Its been a while since I last reviewed Los Altos market. They have completely renovated the front part of store produce section. It looks very clean and inviting. Service is great and the staff is so friendly. Oh my brother Jeff says the pan is great!! If your lucky and there is any left..lol

Food is better (and cheaper) than a lot of restaurants in town that serve Americanized Mexican food. They have a little bit of everything and the staff is very nice.

I shop here now n then.. but EVERYTIME and I really do mean everything.Dude behind meat counter is really good at make sure I feel Uncomfortably unwelcome... sorry but 100%true. No pleasant 😕😒😞😔. Sucks because I really do like to shop at this store

Wow they fixed it up! New floor and a rearrange. This is privately owned and the owner is very nice..he tries hard to take care of his store. The food is really good. Theres a meat market and he has produce and dried items. Its alike a bodega but they dont sell alcohol or beer.

They are so awesome, the store is so clean and the food is amazing.i asked for 30 pounds of carne asada and a huge pan of rice and beans on the fly and they had it ready in 10 min. It was so good

Personally its a decent market but their Mexican food is one of the best in town, plus the tacos are too expensive for their size.

Paid 67 dallors for street tacos and a burrito that were absolutely terrible . Sorry over priced and gross my dogs ate them they liked it lol 😆

They got a little bit of everything. Owner or manager is very helpful and friendly.The cooking Lady she is always grouchy and serves to fast making the food not as desirable. Is not like the are always busy on the contrary is always quite In there.

Cooked food is overpriced and very bland. I wouldnt recommend it at all. Staff is semi friendly

Their conchas are SO good and soft. The Hot food is good too! Prices arent too bad. Produce is like any other store, can be a hit or miss but its all been good in my experience. Dropping a couple stars only because someone close to me has mentioned a few times that the owner can be a little rude. I saw it myself once but then again not everyone is bubbly🤷🏻‍♀️

Very clean store the meat looks unbelievable the meat was beautiful very clean very fresh Ive never been in this store in my life I will go back everyday for quick meat carne asada I bought some garlic can peppers I will make jalapeno stuffed peppers I also bought some beef liver and some hamburger everything looks so beautiful keep up the great work

Lot Altos meat market is a place I love to buy lunch and take home and enjoy. Its a small store but has some of the best cuts of meat. Los Altos meat market is a supreme store with slot going on. You should stop by for lunch..

I have been coming here for a of couple years and its just not the same. Great food. Crappy workers. There used to be a lady with blonde hair that made the burritos. So kind. Now they have this other woman who gives you attitude and rolls your eyes at you when you cant hear her. I work for customer service too I know people can be tiring. But I always say fake it till you make it. She definitely needs to work on her attitude. Not the first experience with her either.

Their food is the best around, their Market is clean and very good with all kinds of authentic Mexican food I eat there 2 or 3 times a week and I take my friends there when Im going. This is not a restaurant but more take out than anything else. So stop in check out the store and have lunch. Its located in Valle Vista, eastside of Hemet, CA. Off of state highway 74, Florida are.

If I could give zero stars to this place I would, terrible service! My mother fell in the parking lot from one of MANY potholes in the asphalt a couple of days ago and she was screaming in pain due to hurting her arm. Other customers noticed her fall and let the employees within the store know what had happened, but they didnt come out to help at all. None of them. Even though they knew there had been an accident outside. They didnt call 911 and she had to call me in order to drive her to the hospital. Today my family came to confront the owner about the situation, but he said he didnt know that had happened, even though his employees did, and when we mentioned how my mother fell due to the pothole the owner said she didnt fall from the pothole, but from the curb because he saw from the cameras. Also, one of the employees stated that she saw my mother fall, but didnt bother helping because she was helping another customer. To me, thats no excuse for not helping a fallen customer. Which then contradicts to the owner saying in the beginning that he didnt know what had happened, because if he didnt know he wouldnt have claimed the fall was from the curb. He got very defensive from this point forward. He never apologized for the situation or anything at all. We will never return to this place again. Their food isnt even fresh anyways Ive seen their vegetables rotting away. Theres better Mexican food from other places anyways.

Love ALL staff at this market very polite and the meat market is fantastic its for everybody so come in and see the fresh Mexican sweet bread yummy.

Nice people. Didnt have a chance to check out their meat counter but it was clean and bought beautiful strawberries for a very good price.
