So my husband and I are doing a total home renovation and needed four bathrooms and a kitchen worth of plumbing supplies and vanities. Maureen was absolutely incredible to work with. She spent 3 hours with us picking out and fine tuning out plumbing supplies for our dream home. Maureen was kind, attentive and really good at her job. She made the whole process easy and stress free, and even when I needed to make slight changes in a crunch, Maureen came to the rescue. Maureen perfectly timed the delivery’s for when we needed them and the delivery service was outstanding too. Maureen was very attentive by phone or email and I would recommend her services to anyone. Greenart was the best vendor used to renovate our home. Even when I needed to return a few items because I realized I didn’t need them, Antonio in the parts department was efficient and extremely helpful too. Overall, I highly recommend green art for any plumbing needs!

Attended the grand opening celebration and the showroom has a plethora of very tasteful options for kitchen and bath. Everything was well displayed. So many gorgeous items to choose from and lots of state-of-the-art fixtures. The automatic open/close toilet seats were a gas! One wall of shower heads had corresponding buttons to hit to observe the style in which the water falls. Make sure to check out all the various bathrooms on display in the alcoves.

I work two jobs and my wife works one during the week. We made a mandatory appointment to shop on a Saturday with this showroom. They told us we would have a block of 75 minutes to shop with a designer for our bathroom. The day before the appointment they call us to confirm the appointment and tell us no children allowed in the store and that we should make arrangements for someone to watch our kids and thats the policy. We dont have that option. With a reserved, dedicated appointment for COVID, we should be able to bring 2 well-behaved kids in the store for a brief period of time to spend a fortune. We have done that in every other store we have shopped in so far. This company makes you feel like they are doing you a favor. Do yourself a favor and buy the same hardware online for less money or go somewhere else.

What a waste of time. Do you see anyplace on this page “by appointment only”? I understand COVID precautions, but the store was totally empty, yet we were denied entrance. I guess my kitchen and bath remodel will be done elsewhere

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Donna. She was professional, detailed and compassionate. Donna listened to my requests and concerns and guided me to build a beautiful bathroom !

Wasted my time because they scheduled me for the wrong location. Incompetent phone operators. Only supply store that i know of doing appointments only. The whole store open to only 2 people at a time ? What a joke

Horrible customer service. They treat people like an annoyance. Avoid at all Costs! Terrible management, they have no right to treat their customers like they do.

Green Art has an wonderful assortment of plumbing supplies and decorative lighting! They have a seasoned sales team that is eager to help and handle all of your needs. I am looking forward to working more closely with them now that they have a brand new spectacular showroom in Huntington!

Donna is fantastic I dont know much about renovating a house or whats needed when when youre trying to do your bathrooms are your kitchens but she was fantastic she gave me everything I needed to have made sure that I understood how everything worked and that I custom orders couldnt be returned in this to make sure that I was able to use them she was fantastic she didnt try to sell me things I didnt need to have and she is very knowledgeable about the products that green art sells I would recommend Green Arts to everyone and go see Donna.

They were unresponsive, unapologetic and apathetic. They missed deadlines, didnt answer my phone calls and left me to call the vendor directly when the first bathroom vanity was damaged in transit. We had to show up to the showroom to even speak with the salesperson. Its not worth it.

Stopped by to view showroom the door is locked and woman finally came to the door and said they only do appointments. Nobody in store couldnt even walk around. Nothing on website to say appointments only. Your loss
