Tom really helped us out As a couple to decide what mattress was best for us, not only did he cover every comfort factor With us but showed us every mattresses until we were satisfied. Tom knew we wanted a great mattress and that’s what we got for an amazing price! Tom also was the only person who was able to get a extremely fast, easy delivery & Installation, (only had a two day window to my move in my new apartment)! Again Tom we really appreciate you for all the advice and help you provided us we left extreme satisfied and the queen mattress is EXTREMELY comfortable!! We already knew what we wanted, our salesperson was very helpful wanted us to know of the good deals. Quick & easy purchase and up front. The only downside is having to wait 4 weeks for our delivery due to waiting for mattress shipment, but for half off prices cant complain.

Only One rep in the store but he was very knowledgeable, helpful, nice and thorough. We came in wanting a firm queen size bed, he listened and directed us right to what we were looking for and even let us try beds similar to our particular taste. I was having issues with customer service. They were NOT helpful at all through email. They said they could exchange my mattress and then told me that i would have to call a store. It didn’t make sense to me because why would I be able to order my mattress the first time but you can’t help me exchange it. If it wasn’t for Bret Wright, i would have just retuned the mattress and went somewhere else. He was so pleasant to talk to and he was so helpful. He had amazing customer service. We will definitely go to this store if we need another mattress.

They were very nice. They made sure they had booties over there shoes so as not to dirty the carpets and were very thorough. They left no mess and took the old mattress with them.

We went in planning on just looking. But the sales people knew their stuff and showed options that suited our needs in price, quality and comfort. So we bought on day one of the mattress search. The mattress and adjustable base were delivered the next day! So far we are quite happy!

Friendly people here and always willing to satisfy our mattress needs. This is the second time here in get mattresses in the last few months. First for us then the daughter. Prices are not that bad but high like everything is these days. They do have a large selection to choose from. They deliver and will take your old ones. Delivery guys have been courteous and nice. They respect your home by covering their shoes before coming in. I will go there again when we are in need again.

I have always received excellent service from the store in New Lenox. The one in Joilet not so much. They changed my box spring at the store to a used one. Supposedly sanitized. The lack of information before I showed up was subpar. Also no discount for giving me a used box spring was unacceptable. Very disappointed in this location I wont go back to this store. I am disappointed in this matress firm

Super friendly and courteous sales people. Adam greeted us, listened to what we were looking for and was patient while we tried and retried several different mattresses. He gave us a great deal and went above and beyond to make sure we left happy.

My husband and I went in just to price out mattresses because our kids have been wanting a bunk bed. We were not expecting to actually afford to be able to purchase 2 new mattresses. Ryan was very helpful, very informative, and was able to get us a great deal so we could make our kids dream come true. And while we were shopping, we even found the perfect bed for ourselves as a future purchase. We will definitely be back to complete our own bedroom.

I stopped in a couple of weeks ago and met Greg Giles. I just wanted to get a couple of quick ideas but was not quite ready to shop, Greg answered my questions quickly without trying to push me into anything that I wasnt ready for that day. It wasnt even 10 minutes until I think he started being racist twords my Mexican mom. I was interpreting for her cause she cant speak English and he said I feel like your not understanding me or just dont wanna listen. Thats not it. 2 minutes after that he grabbed his head and said If your not gonna do any business for me THEN GET THE HELL OUT.My mom cant even understand English that much and she got frightened. All he cares about is the money but not customer satisfaction. 1 star already is too much for this store. All the people that said that it is a good place are either family members or paid. Im not trying to sound so sensitive but if the person was his race and colour he wouldnt treat them like he treated us. DO NOT GO.

Went to different mattress firm all over the area but found the one at this location the best, Travis was the saleman and he was the the only reason why I bought the mattress, very friendly and didnt pressure me into anything.

Me and my fiancee went to this Matress Firm this past Saturday with no idea of how to go about obtaining the perfect bed for us. We knew we wanted a king size and firm bed and we were not willing to pay more than $1,000 out the door. We had a budget and we both have bad backs and have difficulty sleeping with anyone else, but will not accept sleeping separate. A king size bed extra firm is exactly what we were thinking we needed to rest our painful lower backs and to keep a good distance from each other for when sleep time was to happen. Mattress Firm in Joliet right by Target was our first stop of many places we planned on visiting. We had the whole day devoted to looking for a bed, oh man the anxiety we felt and we lost sleep over it. We dreaded this day because we knew we would devote the whole day to this and were willing to do it to get the right price or say screw it, no bed. We walked into this Mattress Firm and were greeted by Jake, he was professional and we told him our situation. He showed us a queen size version of the bed we ended up picking out but it was a little too pricey for us so we looked at cheaper models but they were not as comfortable and he was knowledgeable and explained why they were not as good or comfortable. The one we wanted had special wrapped coils but it was a little out of our range in king size, we thanked him but said we would need to look elsewhere, but Jake did not want us to leave without us getting a good deal and spending our whole day looking for a bed. We sat down with him and discussed our options for that bed and we ended up getting a great deal and obtained that exact bed we wanted. The next days after we had some details we needed to change with our delivery and we were assisted by JJ and Dave who were both great guys and helped us get our bed and frame, we are very satisfied with the service and product, I highly recommed!
