Excellent customer service and technical service. The install was done efficiently and effectively.

I would not use them I tried calling them to get a price for a new windshield.and could talk to anyone.they wanted to do everything on line.so you close a sale.

Told 12-5 and never showed up. I even called at 5 but no response.

I set up a appointment when I got there.They took the vehicle immediately after.The window was put in so fast..I was expecting to be there for a while..I was there about and a half or so.No more then fourty five minutes

The staff is extremely helpful when picking up or delivering. Some crates are extremely heavy with several windshield size pieces of glass. The men here are very kind to help me with moving these crates. The staff here are always friendly and professional. Never rude.

Mirror came off the windshield. Repaired quickly and professionally. Free of charge. Will remember that if I should ever need a new windshield or any other auto glass repair. Again great business model. Thanks again.

FANTASTIC service! The rear view mirror in my 20 year old car finally gave way so I stopped into Safelite Auto Glass and they reattached it FREE of charge in less than 5 minutes!! Would HIGHLY recommend for other services too. Even though the address is Paxton Street, its far out on Paxton Street so you might want to use Google maps or a GPS to find it. They also have mobile units that can come to your location for major auto glass repairs & replacments.

Safelite AutoGlass did a good job repairing the chip in the windshield. The man who performed the repair was very kind. The only thing I wasnt impressed with was the estimated time arrival to perform the repair (Which was scheduled by Progressive Insurance Co.) The appointment was setup for Wednesday between the hours of 8:00AM & 5:00PM. I hate to whine about trivial things but waiting around for someone to call and give me the time they will arrive is not a great business practice. Lucky for me, I received the call around 11:30 & he was here by 12:00PM. They need to narrow down their arrival times so customers can get their own business taken care of.

Great work fast service and great prices

Guy came out and in two seconds said, oh sorry cant be fixed it needs replaced. Two chips and a small crack. Same person said they couldnt fix my other vehicles windsheild for a chip. I doubt they even have a repair kit on hand and just go for replacement everytime. Windshield replacement cost is higher than anywhere else, with inferior products and workmanship.
