Literally never open when they’re supposed to be. Don’t waste your time coming out here to shop just to find all the lights off. Go somewhere more professional. There isn’t even a sign on the door to say when they’ll be open. VERY unprofessional. This happens so often and I’m so sick of it.

Love this store, every time I go in they help me to the fullest. The owner (lady) is very informative, I described something I needed for a wig and she helped me even offered to style it on my head. That was nice, but I was going to my hairdressers anyway so she trimmed it down. I will continue to support them. Satisfied customer

If i could give them no stars I would. Awful service! Asked for help didnt get it. And the store owns kid was screaming, and very very disruptive and yelled and screamed so loud i couldnt hear my friend that I was with, for the whole time I was in there and I was in there over an hour. After getting all I needed i went to check out, swiped my card, and the store own told me, i needed an I.D. so I was not able to get any of the things I wanted because my card was at home. Experience AWFUL!

Their survice sucks they help with the customers because they always have their baby...then the other lady is always on the phone so you never get help from her. They have a very limited selection. I cant even find my color in there then they have a phone but dont pick up ever whats the point
