dress- no pressure to buy one of their belts. This made me come back to look at veils and they had exactly what I was looking for. The bridesmaid dresses all came in in a timely matter. They made it a breeze picking a style out and my girls all looked amazing. I really cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Yvonne!

The owner and staff were always very sweet and helpful during my first few visits. On the day I was scheduled to pick up my dress, my veil was still not in. This was 4 days before my wedding. We were told it would be in the following day and that I could come back then to pick it up. Next, I tried on my dress and there were black marks on it along the bottom and in the middle. No explanation could be given as to what caused the marks. There was also a line on the bottom of my dress due to how the seamstress hemmed the dress. It was never made clear to me that by hemming the dress, there would be a line around the bottom. The owner told my mother that she should just be happy that I’m having my wedding and reception (I was not able to have my reception due to Covid, just had a small church ceremony). They were able to get the marks out, but if I didn’t try it on in the store we wouldn’t have seen them until I was at home (which is an hour away). Very sad that what should have been such a happy day was ruined based on carelessness while altering a dress and a rude owner. If you are considering purchasing a dress from here, get your alterations done elsewhere!

The store is in a great location. Is very quaint and cute. However One of the co-workers was rude and had a hard time organizing our appointment with the particular color that our bride was looking for and what dresses were available in that color. When it came to trying on the dresses she helped out very little and was giving us attitude the whole appointment. When our time slot was up and we still had girls trying on dresses she was trying to rush us. If I was a bride and it was up to me I wouldnt get my bridesmaid dress at this location.

Unfortunately I’m giving the boutique 1 start for a few reasons. I was a knew sales employee and worked there for a couple months. I did like working there and the dress/place was very cute and small. The employees who also worked there but much much longer then I. They would complain more frequently than I expected. being hungry all the time and about the brides that came in. The boss would even complain to me cursing about her two employees every time i has the same schedule as her. After two months of working at the place, I was told to help with the fashion show. It was my first time, the manager did not help me, meaning giving the info to where the place was and what time to be there.My boyfriend had to help me figure out what to do. My boss would not answer me or respond to me. I thought that was very unprofessional on her part. I ended up getting there an hour late. I wasn’t happy about that obviously. I ended up helping out for 3 hours and only got paid for 1- 1/2 hour. I thought was completely unfair and unprofessional of her. After that week of working with her even after the show, she never called or emailed me letting me know what my next schedule was. I was completely in the dark, basically “ ghosted me”. I would definitely not recommended working at the boutique.

I cant say enough about Country Way Bridal. I flew in from the West Coast for the weekend to go dress shopping with my mom and bridesmaids who live on the East Coast. Needless to say, I was full of nerves and stress about not finding a dress I would love by the the time the weekend was over. Luckily, I ended up finding my dress at Country Way Bridal, and they were so wonderful. I dont remember the name of the consultant I worked with, but she was so nice about putting me in each of the dresses and so patient with helping me narrow down and confirm my dress choice. The staff there was understanding about my timing and situation. I also super appreciated that they didnt push me to buy the dress the day of my appointment since they understood I wanted my future mother-in-laws opinion as well. Once I decided to order the dress from them, Country Way Bridal was super helpful walking me through the ordering process and shipping it to me. My dress ended up getting to me with no issues, and I cant say enough about how grateful I am to Country Way Bridal for helping me from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to any brides!

Out of several bridal shops I have visited so far, this was the best experience by a landslide. Devin was wonderful, helpful, and attentive. The dress selection is unique and modern and they were not pushy like other shops. Excellent service.

This place was absolutely amazing for my friend to find her perfect dress! The staff here was so attentive and really able to cater to her ever wish as well as explain the alteration process and options that they had with each dress! Would recommend this place for any bride! Devon is the girl to go to! Truly an amazing person inside and out!

