I love this place! Its always so clean and neat and the atmosphere is welcoming. They have plenty of flavors and even have some non dairy alternatives.

Had two of our daughters birthday parties here. Affordable with an awesome staff. All the kids had a blast and photos for a lifetime.

Not even open or a thing anymore

This place is so delightful. It was super clean and well organized. I love how kid friendly it is! There are so many options for flavors and toppings! There are even non-dairy and sugar-free options! I tried the strawberry non-dairy. Not bad at all! They serve cones and bowls. The girl behind the counter was very sweet and courteous.

Ill return with my coworkers. kinda of like a cafe in phoenix that i enjoyed.

Masks were well below both worker/ owners nose. Almost completely off. I politely said your mask must have fallen down but she walked away and did not fix.

Both staff (middle aged/possibly owners) had face masks on but below their nose. Asked woman to fix hers and she adjusted it but did not move it over her nose. This place has a sneeze guard but not on the side of the staff, so they could be breathing all over the toppings.

If you havent been here recently then you need to come back. The place is under new management. I was here about 9 months ago and the toppings were very sparse tonight there were blueberries, strawberries, baked apples, along with a ton of other favorites. Very clean too. The owner/operator took my money and clearly had pride in ownership.

I took my boys to this location often however we stopped going because it just wasn’t enjoyable anymore the tables and chairs were always dirty and the toppings just didn’t look fresh. We went yesterday to experience the new ownership that had taken over and I’m highly impressed! It was clean and inviting, the toppings were all fresh and organized. Happy to say we will be going back for our once a week visits for sure!!!!!

Omg people need to learn that we are in a world pandemic right now so workers and other people need to put their masks OVER their nose not under it,, and dont complain about not being able to breathe u can breathe perfectly fine and stop being over dramatic !! such awful workers there !!!!!

About two months ago, my battery in my car went dead and I was parked in front of the Sweet Frog in Union Deposit. There was a sign saying what time this store would open. It was past the time that the sign indicated that it would open. While I sat there waiting for AAA to show and replace my battery. I saw at least five different families with children show up, hang around for approx. 20 minutes and then finally leave, with obviously disappointed children. I went into one of the shops close by and they said this is not unusual. I then tried calling the Sweet Frog franchise to complain about this and the person I called didnt seem to be overly concerned, but she said she would contact the franchise owners and give them my name and number. I never heard a thing. About an hour and a half after the posted opening time, a young girl finally showed up and opened the store. I found this to be intolerable especially after seeing the disappointment on the faces of the children and their parents who had looked forward to their visit to this store. Personally, I will never step a foot inside this store where such apathy is so apparent. I suggest you dont either!

Tasty! Was greeted with a hello when I entered. Kid friendly. Date-age friendly. A bit on the expensive side. Three of us, getting...medium sized desserts and it cost almost 20$. Definitely not good on a budget. But worth it for a splurge treat.

Nine different kinds of poppers! They can even make bubble teas out of anything there.

Please make sure you double check your receipts. I went to this place with my best friend and I asked her seriously the total is $18 and the cashier said yeah seriously. And please make sure your checking the weight of your yogurt, or else I would have never known. They charged us double the weight of our frozen yogurt and another couple that was there. Thank you!

My experience at sweetfrog was fantastic. The employee was very helpful and told me how everything worked and helped me sign up for their loyalty program which gave me 10% off for that order. The store was very clean and the music set the tone. A wonderful environment for families and children to come in and enjoy frozen yogurt. I will definitely be back again.

Love to come here with the kids. It can get pricey though bc it charges by weight and kids love to pile junk food on. But I do like to indulge myself. Its a great place to go every now and again

My kids love sweet frog. It was a lazy Sunday. So we decided Little Johnss and Sweet Frog. While our sandwiches were being made we went to Sweet Frog Union Deposit rd. Immediately entering the door this place was filthy. Food and trash all over the floor by the topping and cashier. Tables were not wiped. The cashier barely acknowledged me when I said hello because she was too busy talking and flirting with her guy friend who came to visit her and eat some yogurt. Me and my children walked over to the machines. I was appalled and insulted. About two to three of them were out of order. The ones that were operating had melted yogurt all over the nozzle the yogurt comes out of. melted yogurt all over the trays. I did not allow my children to get anything because the cleanliness of this place is horrible. Never had this issue with the one across the river. I left this place and took the kids to Country Meadows on 22. I would actually give it half a star for just being open when it said it was. Definitely does not deserve 1 full star. I used to frequent this one quite often dont know what happened new management or what but it is definitely like how it used to be.

I was excited to come here I was craving my favorite mix of tart and strawberry, pretty basic flavors. Well I was disappointed when I saw that they had neither flavor. Not only did the place look like a mess the floor was so sticky I thought my shoe would come off. The over all atmosphere was not very welcoming and “clean” I don’t think I’ll come back.

The place is fine but I have discovered that I am not a fan of frozen yogurt. Too much artificial sweetener taste.

As far as self-serve froyo places go, Sweet Frog is one of the best in the area. This location had a nice selection of poppers, including cherry and pomegranate. Sadly, no mochi for topping, which seems to becoming more of a rarity these days. Clean, family friendly, reasonably priced.

Yogurt was great. Lots to choose from. It can be expensive but they have coupons you can ask for or happy hour weekdays with a dollar off between 5 and 7 pm.

The yogurt is great, but this place is almost never open. The Google posted hours at the restaurant are correct but the owners/employees routinely open late and close early.

One of the best frozen yogurt chains out there. They had many great flavors to choose from and more toppings than you can eat.
