The line was long but it moved fairly quickly. They do require masks. Gas prices are lower than othets in the area.

I came today all the gas pumps were out of service and this is like the third time that happens!!! That’s why I decided to do a review! This place has change it use to be a lot cleaner. Some of the guys working here have good customer service!

Services is good but dont expect to buy beer there because, they will not keep it stocked, and they will not tell you whether or not they have it if it isnt stocked. Why even have a beer section. Other than that I go there regularly and Ive never had any problems besides the beer, they just, its not just the one time thing this is for months this has been going on.

Horrible experience. I stood in line for 20 minutes and finally got to the cashier and a small sign on the window says cash only due to our machines being down. Why wouldnt they post it in a better place so you dont have to wait that long. Then the cashier tells me where the ATM machine is. The ATM charged me over 3 bucks to take out 40 bucks plus whatever my bank is going to charge me. So I get back in line and finally get to the cashier. Obviously Im not happy. She rings me up and I told her that I need to put my phone number in. She says, dont worry about it. I already did. I asked how she knew my number and she said she put a discount phone number in. What is the point of having a rewards number if your employees are the ones to benefit from it. You did me wrong circle k and as a business owner who uses your company for gas for my fleet of vehicles. Im taking my business elsewhere. Shame on her and you.

Pam & Karen, are always very helpful & courteous which makes my experience pleasant every single time . Kudos for them, who strive at there job in these pandemic severe times.

Lazy unprofessional staff. Soda machine is nasty w fruit flies. Night staff alway has musics so loud. This place is has really tanked. If the have straws, then they dont have cups. If there is cups there out of soda or machine is broke.

The best customer service by far at the hemet location i love coming back especially when dontre and chyenne are running the store they really know how to brighten up the mood there funny and the sweetest !!!!!!!! definitely making this my go to gas station !!!!

I use to love coming to this circle k because of the great customer service! And now its the worst. They turned my 5yo daughter away from the restroom and she peed herself because she had to go so bad! They told me use wino. Inwill.never step foot here again due to this situation!

Best gas prices in town, if they have the gas. Theyre often out of regular unleaded. Whats the point in having the cheapest gas prices if you dont keep it in supply? Frustrating.

Usually has pumps open for easy no wait fill up and the prices are usually the lowest in the town.

Got gas yesterday $34 for gas and a $11 car wash this was at the gas station in the Winco parking lot in Hemet. Looked at my bank statement and there is an extra $12 taken out of my account. I only was at the pump not inside store. Filed a claim with my bank.

I always get gas here and love the pizza. Today (9/27/18) however I stopped to get gas and hoping to snag a slice of pizza, there was none on display in their spinning wheel of temptation. But the lady said, It would be a little over 4 minutes till a Pepperoni pizza would be ready. So I said I would pay in advance with my drink.So I finished gassing up, came back in, used the restroom (all about 4 minutes time) only to find out that a Sausage pizza was spinning round but then a guy came to assist pizza lady and slices up the pie, just to give it to a guy behind me, saying he paid ahead of me and if I wanted a piece of pizza Id have to wait another 5 minutes!!! What!!!I promptly asked for a REFUND and am not sure after that Bait n Switch Ill ever be tempted to eat their pizza again..It wouldve been alright if the knuckle head helping pizza girl hadve been smart enough to say, Im sorry, youve been waiting, take this slice of pizza on us.#missedopportunityCircleKThank God WinCo was next door and I went and spent my refund there, @Georges Pizza, for .5c LESS I might add (foolishly) but it was worth my time not to be insulted by the joker helping the pizza lady, who was quite nice, hes the clueless one, so stupid as to return my $$ without offering a compromise..NOT THINKING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER WHOS JUST BEEN LEFT HIGH AND DRY.I know this is an isolated incedent but can some sort of training be done to ensure better customer satisfaction? thanks 😉

Dam..this morning I stop by to get gas like always and my cup of coffee..but just like Thursday morning no coffee....very disappointed,no coffee again...this is the time of the day that everyone needs there coffee..the countainers werent even out ...I stop by around 6:00 am....I would of rated you guys a 4 possibly a 5 but lately it hasnt been a good experience....someone needs to fix this ...

I had to change there rating I gave just recently I purchased lottery scratcher and one but tried cashing it and someone forgot to activate the whole packet, so they told me I have to come back when the manager is in she is the only one that can fix it, and there still selling loto tickets that are not activated?

The carwash at this circle k is really BAD.... 11dlls thrown to the trash... :-(