I came today as a friend of the Bride, not even a bridesmaid.... our girls that catered to us were honest, truthful, hopeful, sincere, and so patient. I had he most amazing wedding dress from here! Yvonne went out of her way to make my dress amazing! She made sure my dress was perfect and is just the sweetest ever! Yvonne was super helpful with picking out bridesmaid dresses for my friends wedding. I just got measured today but another girl (didnt catch her name) and she was also super helpful. So far its been a great experience unlike how we were treated at larger chain stores like Macys and Davids bridal. 10/10 would recommend.

The dresses here are so beautiful and many are very unique. It was a joy working with Alyssa and finding the dress of my dreams! I loved the vibe and look of the boutique and Alyssa was friendly, helpful and really listened to what I wanted in a wedding dress. She is the one who found the dress I ended up choosing! The dress are beautiful, and they try hard to sell you a gown without being pushy, but they miss that caring touch in my observation. The sales woman was nice, and helpful.

I am a size 2 and thats what i ordered.. when I got my dress turned out they ordered a size 4... they said that is what i ordered and wouldnt accept the fact that their employee put the wrong size in, they wanted me to get alterations done there ... when i had my own girl... so after fighting with them some how they finally said they would do my alterations for free.,,, a few months go by ... time for my cousin to go dress shopping... she found a dress she loved and it was off the rack because the dress was no longer made... so she told her the woman that does alterations could alter any dress... so we came back for the first fitting after the dress was purchased and cleaned... the alteration lady kept saying i dont know its going to be a lot of work... i dont think any bride would feel comfortable with that response ... so then she took her dress else where..previous reviews say the same Im not surprised....thats why when someone asks me where to go i say whatever you do ... DONT GO TO COUNTRY WAY

I had an awful experience here. Two salespeople told me a time to come back so they could attend to me properly. When I came at that time, the store was completely empty and neither of them spoke to me. My mom and I wandered around for a few minutes. They brought one dress to me and then ignored me. One continuously brought dresses up and down to what I guess is their storage from the staircase inside my dressing room and would leave the door open to the windowed store while I was completely naked. I expressed my interest in purchasing the dress and they reminded me the dress was over 2k, well within my budget, and ignored me again. Then they reprimanded me for trying on a dress someone already bought (I had no idea) and then I left when they didnt talk to me again. It was very uncomfortable, they had no respect for my privacy, and they ignored me the whole time even though I was obviously interested in giving them my money. Go somewhere else where people would appreciate your business.

I dont even know where to begin! Yvonne and her team went above and beyond to get me my dress! I found a dress online that I fell in love with but couldnt find it anywhere! I called all over looking for this dress. I went to Country Way to try on some other beautiful dresses but I kept comparing it to the dress I found online. Long story short, Yvonne found the dress in Las Vegas, had it shipped to Country Way for one week so I could try it on before I bought it. It was everything I thought it would be and in my budget! All of my bridesmaids bought their dresses from Country Way as well, and everyone looked amazing. It was such a pleasure working with Yvonne and Im so thankful she found my dress for me! My wedding was perfect thanks to her!!! I would recommend to anyone!

These ladies are great!!! They were professional, courteous and fun! The shop looks amazing and they give 120% to you. They are a wonderful choice and they are in a great spot.

If you want a dress youre sure about, and a staff youre sure cares about your wedding, go to Country Way. Yvonne and Linda took care of me, and they were honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. When I tried on a dress that wasnt right for me, they guided me to one that was better. I loved it. They know how to fit dresses for your body type. As soon as my dress came in, they promptly called me. I got my dress and all my alterations here. I would highly recommend this place for any bride-to-be! Its boutiquey couture without the hefty price tags. Make an appointment! You wont regret it!

This bridal shop was such an incredible and positive experience. The dresses were beautiful and the owner was such a wonderful person!! I am not sure why some reviews are so negative because I have nothing to complain about. I definitely recommend giving this place a shot.

