We updated our living room last summer (2020) and dining room (March 2021) with furniture from Ethan Allen. The furniture is sturdy, well built and beautiful. EA is a class act all the way around. My designer Jerry was terrific in helping me select furniture and fabrics and they didn’t pressure me to take delivery until I was ready. Their customer service reacted quickly to a small issue I had as well. A total pleasure to deal with from start to finish!

I absolutely had the best experience dealing with Ethan Allen in Huntington Station. My husband and I were a little nervous updating our living room. Having lived with our furniture for quite some time we were more than ready for an update. Upon arriving at the store we met Gerri and we could not have been given a better designer. She came to the house, did measurements, listened to what I thought might work, looked at the house for my style and color scheme and came up with fabulous ideas. After loving the design, we met at the store to go over furniture styles, pieces that would work, and fabrics. She was spot on!! We spent an incredible amount of time picking out each fabric. Her patience and expertise was very much appreciated. We were so thrilled with the furniture selection and the process involved in picking each individual piece that we went back for her advice on an area rug. Again, with her amazing eye and advice, we picked the perfect rug to compliment the beautiful furniture. I sent her pics of the furniture & rug after it was delivered and she was even kind enough to offer advice on the proper rug placement. This whole process from start to finish was incredible. She made everything so easy and stress free. Not having met Gerri before, we were thrilled that we were lucky enough that she was our designer. I am beyond happy with my experience. The quality and workmanship is outstanding! My last sofa lasted me 40 years and is going (just in another room). My new sofa is fabulous! I love, love, love it, and have had all positive comments from friends and family.

Went to Ethan Allen in Huntington for the first time. Always thought the furniture there was traditional and I prefer contemporary. To my surprise, Ethan Allen has changed. They had many contemporary items to choose from. I was then approached by a very nice salesperson named Drew who understood exactly what we were looking for. She even offered to bring a wall piece to our residence to see if the color scheme worked. She was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Next tine your travels take you to Ethan Allen, ask for Drew. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

A nice place to shop for higher end pieces without breaking the bank. The associate that worked with me, Joe, was wonderful and I cant say enough about how much of a help he was - try to work with him if you can. He has a great eye and will tell you the truth, rather than just sell you. Ethan Allen has a classic style, for sure, but also several modern collections. Bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, draperies...Joe will make your place look great. Delivery was white glove.

I love the quality of the Ethan Allen furniture, and the customer service is excellent. We had a small issue with one of our pieces about a year after we got it. It was handled flawlessly.Also our EA designer Denise Barr was a dream to work with. She understood exactly what we wanted in our home and we worked together to make it happen. We get so many compliments!

She was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and at all times very professional. When the furniture was delivered, she arrived to be sure it was all we had planned even though it was her day off.We are planning to return in the future to made additional purchases.A class operation from beginning to end!

She even came to our home to to help design our living room and our master bedroom. She is very knowledgeable about all of Ethan Allens products. Joyce is an amazing designer, she is very sweet, and we highly recommend her to anyone shopping at Ethan Allen. The furniture quality is excellent as well.

I worked w/ Dina in selecting new couches for our great room. Although initially I thought I wanted a sectional and she worked up a design w/ that in mind, when we changed completely to wanting 2 couches, she was very gracious, non-plussed and took it all in stride. We even changed the selected style and she handled it all w/ tremendous patience. We never felt rushed, and when we left I felt confident that w/ Dinas help we made the right decision. The couches arrived much earlier than expected (almost a month earlier), and I was thrilled. Delivery crew had to carry them up 3 flights since they were too big for the elevator and they did so w/o a grunt. They are super comfortable and look fantastic. Bottom line... they are PERFECT and I LOVE them!

I have been buying furniture from Ethan Allen for over 40 years. We purchased a new construction condo and were fortunate enough to be given Dina Sapen for our project. Dina was both professional and patient through our long ordeal of construction delays. Dina helped us incorporate our existing Ethan Allen pieces with the new furniture we needed for our new open concept condo. Working from just floor plans, Dina helped us make the right decisions for the size of our new furniture and the result is just beautiful! Dina even came to see how the new pieces worked in the new apartment. My designer was Dina. I have been working with Dina over 20 years she is amazing, and honest as well as patient . She is never pushy and works with your budget . There is a lot of amazing designers in the Huntington station store but I would never work with another designer but Dina. How work is amazing and my house always turns out gorgeous . Went there to buy sofa. Store is very nice and has lot of furniture on display.No salesperson came to us, if need something or any help. After looking around we came out of the store empty handed.The prices are very high.

Although I requested that problems be addressed, and I was promised compensation for real inconvenience, Ethan Allen again let us down. Also, an order for furniture, placed in November still hasnt been filled.

We could be happier with service and quality of their furniture. Great experience
