Guy with glasses curly hair and a gold necklace chubby charged me twice and he started to insult me and my father and another African American with gold necklace was trying to start problems he insisted to get out the store because I confronted them on the mistake they made both them made threats and said they were from Compton please dont go to this 711 bad customer service Id really like to talk to the owner about this situation they threaten to both beat me and my father up during their working hours

I had went in because I wasnt giving the correct change. Wanted to talk with a manager and was told to talk with Steve. Went and talked to Steve, told him the story and the cashier that told me to come and talk to him and his response was I dont know why she does that I am not the manager. Long story short I am out of money and I will never be going back there again ever.

I buy a donut & iced coffee at this store just about every day. The clerks are always super friendly & do a great job of keeping the store up. I literally choose this one over the other nearby store cuz theyre great about keeping the iced coffee stocked, and I really appreciate the friendliness of the clerks here.

I have been visiting this location for about the last 18 months for the use of the great Free ATM and would usually buy a few items or take advantage of the 7-11 soda refill program.Today the person working at the counter didnt recognize me, and wouldnt let me take advantage of the refill offer, and wouldnt believe me that I was refilling my cup (despite being nicely dressed in business casual clothing - not that it should matter).I really wanted to leave the soda on the counter and walk away, but I paid the $1.10 anyway. I WILL NEVER RETURN.Im writing today, because if I were the owner of this franchise, I would want to know if my employees are driving away business by rolling around in the gutter with my customers over a few pennies of soda.

One day I asked these guys if they had a particular energy drink, they did not, BUT ordered them the next day just because I expressed interest. The ladies that work there are always friendly and kind. Thanks!

OMG! One of the WORST! Overflowing coffee dispenser trap, no napkins, had to use a coffee filter to get the coffee overflow off my cup (not MY coffee, what was already in the trap), out of half their cup sizes, and THEN the coffee came out like water! Dumped it all in the trash & walked out. 🤢🤮

The hina at the checkout was hella rude dawg I was paying for my gas and she treated me rudely you feel me. I told her to tone it down cuz I’m a paying customer and she said to hurry up and get out! Very bad sorry not coming here again
