Poor customer service. There were 4 employees working in the store and only one other customer. We walked around for 15 minutes and were not greeted or asked if we needed help. We didnt speak to someone until we asked if anyone could help us. The showroom does have various options for lighting, Tubs, toilets, and faucets. The customer service was better when it was Blackmans.

It’s a Saturday. Stopped in at the store. We were told we can only walk in during the week. I said my husband is with me and we work during the week. The guy said sorry that’s what Ferguson wants. They will not get our business. We were looking into doing one bathroom and getting updates on the other two. Their rules also the make sense. The store was pretty much empty.

Walk-ins somewhat discouraged because of Covid. I needed a part, and didnt even know where to begin or what it was called. The man behind the counter was over the top helpful. My part was discontinued. He searched different options, and Amazon, etc. He could have said no we dont have that, like another nearby place, but no, he chose to help me. Thank you!

I understand COVID has changed things so I called to see if an appt. is needed. No one picks up phone and no recording. Looked on Google - no message about weekends.So I Drove to the store where I was “greeted” by an unpleasant woman who told me “I can’t come in. Try calling during week to get an appointment. They answer their phones during the week. There is a notice on their door.” I reminded her I couldn’t see the door from home but would have heard the phone message when I called had someone answered or had there been a recording.The woman was pretty rude. No attempt to set up appointment, no willingness to assist. Guess their business is so great they don’t need customers.I will be happy to take my business elsewhere where they understand customer service (e.g., answer phones and have recorded messages on their phones.

Nine days to get an appointment just to visit the showroom, a cancellation at the last moment then another eight days to reschedule another one. God knows how many days to get a delivery. Arrogance at its peak. Yeah, Blame it on Covid. Lets see how long it lasts. Seriously disappointed.

Every aspect of my experience with Blackman of Huntington was fine. Straight forward and honest Julian Nardulli was a pleasure to work with. They had an unbelievable amount to choose from and most importantly listened to my wishes and stayed within my budget. I recommend them to others for sure.

Just a bit more on display than Home Depot or Lowes. Made an appointment only to find out that Id have to do my research on their website. Could have saved myself a couple of hours if I knew that going in.

My wife and I spent the better part of two hours working with Jerry Egan on redesigning our bathroom. Great experience as he listened to our desires and concerns and helped navigate us through potential issues we had not addressed. Could not have asked for a better initial visit and will be working with the Blackman team going forward. As Jerry says, it will be grand.

The worse place ever. Stay away from this company. They screwed up my order multiple times. Promised 10-12 weeks delivery for a special order sink and its been 17 weeks and I still do not have the sink. I am suppose to get delivery today. I took off from work. I am waiting since the morning and no one is giving me an update on delivery time!! I spent over $10,000 at this place and this is the kind of service I get. And this is not the only order that was delayed. I had another order that was delayed by 2 months and after I went to the show room to cancel it..they found the order and said they have the parts. Ridiculous!

Parts department is great. Have always found there salespersons to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

I only rated this 4 stars because of Jerry Egan. He literally was the only person that acknowledged my wife and I. The other 3 women would look us in the eye and just look away. Jerry was patient with us and we ended up buying everything for 3 bathrooms with Blackman.

We are remodeling two bathrooms and Julian Nardulli was our showroom sales rep. He was very knowledgeable on the products and helped us pick out what we needed. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had after we placed our order.

Check your items before you leave, never give the correct items...

We’ve placed a really big order here with someone. Apparently all the parts come seperately and we never received a phone call that they were all in. We’ve had so many little things missing and waited about 2 months just for parts. Sad part is they still didn’t have them after placing an order for 2 months. We’ve tried reaching our sales person she never answers her call, until it took us to physically go there to figure out what was happening. Horrible service. Also so many things came broken and missing . Never again will I come back here.

If you are a homeowner who is renovating your basically stuck having to do business with Blackman. With the market basically cornered on plumbing fixtures you going to have to deal with their deplorable customer service.Specifically, in the Huntington store avoid working with Holly F. on the sales team. Fast talking, bait and switch and the gross failure to follow up with customers are the hallmark of her customer service. A few thousand dollars in additional plumbing charges later, we were able to fix her mistakes. Buyer beware.

The staff at Blackman are most professional. Every time I have gone there I was met with a knowledgeable and polite counterperson. Kevin and Taz (counter persons) are terrific and have helped me every time I have needed parts for various DIY jobs. HD may or may not have a knowledgable staff person on any given day....you ALWAYS have one at Blackman Plumbing. They treat me (not a tradesperson) with respect.

I ordered a towel warmer and timer from Blackman end of May. The delivery estimate was 4-6 weeks. I figured this would be fine as I ordered the item well in advance (Im doing a whole house reno and I didnt want any delays). Its now July 16th and I still have not received the item. I initially spoke to Edwina but ended up buying the product from Jerry (as Edwina was away). Jerry has been completely useless. Never responded to my email (after over a month of waiting). Every time I tried to call him, it would just go to voicemail. When I finally spoke to him, he said the item was backordered. Would have been nice to have been informed of that weeks ago. I managed to cancel the order and got the product from Lowes (who have it in stock) for a cheaper price. So happy never to have to deal with Blackman again. And thank God I bought all my other fixtures (doing a whole house reno) from Huntington Plumbing Supply.Update 07/18: No word from Blackman after cancelling the order. Not even a sorry from Jerry. Lowes have already shipped the item and I have a tracking number. Its coming tomorrow!

In one word--horrible. I drove 20 minutes to get to the store on a Saturday to order a sprayer hose for our kitchen sink. I waited 20 minutes while 3 customer reps worked with customers. Finally, when one finished up and it was my turn the gentleman to my left jumped in front of me...nice.Then the sales person says to me what did you want to order anyway? I told him a Franke hose and he says they are not open on Saturdays so he couldnt give me a price and I have to come back during the week. Not possible on my end.Why couldnt he have taken the specs...length of hose, diameter etc and gotten the price on Monday and called me...? Not customer friendly at all!

This is not the way to do business! My agent set up my order for a Navien combi boiler, an almost $2500 investment (without the installation) in 2014. Some parts were left over and in a subsequent visit this past week by my installing plumber I asked about this valve that wasnt used, he said I should bring it back, its an expensive valve. I asked why they didnt use it, he stated they used a manifold due to the multi zone system, begging the question, why didnt my agent point that out from the beginning and NOT sell me a $115 valve, he knew this was a multi zone system. Today I tried to return this valve today and was told the valve was too old and they wouldnt take it back, yet had no problem selling me a valve I didnt need. Thankfully there are choices in who you spend your hard earned money with, My next and upcoming boiler purchase will NOT be done thru Blackman I can guarantee you that! This shows poor post sales follow up and zero loyalty to the customer, the counter staff and management in Huntington Station blew an opportunity to do the right thing, my real estate colleagues and health network will not see plumbing referrals go to this vendor. All over a $115 valve and poor judgement
