I had a very bad experience buying a car here. They treated me as if I was stupid since I was a woman., andd the finance guy was extremely rude. In addition, one week after I purchased the car, the compressor went out and it cost me $700 to fix it. Also, there was no gas cap. Buyer beware, especially women!

Awesome place, and awesome people! I’ve never been to a dealership with people so willing to help and serve their customers to the best of their abilities. The cars are also nice and well kept! I would definitely come here again and recommend anyone looking for a solid car to come to this place!

So unprofessional I spoke to the finance Manager earlier today and asked if a specific vehicle was available for purchase and he assured me it was was. I told him I am coming from Boynton Beach fl so it will take some time he told me that he would be there till 7pm. When I arrived at the dealership after being stuck in traffic for over an hour Ernie informed me that the man sitting in his chair was purchasing the vehicle I came for . His response was “ this is a dealership he was here first “ heartless I would never purchase anything from somewhere with this type of customer service.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but they help me so much to get my car even when I had a small amount of money for down payment that I absolutely have to recommend them! They count with many options for you to choose. They are friendly and diligent and make the finance process simple and easy. I was in and out in no time. Excellent dealer. Plus they speak Spanish.

Went over there on a Monday in regard to a vehicle thats been on their lot for the past 6 months. I checked out the car and when I offered to have vehicle inspected before I bought it, they were all on board. This was all agreed upon prior to me even showing up to the dealership. The night before we needed to take the car to the shop, the car was miraculously sold. According to them, they dont even let you test drive cars and just expect you to buy them as is. On top of all this, they mark up every one of their cars $1000 and state it on the very bottom of the webpage with small font. I would stay away from them, they seem to have shady business tactics

While Oleg was very friendly, you should note that all prices they publish are $1000 lower than actual. In vehicle description at bottom of web page they write, Shown Prices are amount financed based on $1000 Down Payment. I was paying cash and so would not finance. And skews results when on site like cars.com and sort or filter by price. Also causes sites to rate as Excellent Deal when comparing to Blue Book value as it uses the price less $1k to evaluate. Should advertise actual price. Requiring down payment is normal business practice.If working with them, make sure you ask Out the door quote before stopping by.Also said they would Work with me on $499 dealer fee but it remained during negotiation.3 stars is because they offer free Carfax on every vehicle which shows they are transparent on car history.I advised I would visit 24 hours before, called 30 mins before arriving and car was still double parked 4 cars deep. I never test-drove it. Went in to work numbers first and left once I saw the real price.

Dishonest. Shady. Online says $1000 down but salesman uses prices that is on website and says it is $1000 more. Only went here because my daughter says her friend bought a car from here. Her friend didnt buy a car from there. It was a miscommunication. They are argumentative when you ask questions. After running her credit report he comes back with a white sheet of paper with a black sharpie that he wrote on saying that the bank need $2000 down at $260 per month. I said why and which bank? Where is the report??? Also, they promote Good Bad or No Credit approval.The guy doesnt even list the price of the car on the paper. I ask the manager how much were we approved for and which bank. He couldnt verify he refuse to answer. He says West something which is a third party vendor not a bank. I asked where were they located. He couldnt answer. I asked for the report. He says it is illegal to give it to me. Bull!! He had my daughters DL up on his screen the whole time. I came over to ask him to minimize the page he tells me that we are the only one in her. I am like that is it. I told him the guy was in here with us. He seemed unconcerned.We left. Prior to that the guy next to us offere d to pay $6000 cash for a car and he would budge. Run dont even look back!!! This happend day 7.11.2020. I dont know what you guys are posting. All of this positive feedback. Maybe we were the wrong color. It was like night and day.

This place should be closed up they have a 2007 Honda Accord currently advertised on Carfax used cars for 4200. They have the right to charge any price they want my issue is not that but after getting there they say their ad claims the price of the car is 4200 after you put $1000 down and then I had a dealer prep for $500 as I said my issue is not the price which I think it’s a rip off but thank God we looked at the car the bumper was being held on with tie fasteners This is a disgrace they put peoples life in danger if that car was bought in the bumper came off in the middle of 95 he could’ve caused a major accident Of course they claim they didn’t know the bumper was hanging on by Tie fasteners Yet they claim they did work to the car place is a complete rip off is disgusting that they would sell a car with tie Fasteners holding the bumper on

I bought a 2007 Lexus 400H from this dealer for my daughter. The car broke down before she got home with it! We had it towed to the Lexus dealer and they said that the car had been water damaged and it would cost more to fix it than it was worth. The dealer refused to take the car back and have not offered to help us out in any way. So we have a car we cant sell and a over $400 dollars in costs on top of that! If you buy a car from this dealer have it checked for water damage!