I had a 2 PM appointment with two of my girlfriends last Saturday. From the second we stepped in the door (out of the pouring down rain) the consultants Tiffany and Devin were there for us to make sure we had an amazing experience. They were so helpful in assisting me with finding my wedding gown. They encouraged us to shop the dresses ourselves and Devin, with her knowledge of the industry, understood my style I described and she pulled all the dresses with aspects I was seeking. Tiffany and Devin also provided us with current industry information and trends to help me in my decision making. After the 4th dress I said YES TO THE DRESS! Thank you so much!! You guys are amazing. These ladies are attentive and care about making sure you feel happy!! I could go on and on but you know....all you have to do is book an appt of course!

I am shocked to read some of the reviews. I feel like this is the best bridal store Ive been to so far.They were so kind, and really helped me pick out everything from the right sizes for my girls to the right colors. I read one review that says the store is not that nice. What is she talking about??? Its by far the nicest store Ive been in.They have so many bridesmaids dresses, we must have tried on at least 40. They were patient and sweet,and we ended up staying 20 minutes past closing time. I think that I must be laid back because they were nothing short of great!! Im glad I went with ordering my bridesmaids dresses here.There must be a lot of prissy brides, especially in the cherry hill area.

I just ordered my dress from these ladies, so I havent been through the full experience yet, but they were absolutely the BEST experience Ive ever had trying on gowns. They endured my full posse 2 different times, were soooo patient and positive- I feel really good about my decision. I love my dress and couldnt find anything else just like it in any other shop or the internet, so they have really great designs that are unique to the area.

So long story short. Alissa is my lifesaver! I thought I found my dress a month ago at a different boutique. I didn’t rush to order it I guess because deep down inside it wasn’t a look I truly loved. I had my second appointment this past Sunday. I tried the dress on again and I wasn’t in love with it at all. After trying on several more dresses and different styles they all had something I liked but it wasn’t doing it for me at all. Other local boutiques were closed since it was Sunday. I was actually recommended to come here. So I called. Alissa had mentioned that the store was super busy. I said that’s fine if I could just see what styles you carry and if I like any I will schedule an appointment. She was so kind and sweet on the phone and said just come in. When I arrived it was really busy. I started looking around and I mentioned that I was the one that frantically called. Alissa took the time to still greet me and guide me to the sectional of dresses in my budget range. My style is unique and different I don’t like an item simply because its popular. It has to be different. That is when I eyed 2 brand new dresses in the store that I just had to try on. I made my appointment for that Thursday, which was last night. Alissa made me feel like I knew her forever! She was so helpful sweet and honest and a great friendly bubbly personality. I’m so glad I made the choice to come here. Especially after reading some reviews. I always read reviews and find that there are some people that always look for something to complain about. Especially with my fiancé owning a business most likely people will always complain but never acknowledge the good. Do not let someone’s bad experience stop you from having your own experience. My experience last night was amazing! I’m beyond happy and excited I found my dream dress. I feel amazing in it. It’s unique and different just like I wanted! The dress doesn’t look too much on the hanger but on OMG it’s beautiful! The dresses here are all beautiful. They have a range of different styles. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Devin at Country Way Bridal was extremely helpful assisting my bridesmaids on getting dresses for my wedding.

I came here in Feb. with my MOH to find her bridesmaid dress. When we first walked in were were greeted by someone working the front desk, we were told that my MOH couldnt try any of the dresses on without an appointment, which was fine with us. We continued looking at the dresses, more for color then style at this time, as I was looking for a particular color. The color they had we let the girl know who was working at the front desk. She wrote the color down and we made an appointment for the following week to come in so my MOH could try on different styles. Later, we realized the color that we wanted was discontinued. I would think that someone who works at the bridal shop should know which colors are no longer available but we went to the appointment anyway hoping we could get another color similar. During our appointment we were helped by the owner, Yvonne, and her daughter. My MOH purchased a dress that cost $278. She also decided to get her alterations done here when the dress came in. We were told it typically takes 3 mo. for her dress to arrive. While my MOH was paying, I mentioned to Yvonne and her daughter that I saw that they carried the same bridal gown that I purchased, but from another bridal boutique. They asked what dress and where I bought it, I told them, and they both proceeded to be snotty about it. They both said that I should of bought my dress with them, as I purchased my dress in PA. They both stated that it sucks I paid tax, as NJ doesnt have tax on their bridal gowns. It just came off so unprofessional to me. They were lucky my MOH was done paying for her dress, otherwise I wouldve told them we will get her dress somewhere else. MOH dress needed to come back twice for alterations, as first time it wasnt taken in enough, even after 2nd appt it still was too big. My MOH had to pick up her dress one day before we left for destination wedding. Wouldnt recommend this bridal shop!

