RUN SCREAMING. My partner and I trusted the General Manager with our order. Massive mistake. He promised delivery weeks ago. They had no trouble charging us, but the delivery neither has arrived nor is even anywhere in their system. If you like being lied to, taken advantage of, and frankly ripped off, then enjoy West Elm Huntington. My attorney has the case now.

Love all of their merchandise the model of a new home build we saw had all of West Elm drapery & it looked beautiful. Lucky me I caught a great sale & placed a large order. Cant wait to move in & hang them in every room there so light & airy just the right touch

A really nice West Elm experience! Nice store - though not gigantic so you won’t find everything here, but overall it was a nice experience relative to West Elm in NYC. Just call ahead and check to make sure that the items you’re shopping for are on display. The only thing I didn’t get to see was TV/media consoles, but otherwise a good store.

NO ONE from this store could send me my order number and refused to send me an itemized receipt. I ordered close to $ 20K worth of furniture from this location. I am not upset that the furniture was delayed. I understand that these are difficult times. I do not understand why I cannot get a simple order number or printed receipt. I cannot return a couple of chairs to the store without a printed receipt. Terrible Customer Service and even worse Store policy.

My experience with this store has been hot and cold. many times i didnt want to return because of the lack of help and rudeness... a few months ago i decided to give it another try - i went in and when the rep realized i was there to spend a lot of money (couch, rug, end tables etc) he was extremely nice and helpful! i left feeling like the companys culture must of changed since the pandemic and they were trained to be nicer and friendlier! well im back to my original thoughts. this week i returned. first person who helped me had no clue how to answer my questions so i went over to the guy who originally helped me with the couch - since i wasnt looking for such a big purchase this time he was less thrilled and helpful. i had questions about accents for my couch and other items - he was condescendingand basically told me to look online! another girl also said look online - didnt check stock, didnt make suggestions like my visit a few months ago. well im taking their advice now - i will be shopping online or going to another store. its a shame because all my friends and family shop at this store and now well they wont. the people who work here need to lose their egos and attitude and care for their customers - could use that company culture training i thoguht they had after pandemic. too bad.

Great store and awesome furniture. michelle the manager is a gentleman. we placed an in store order. he allowed us to cancel next day and reorder. he got us additional discount, and fully kept in touch to let us know the delivery dates. very professional and highly recommend

Poor customer service. Have had multiple instances where I left my information to be called back and there was no follow up whatsoever. It’s a shame because the merchandise is nice but it’s not worth the aggravation. Would not shop here.

West Elm is a terrible company to deal with. I spent more than $5,000 on their furniture in January 2017. In August, a problem developed in the sofa. I have called their customer service 5 times since August and they have still not called back to schedule the repair after 3 months (it is now Nov. 15, 2017). Every time we call, they say their repair department will call back within a week, but they never do. I have spoken to several managers, but they all deny responsibility. Shame on West Elm. My only option is to see them in court. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! NOTE: My actual rating is 0 stars, but I was required to select at least 1 star to post,

Worst experience in a long time; seemed specific to the store and store staff...showed up to find a store representative ARGUING with a customer. Extremely condescending and unwilling to compromise and remained focused on HIS FEELINGS. The customer didn’t seem like a β€œpleasant” person however the representative (appeared to be the store manager) did not remotely convey customer service - focused on himself. I had to side step another store rep to get out of her way and no thank you. And MY OWN customer experience involved a huffy person who seemed put out because my return was difficult. She β€œinstructed” me how to do it right the next time (wasn’t my fault anyway - phone reps false information). She may as well been in her bathrobe and fuzzy slippers - her affect was so poor. West Elm change your training overall and/or PURGE this location of its bad vibe!!!

Called up to check on the delivery of an order that I place in-person at this store, and the sales rep was rude and completely unhelpful. Told me that she couldnt help me and that I should call their general customer service number because thats what she would have to do any way. I couldve ordered it online and saved myself the grief.
