Don’t remember the name of our sales person but we arrived to just look at what they had to offer. We definitely never expected to spend so much money on a mattress since our previous ones where 10 times cheaper then what we spent. I could only tell you one thing. Give our sales men a raise!!! Before someone takes him from this company. Great customer service and sold us on a bed we would never imagine to buy. His selling technique was impressive. I even told my wife, how did we just spent that kind of money on a bed lol. Overall well worth it and truly satisfied.

We could not have had a better experience. Great selection to choose from. Our sales representative was absolutely great and helped us pick the perfect mattress. It was delivered the next day and the experience was just as great. The delivery guys brought everything in and set everything up and were great.

We had a great experience where we were looking for a new bed for our toddler. We new relatively close to what exactly we wanted, and we’re able to be in and out in under 20 minutes! Since the warehouse is so close to us, I was then able to pick it up right after and had her room ready for her to use that night. Loved seeing her so happy for her “big girl bed”!

I bought a bed frame only. I felt they try to hard to sell beds. they disscorged me from choosing a bed. They dont let you alone they jump in front of u with all those questions when you just want to shop alone. I had to say no 5 times. I bought my bed online. I will not return ever to store. Online only now for me

Mattress firm Joliet has excellent customer service Angel and Ben are GREAT!! Angel took the time to show us multiple beds, and explain the benefits and unique features of each different mattress. We went with a Tempur-ProAdapt in medium its an excellent mattress you just sink right in (Love it!!); we also purchase an adjustable base, which makes our sleep experience 1000 Xs better!!! The customer service Angel provide was top notch, we didnt feel rushed or pressured, into buying anything. My husband and I were able to try all the mattresses (we werent sure, which brand we wanted to go with). We also tested out the adjustable bases. The delivery experience was amazing as well, the delivery drivers set everything up and made sure the adjustable base worked before leaving, they were friendly and extremely professional! If you are in the market for a new mattress I highly recommend Mattress Firm, we had an amazing experience, because of Angel and Ben!

After a bad experience at another store, i decided to go into Mattress Firm in Joliet, IL (right off the I55). Our saleman was Eric White. He was very knowledgable and answered all the questions that I had honestly and didnt sugar coat like a saleman at another store. After he knew what we were looking for, he helped with finding us a better deal than the other place. We purchased a Cal King mattress and base with multiple functions. Before we left we also decided on a last minute purchase of a queen and head base. If you are shopping for a new mattress, Eric White is the guy!

I was so impressed with help I received and the options available at the store on Essington Road in Joliet. Eric helped me to select new mattresses and the appropriate box springs in less than 20 minutes. They have some excellent deals right now and they deliver for free! They have a sanitizing station as well as pillow protectors in their entryway for this crazy time that were living in. It turns out to have been a blessing in disguise for me to be redirected from the temporarily closed store on Route 59 in Plainfield to Erics location across from Joliet Mall. If youre in the market for new mattresses I highly recommend going to the Joliet location on Essington.

Ben is incredibly helpful and professional and helped us find the best mattress. We were stuck between two different ones and he was great explaining the benefits and features of each one. We decided on one that was by all accounts the best fit for us at the time. After two months my wife had shoulder pain with the one we originally went with so we decided to switch and go with our second choice. Ben helped us exchange one mattress for the other and was very pleasant during the whole process. A great experience throughout. Definitely recommend this location!

I made the tragic mistake of ordering a bed from Macys.com only for them to charge my credit card 3 TIMES yet cancel my order without informing me.Mr. Owens is a GODSEND! I walked into the Mattress Firm on Plainfield Rd by the Shell gas station. This nice man Eric White helped me and my spouse find the nice mattress we both loved. He talked us into a better one we looked at previously. We had bought a nice one and saved a lot he was so helpful I really liked all he did for us.
