Usually the coffee and food is good but today the thing at the window needs to learn better customer service and I took 3 sips of my drink and my stomach is killing me!!!! Won’t be drinking the rest. Starbucks is expensive

Had an extremely bad encounter with a staff member here a few years ago after a dozen or so visits that were solid. Even today, years later, service is friendly and helpful, but slow, doubly so during lunch, where it can sometimes take 30 minutes to get a black iced coffee. Order ahead if you plan on coming here for lunch and pick it up inside to avoid the insane drive thru lines.Edit: 09/19 - Was randomly asked to leave the store, along with other customers, because they wanted to close the lobby at 1pm. No explanation was given, it was just a note taped to the glass and the employee holding the door while we all shuffled out of there. Id suggest avoiding dining in at this place for the foreseeable future.

For a place that was extremely packed take out and drive through the employees were very nice and organized and not a long wait. If you have the app use it and it will save you a few minutes.

Carmel macchiato with a quad shot and extra pump AND drizzle was just as good as the time before that, and the time before that even. They stay extremely consistent and I adore their hard word in this store.Dont forget to try and add your vote to the poll that is usually happening on the drive through glass sliding window

Welcome to the friendliest Starbucks Ive ever patronized. Upon walking in on a fine Sunday morning, I am greeted by a barista before I can even get the layout of the land. As I approach the food counter I am again greeted by the server who would later take my order. The store is clean and actively being cleaned in between customers and busy drive thru orders. Store is well organized. Regular customers are greeted by name. Most notably is the kindness in which I hear the staff speaking with one another. Training is happening, encouragement and redirection are offerred. Light and appropriate personal conversation ensues. What a great staff and Starbucks experience.

Im a customer of this Starbucks store. Recently couple of times I order hot coffee but I have got almost cold coffee. The same problem happend again and again. So, I told to one of the employee about the problem what is happening for me, dump my cold coffee in the trash cane and left the store angry. I wont come back in this place any more.

Slowest drive thru line ever! If you like to wait 45 minutes in a drive thru, this is the place for you!

In no world is it acceptable to sit in a line for 35 minutes for a coffee. I left my house 20 minutes early today to come here and I still ended up late for work.

Good Starbucks thats usually not as crowded as others in the area. It has great WiFi (29.8Mbps download and 15.6 Mbps upload). Theres a drive through as well

Order was wrong, service was bad. Couldnt drink our drinks and they were made wrong.

Placed an online order. Got to the store, which had its lobby closed, so had to wait in the 15 minute drive thru line. Have some courtesy/customer service and let us know that placing an online order is useless...

Sunday around noon time the drive thru was pretty packed. My mango dragon fruit refresher with apple juice was define. BUT every once in awhile when I got a little frozen piece of dragon fruit it kind of tasted like freezer burn which killed it for me a tad. But all and all pleasant experience Sol at the drive thru was a delight! They were getting hit pretty hard, working hard while trying to keep orders accurate and deserved $10 tip from me ^-^👍🏼

The store is to be open at 5 am. I ordered on my Starbucks app. It let me order. I get there at 5:20 am and the store is not open. I go back almost two hours later, still not open.

The cashier that served me was very nice.

Staff is always very friendly, they move quickly, and overall its just a nice experience whenever I visit.

Nope, Im boycotting, the last few times the longs were all way to Paxton st, the drinks were overpriced and there was no coffee on my milk and no chai in my half filled latte cup..5$ for half a cup of cream is too way much when your in need of caffeine... They always have been nice and tried to fix it, but its not the same.. theres nothing worse than a messed up coffee

My daughter and I go through the drive thru every Saturday morning. No matter how frustratingly long the wait, we are always happy to see Justins smiling eyes and cheerful demeanor. His happiness is contagious, and we always leave with smiles on our faces. Working in a drive thru that takes a long as this one does cannot be easy, but he does it with the best attitude. Just wanted to say thank you for being a ray of sunshine even on the dreariest of days.

Got there at 7:45 on Friday when hours say open until 10pm. Drive through menu was lit up, two guys inside, but doors locked and no one would take my order in the drive through. I get with the times people are closing earlier but every other Starbucks is open until at least 9. I would of went to one in camp hill had I known. I had somewhere to be and left my house with just enough time to grab coffee before the event. Extremely disappointed.

Drove there for ice tea - the line was too long - I pulled into the thru lane to leave and further up they had it blocked - that I couldnt exit. I couldnt back up I couldnt turn around its one way Luckily there was a opening between the cars that were stopped to place their order and the car ahead at the pick up window. Why in the world would they block the exit lane preventing anyone from exiting the line. Is that even legal. One way to lose customers by blocking them from leaving.

Waited a very long time for mobile order and drive thru orders were moving faster than my mobile order. I think I will stick with locations without a drive thru...or, just go thru drive through even though they are usually slow for drive thru orders.

The staff is always super friendly! The drinks are made well on some visits, but not so great on others. The only major compliant is that service is so slow. It takes 20 minutes just to order and another 15 before you pay and pick up your drink.

The last 2 times I’ve been thru the drive thru our drinks have been terrible. The first time we did go back and get new drinks but they were just as bad. This time we didn’t have time to go back. It’s sad because this store has always been the best around, and sad that their quality has gone so far downhill. When spending those amounts for a drink I would rather wait to have it done right then rushed to get everyone thru the line.

