I stopped at Elementary Coffee Co. while passing through Harrisburg on a Sunday. Delicious coffee and cute place. My partner got one of the specialty drinks which was sweet, spicy, and delicious. I got a classic cappuccino which had a heart on top. Great service and drinks. They also have a shop section with handmade mugs, art magazines, key chains stickers. Im looking forward to going back... and glad to find a quality coffee shop open on Sundays.

Great Uganda coffee. Cant believe I almost went to Starbucks. The baristas are very friendly. Cool spot in cool location. Dose of politics here but I view that as personality.

Wonderful place, the chai tea (and farm apple cider) I had was absolutely delicious, and the person I came with said their coffee was as well. The staff and other costumers were all very friendly. Their merch is lovely and I grabbed as much of it as I could afford. Its a little hard to get to (at first I confused another nearby shop for this one, and while there are a few parking areas around, it was a little confusing which ones were public) but it was WELL worth it, this is easily one of my favorite shops Ive been to.

Awesome place! I rarely review places here but this one really deserves the praise. We were staying in town for the weekend and we saw this place and decided to try it, so happy we did! Great coffees! The food is delicious! The baristas are super nice and friendly! Really good prices!Love it!

Satanic imagery is not very welcoming or tolerant of a significant clientele base. We walked there after Mass and were disappointed to see such an affront to both our beliefs and a large percentage of those throughout the world.Unfortunately, we had already given them money before we noticed this.Your employees were considerate and friendly. Please consider a different marketing scheme.

Stopped here for a tea and to use the restroom on a trip to the state capitol building (only one block away). Very friendly and attentive service. THE CLEANEST BATHROOM EVER! Highly recommend Elementary Coffee.

I had been going here for years, but apparently they dont like making drinks too close to closing time. I was turned away at the Broad Street location; Im giving 3 because of a history of good service, however I am left with a bad taste in my mouth from todays experience.In regards to the response to my post, it was 3:52 when I walked up to the outside window; its always easier to pass the blame on to the customer, changing to 1 star.

I loved the glitter fruit tea for pride month and my husband said they had the best iced coffee he’s ever had! It was such a deep, robust coffee whereas most iced coffees are watered down. We also shared a yummy quiche and chair oat square with blueberries.

My favorite coffee shop in Harrisburg hands down! The baristas are always pleasant and caring, the location is adorable and the drinks are addicting. My favorites are the iced mocha and the iced matcha :) (Their apparel is also so comfortable and cute!)

This is by far the best coffee place Ive found. Not only is everything delicious and crafted with love and a passion for beautiful coffee, but the staff are amazing. Getting the first time I entered the North Street location, I felt like I was a regular. On top of all this, Elementary Coffee Co. helps support eco conscious causes, social justice initiatives, and the LGTBQIA+ community. It is a haven in Harrisburg that gives me not only the caffeine I need to get through the day, but also the community. I feel so lucky to work close to this shop.

I am enjoying a rest stop in the morning for a yummy Iced Mocha beverage. I am a transgender Woman and i found the staff very accepting and totally professional . If you ever have time in the Harrisburg Pa. area. Stop get Coffee and enjoy an amazing vibe. My visit was on Monday 16, 2019 at 10:50 hours. I support businesses that accept all people!!!!! If i could give this place 10 stars I would!!!!

Hands down the best local coffee shop Ive been to. Their beans are wonderfully roasted, the available coffees are uniquely delicious, and the staff are lovely. Elementary tops it all off with cute trinkets for sale and a healthy role in local activism. Will be back again and again.

Stopped in here for coffee and regretted it. The artwork is all demonic and the company emblem is a satanic figure called Baphomet. Definitely not something I want to support. Unfortunately I had already ordered before I noticed all the disturbing elements of the shop. And the coffee was not very tasty and made me sick about an hour later. Do not recommend at all!

Been a fan since my first sip from their kiosk at Broad Street Market, and their new café location gives you the same unmatched quality of product, while in an environment that is perfectly cozy and lets the baristas truly shine in their quality of service. Anyone who can come here should go out of their way to do so - its THAT good.

I got a Hopscotch latte with almond milk from their market location and I can’t stop thinking about it. So much yum.

Great coffee shop with the foundation of a great owner. Ordered a DREAMER for the 2nd time yesterday-- this is my new favorite coffee bev! I ordered it with oatmilk and asked for half the syrup as Im not a sweet coffee drinker. They infuse simple syrup with lavender and rosemary - oh so good!! This will be my new Thursday treat at the Broad Street Market! Thank you!

Driving Xcountry and my map routed me through Harrisburg. Decided to stop for coffee and this could not have been a better decision! This place was the cutest and everyone in my fam LOVED their drinks. We got the ciders and a chai latte and both 10/10. Plus they’re dog friendly! Kind baristas too. The next time I’m back in Harrisburg will for make a re-appearance here :)

Same great Elementary Co. coffee, but in a beautiful new location. (And theyre open 7 days a week!) The menu of speciality drinks also looks like its been expanded to include more of their rotating/seasonal favorites.Congratulations on your grand opening!

Both modern and traditional coffees, teas and lattes. Today I ordered a ginger and was not disappointed by the cinnamon, ginger and other spices mixing with a smooth robust espresso and milk base. The barista was friendly and courteous. Very convient quiet location downtown. Open for walk up only currently.

Great place. End of week they have baked goods from Raising the Bar. A delicious combination.

You order from outside, but you still have to wear a mask while standing outside. The barista is 10 away inside, and they wont take your order unless you wear a mask. But they dont wear gloves when they serve your order. Kind of hypocritical 🤔. Were not on a lock down anymore and its our freedom of choice. Too bad they treat customers like inferiors.

The outside is nice. Looks modern. Inside was HOT! Was sweating in a few minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a Dirty Chai and it was O K. Not as spicy as I would like. Not as hot. Not bad size for price.

The shop is beautiful and the coffee is delicious. Thats whats important 😁.Elaborating on that though: the revitalization that occurred where elementary is located is absolutely amazing. The property was formally an uninhabitable blighted building that had a hole going from the roof all the way to the first floor. Now elementary is on the first floor with an amazing design aesthetic that you would find typically in a coffee shop located in a major metro area.I am not a coffee expert but Ive always enjoyed what Ive got in there and at their market location. As the seasons change so do some of their drinks which is always nice.

Honestly the best coffee in Harrisburg. All the standards and many more, plus bites and pastries with plenty of casual work space and an all gender bathroom with a changing table. Andrea has been a community staple for years already, working out of the Broad Street Market and now Elementary finally has a place to call their own!

I am sorry to write this review I am very disappointed I bought a sweet one 2 weeks ago and it was sweet today I go and its bitter as hell so instead of making the customer happy she tells me I have to purchase another this will be the last time I go also Starbucks is less expensive and friendlier

Finding a good cup of coffee is easy but finding a great cup of coffee can be hard. Thankfully, Elementary Coffee opened a stand alone shop which allows their loyal customers the opportunity to have their amazing coffee everyday of the week, not just market days. With freshly roasted coffee beans, you’ll never get a cup of coffee that doesn’t taste great. One of my favorite things is the seasonal coffee creations they come up with to match your tastebuds to the outside temps. Whether it’s a cup of coffee, a latte, or something more adventurous like the Elixir, Swamp Thing or my favorite, the Kingsolver, Elementary will not let you down in providing you with a locally made drink by some very happy and dedicated baristas. Local is the key word, so stop into their two locations and give them a try!
