A/C wasn’t working in a house I just purchased. Found this company’s info and meticulous records of servicing near the unit. This company had serviced the unit for over 10 years. Googled and read 24/7 service on their website - great! Called and was told that since I’m a new customer they won’t even “page” anyone to help. Called another 24/7 company and they gave me no problems. Never plan to try dealing with this company in the future. Shame, as the prior owner appeared to have a good relationship with them for a decade. Sorry I bought the house and thought I could rely on them too?

I have been with them almost 1 year and I am very pleased with their service. Repair service was very prompt. Overall I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are great and affordable! They are very customer oriented and polite. We purchased a new home and they got out right away the same week to do a brief inspection and to give us a refill on propane the next day. I am very pleased with this company so far. If this changes Ill leave another review. DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

On time, best price and no hassle is how I would describe my dealings with the propane part of the business. Once I opened an account, I never shopped around cause they made it that easy.

Moved into new rental old tenant let the oil run out. Called this company explained had 3 small kids and no heat needed emergency oil delivery because of the situation was out of my control. Was pretty much told no way they could help and was told to call around. Shows how they care about possible customers. Literally just drive a truck and pump oil not hard.

Good company with a very responsive service department, even after hours. Sometimes you might have to wait for them, but they WILL ARRIVE and do the job, and thats the important thing. They are also very good at delivery of oil.

The worse customer Service I have ever seen or dealt with. Did not want to answer any questions. No communication with consumer about rates or any disruption in service. There are many other better ran organizations in the area to deal with.

I have used this company since October of 1998. They have been nothing short of excellent in:Service, Professionalism, Tolerance for my many questions and numerous emergency calls throughout 18 winters with breakdowns of my 60 yr old Burnham Jubilee baby, whose finality came about in December 2014 after many tears. SOC installed a new Burnham, and each of their service technicians have treated my furnaces as if they were their own. They toil tirelessly with on call work, then fulfilling their duties the following day, dealing with weather conditions, the needs and demands of their customers and perhaps even must endure rudeness and other negative attitudes and stresses. Their work ethic and standards of care are IMPECCABLE.Please treat them with the respect they deserve. Thank you!

Ive been using this company for my plumbing needs and servicing my furnace for years. I was charged $280 for fixing a leaky toilet which within a week was leaking at the same place. I called and spoke with Rick who was so distracted (not the first time) and had me repeat 4 times where the leak was. He asked if I had other bathrooms in my home to use because his plumber just had a operation and he would have to send out another companies plumber and pay this guy to fix my leak. He clearly didnt want to do it, was rude and condesending. Terrible customer service, that was 4 days ago and he hasnt returned my calls! Will never use them again.