Sat in drive thru for ten minutes and cars didnt move. Lobby is closed. Sign on the door says its closed inside for technical difficulties.

When I ask for iced coffee with an extra shot n get a hot coffee with 3 pumps of vanilla.... Im beyond frustrated because gal in front of me ordered 3 drinks, sat at the window for 15- 20mins easily.. need some work on speeding up drive thru

More than once I have been frustrated with the quality of the drink I received, but I’m writing this review because baristas will argue with you about it instead of asking how they can fix it.

Used to love this location... but it seems that now the staff has no trouble making fun of people in the drive through and visibly gossiping about you. Let’s be real, there’s not many other alternative locations so I’m sure I’ll keep going there but definitely uncomfortable every time I go through the drive-through

I’m a recent employee of this Starbucks and I quit for personal reasons but the store manager was telling everyone she fired me. I have never felt so disrespected at a job. I loved working for Starbucks and now I can’t go back because of this one person. I wish there was a direct line to corporate. Now every time I walk into that Starbucks to get a drink none of the baristas say hell to me like there supposed to they start talking on the headsets to each other.

Fairly average Starbucks experience, that is to say: it was good. Service was congenial, like Chik Gil-a level nice, but slower than you’d usually expect. The atmosphere is nice, it’s a pretty building. I’d definitely come back.

After 3 visit...they definitely don’t know how to follow basic instruction that my 7 year old can do. It’s not hard to make a basic cofee

I actually really like this Starbucks, its bigger than I expected and it has a really cool color scheme to it. Cool being like the soft browns and darker tones with nice natural lighting. Not to mention all the staff is friendly. It was my first time to that one but Ill definitely go back. It also has a drive thru!

This was the worst SK CDL I have ever been served at a Starbucks. I recognize newer employees are learning, but if this person was new, someone should have been watching over a shoulder. Service in the store was extremely slow - I waited over 10 minutes for my coffee. You are better than this Starbucks, do better!

Had a pretty standard mocha. Was just right. Everything from the temp to the amount of chocolate was how it should be. I guess there is a Starbucks on every corner for a reason.

The Starbucks on Paxton Street is the best in the area. Service is always very friendly and accommodating. The staff makes you feel like you are part of their family. The coffee and specialty coffees always taste great!

This is a nice Starbucks that is located across the street from the Harrisburg Mall. A nice sitting area inside of the store. Staff is usually friendly and prepare your drink orders in a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes the lines can be quite long but they go quickly. This is a nice Starbucks because it also has a drive through and the ability to order ahead.

Slow service. Drinks half full. Some employees appearance sloppy. Food served is just thrown in bags and not appealing.

Ordered a pumpkin spice latte on several occasions and it was just awful! I wont be back to this location again.

First and foremost, the employees treat you like friends, they work really hard to fulfill your order quickly, the food is good, they have several variations of you want to deviate. Just few reasons, oh and the overall atmosphere, a really cozy place.

The customer service at this Starbucks was top notch! From the initial greeting to the goodbye, everyone member of the staff was friendly and energetic. Being that I travel a lot for work, I visit a different Starbucks almost every morning, and this stores customer service was so impressive that Im writing my first Starbucks review!

My son and I stop here every Tuesday and Thursday morning on the way to preschool. There are 3 other Starbucks options more convenient to his school, but we continue to go out of the way to visit this location. The entire morning staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciate that my unique drink is made correctly everytime without the confusion that I often experience at other locations.

Typical Starbucks, but the staff is always super friendly. There is a young man who works there who is particularly sweet,I wish I could remember his name. But either way I would definitely recommend this Starbucks and come here often myself.

Great service and quick response time. They didnt have a brew that they had displayed available so they did a single serve pour over for me, at no extra cost. Place was clean and well stocked. Will definitely go there again when Im back in town.

Love this Starbucks location! Ive been going here regularly since 2005. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly and awesome! They all take the time to get to know you and what you order. After switching jobs last year, this Starbucks was no where near my route to work, but after not so great service at another location, Ive now been going out of my way just to continue going to this location.Keep up the amazing work!

Great location to meet people and connect.... However staff didnt really pay attention to keeping things clean or to make sure that creamer area was updated or if there were needs, or general clean up. It was a bit shabby as to compare to other times I was there.

This place have some very good coffee but not for the price they are selling them for.. A small cup of coffee cost you way more then you could get the same small cup else where for way less...I wouldnt recommend this place for the middle class people they will surely go broke being in there

I love Starbucks . I cant remember his name but there was an Asian guy that went above and beyond for me. I lost my receipt and usually dont go to this Starbucks. He was awesome. Iately the baristas at Starbucks have not been up to par but he was amazing. I would actually drive the half hour to get help from him instead of the one by my house

Everything was fine except the one guy working that was way too loud and spent the 10 minutes I waited complaining about a coworker while customers were standing there. Not very professional and youd think someone who prides themselves that much on being a Starbucks employee would put more than a tablespoon of cream in a venti cold brew too. Maybe hell move on to be the manager at Show Department or something.

Okay, this used to be my favorite. Anymore, however, at least every other visit something gets messed up with my order, staff has changed and getting the good staff members has become really hit or miss. Id like to rate them higher, and they are totally 5 star when the good staff members are in, but there are also the 1 star days, so on the whole they are a two.
