Do NOT purchase a vehicle from them. I bought a 2013 Honda Odyssey from them on June 1, 2021. I purchased the car around 1pm. I asked them to put a new set of tires on the van since I was driving it 14 hours (at my cost). Jésus took me to the airport to drop my rental, since I flew in to purchase a vehicle, and by the time we returned, there was no one at the dealership. They had closed, and no one went to the tire shop to pick up my van. The tire shop was closed too. Now I had already checked out of my hotel and returned my rental. I had my bags with me because I was going to get on the road, but they dropped the ball. So I paid for a hotel out of pocket ($260) because I was told I would get a refund the next day. Well, the next day came and went. No refund. I have called and sent messages and now no one answers my calls or replies to my text. Oh and today is June 21. I have the hotel receipt and screenshots of me messaging snd getting no reply. There are tons of dealerships near Miami. I would recommend going somewhere that gives better customer service and appreciates the customer more.

Drove 4.5 hours to this dealership to pick up a car they said was READY for me to drive home. Upon arrival they had told me that the car was in the bodyshop getting the clear coat fixed and wouldnt let me see or test drive the car until the next day. Had to drive another 4.5 hours home empty-handed for a total of 9 hours and wasted nearly $150 worth of gas. Its been 8 days now and the car is somehow still in the shop and everytime I call, the same salesperson keeps making excuses on why the car isnt ready. They also said they would send a video of the clearcoat and took my name down but never responded and completely forgot about me. The whole dealership and the people that work there seem very sketchy and their communication is garbage. I really do not trust these people at all and urge friends and family to stay away from this shady dealership. -Micah

If I could give this zero stars I would. I came in for a car I found online, called and confirmed it was still available. Once there, the car ended up having over 20k miles more than the ad said, and the price stayed the same. I really liked the car and I needed one since my old car was crashed. The “salesmen” told me he’ll give me a better price and then didn’t- i traded my car for basically nothing but I did it mostly for convenience and just bought the car.I asked him to please return my old tag from my car as I wasn’t able to remove it, and when I went to go pick the new plates up-which he didn’t call to let me know when they were available- he didn’t give me my old plate. The whole thing felt sketchy - he told me he’d fed ex it to me and let me know when done. A month passes and nothing. I was scared I was scammed because my title hadn’t arrived in the mail either after over two months. Again I reached out and he said he mailed it through reg mail a long time ago. I asked him to please check for me as I hadn’t received it and he told me it wasn’t his responsibility, and that I had to go to the post office and figure it out myselfSo I went to a tag agency to make sure the car was at least in my name, which it was, paid 30$ to get a new one and cancel the original (wherever it was) when I looked at the address, it was incorrect. I went to the post office as well and they told me the address doesn’t exist and that it was sent back to sender(the dealership). I called the office to see if they had my plate, they sounded confused- I guess they weren’t aware of the trade-in saying it wasn’t in the records so they were going to find out for me and call back, except I never got a call back. The salesmen probably sold the car on his own.I still haven’t gotten my tag back. I got a sun pass bill on that tag I have to pay now to be able to cancel it which I didn’t even have prior to trading in the car so he definitely used it or mishandled it where it got to the wrong handsExtremely rude salesman, don’t even have his name because he didn’t give it to me, it’s not even on the paperwork.Once he got his commission he stopped caring. He could’ve at least double checked for me.Complete scammers . I’m sure all these reviews are fake and paid forDefinitely lived up to the sleazy car salesman stereotype.

Took pics of it to take to his Manager. No Response.... Called Dealer to see if car was even on lot...Was told it was. But said someone looked at it yesterday and though it was sold. Said will talk to Gil and get back to me. I live in Maine planning to pick vehicle up on Saturday. Bought tickets to fly in to FT.Lauderdale at a cost of $500...Still NO REPLY...GOOD LUCK

I’ve been looking for an Audi for so long and when I finally found it on internet I called this dealer and ask if it was in stock. A guy called Steve answer YES we have it and made me drove over 45 miles from my house to meet him and actually buy the car. Well, guess what... neither Steve or the car where here. Steve wasn’t in the place so one of the other sales rep. helped me and told me, “hey man, I’m sorry but that car was sold 3 weeks ago” now I have to drive back home 45 more miles with out even seen the car.

I Called about a BMW m6 and a salesman said I will shoot you my cell and send me your info there. I did and never heard from him. About a month later I saw the same car and called again and Steven said he would take a video for me and guess what? 2 days later no video, some other salesman reached saying they would send the video and guess what guys no video still... Everything started well until we found out they tricked us into a yo-yo scam and a bait and switch on the price of the car. We picked a car for $8,900 because they told us they could only approve us for a car under $10,000 so we picked a small SUV and signed paperwork under the impression the car was below $10, 000 after the money down payment, fees and taxes. The finance crook Raul G told us he couldnt give us our paperwork until the bank approved us, red flag but they had us all day at the lot and gained our trust. Come to find out these crooks were trying to get us to finance a care that was over $13,000 which we never agreed to at any point. On top of that the car had problems and when we tried to go back to get it fixed we spend hours there while they ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. Avoid them. Stay away. Do not go to them.

I bought a car from here in March of 2016 it was a great car and a good experience. Now Im back in the market for another used car so I called best price dealer. I filled out an online credit app. after waiting 24hrs I got a call about a problem on my credit. they sent me photos of what they saw. after looking at it I realized it was the credit report they had pulled back in 2016 lol. I dont know why or how it was still in there system. I told the my sales rep rick what had happend I think he thought I was crazy though I pointed out that all the report dates were from 2015 the address at the top was my old house address not the address on my new credit app I had filed online were Ive lived for almost 5 years as I had sold that home in June of 2016. rick said they would pull a current credit app and get back to me. I wanted to handle all the paperwork before I drove to the dealer as its 2hrs away. to end this story its 3days later I cant get anyone on the phone and when I do they say our finance manager will call you in 15 to 20min. which never hapoens. I pay for credit monitoring service so I can see that they never actually pulled my credit. on the bright side I ended up taking my buisness to a local dealer who pulled my credit had me financed an in my new car today. Its to bad because when I went there in 2016 They had a great selection of cars and they were in great shape for a used car lot and in 2016 i recieved wonderful customer service which is why I went back this time. Boy things there have changed and it was sad to see. I felt like it didnt matter weather they got my buisness or not!

I’m giving one star because I don’t have the option to give 0 . Warehouse dealer, they sold me an Audi with the turbo leaking oil, water pump broken. Sag liner . The headline I was aware of, they said they would fix the headline during a week day because I went i a Saturday and the mechanic wasn’t there, I had the car for the weekend enough to find out about the other issues, so I brought the car back during the week day, to fix the headline and also let them know about the other issues. Their answer was sorry this is a used car no warranty. They have No professionalism, even tho I understand is a used car dealer but buy a car that goes bad in 3 days is unacceptable. This people are taking advantage that the lemon car law only applies for new cars to sell their costumers junk . I don’t even trust a $1 bottle of water if is from this dealer 👎