BUYER BEWARE! As.I made an appt, the owner Yvonne immediately prefaced all conversation by stating my gowns are 1500 - 5000. When we returned an hour later, she seemed surprised as if her pricing quotes had scared us away. Upon attempting to begin shopping, she began to rant repeatedly about her prices after I had confirmed the prices were doable. Never did she ask the customary questions such as wedding date, venie, bridal style only stated prices. She also referred to my daughter as a girl. She had no intention of allowing us to do a fitting and later explained to Haddonfield police that she knew we couldnt afford to shop there. # profiled

Well my good friend was here a few days ago and had the worst experience ever. Your service was horrible, I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to this horrific place where they make you feel uncomfortable, unwanted and just straight up like you dont belong their! Stay clear of this shop, brides!!Its tiny and they only have enough room for 2 appointments but seem to cram more than that, as well as alterations... So you are competing for dressing rooms and mirror space. I came here bc I needed my dress altered. I bought my dress in Florida but live here. This shop seemed ok- very chaotic, but they sold my designer... So I went in for a consult and then felt confident enough to have my dress shipped up. I immediately brought it in 5 months before my wedding. I then wanted to buy a veil from here. I described exactly what I wanted and the owner, Yvonne insisted her girl makes it for me.. Its was cheap enough so I have 2 looks made. When I went to get them and have my first fitting in April... This veil was nothing I wanted. Silly me paid in full! I was not happy.... So then my dress fitting starts. This place is soooo tiny I have to use the same mirror of the girls trying on samples. These girls are stepping in my actually dress- 100% chaos. She crams appointments in this tiny space. I needed the neckline redone- I had a picture of the mock up and brought my own lace- the owner insists I need different lace from nyc which she promised she would get for me but never did- the whole time I am telling her I do not like this trim look I want this - she is so obnoxious she spoke over me the whole time. it was awful. Finally I left and called and told them I wasnt like how tight they made my dress- it seemed mermaid like and it supposed to be a fit and flare, then told her I wasnt pleased with the quality or look of the veils. They looked like I made them. I never signed anything how there is no returns and she basically when psycho on me. Refused to do anything. I kept telling her I want to return and maybe just buy something from a real designed not this friend made veil she flipped out and told me they do not have the time to accommodate me or my dress fitting. ( 6 weeks before my wedding and after my dress being there 3 months prior) this is the worst thing to do to any bride. So I drive to jersey after work and got my dress and dropped off the veils. I asked for a full refund For my dress altering ( they make you pay upfront a flat cost no matter what you get done) the sales girls was about to refund me... Then told me I have to pay $150 for their time.. Really? Their time? What about my time? Now I have to find a tailor 6 weeks before my wedding !! A June wedding!!! Luckily karma stepped in and she miscalculated and refunded me the exact amount I paid. So I left. She realized her mistake and called me to come in to pay for her mistake. Nope!!! So then the irrational owner Yvonne called me about 509 times and sent me nasty emails accusing me of stealing! How did I steal? They did nothing and wanted to charge me when Im the one who was completely out of luck! I had to block her # bc she was insane and would call me every 5 min and leave nasty messages!!I cant even express how rude and inconsiderate the owner is- she does not deserve business! Brides beware/ all the brides seemed to be stressed out! Dont let her stress you out! She also was so rude to the seamstress that worked there. Its this elderly Greek lady and she treated her like a slave. Not to mention my alterations were so much less than what they wanted to charge me!
