The manager is very helpful. I had an issue and she went above and beyond to help me.

Preordered sum plushies over 7 months ago just got 1 of them yesterday it was put on the shelf to be sold to public I just so happened to get to it first....

These people are crooks. Always finding a way to get over. I took my v2 switch in to trade in and the manager tried to tell me it was a v1 and the value would be 40$ less. Another time I checked the trade in value online for a particular game then printed out the coupon and when I went in they again tried lowballing me when I presented the printed out coupon from the online trade value from their website they refused to honor it. These are just 2 examples from a half dozen times they have tried to get over on me.

Never answers phones, hence why I dont think twice about not renewing my membership..

Small store located in a fairly busy mini-strip mall. Parking is generally ample, especially after 7PM. This location is well-stocked and there are always courteous employees available to assist customers. Prices for new items are not dictated by the store, but games and consoles can be traded. Dont expect high trade-in values! If youre looking to purchase used items they are offered at reasonable prices. If you purchase new games or consoles, I recommend that you also purchase warranties. This is my -go to location of choice because it is closest to home.

Typical GameStop, went in to get a game, guy walked up askes if i needed help, told him no, so he followed me around trying to push games i told him I didnt play. Asked for my rewards car, told him I didnt have one, so he rang one on my bill and asked fo my email. Told him I disnt want it, let trying to tell me why I need one, again and again told him I didnt want it, started to get rude and again tried to force the card on my bill, told him forget it ill go somewhere else, then he pff, fine illntake the card off. Would not wish this place on my worst enemy

Called them and she shut me down by saying can I hold for a second and yea so i was on hold for like 10 min and i hung up. I couldve been there by then

All find good gifts for the gamer boy of mine here. Always something unexpected. They also have nice sales on games. This location is always friendly and knowledgeable. Always a good stop at game stop 😁

Very helpful, I dont play video games so I had a lot of questions when I got my 11yr old nephew a game for his birthday, I had a few guidelines from his mom but no actual game titles! I was able to get two games, a few little toys, and a pair of socks with Marvel characters!

We get all our games and system from here. The warranties are great and if they dont have what you need they find a way to get it to you.

Good games for good prices but if you try to take back a new opened game they only give you 1/3 of the money back

Polite Representatives, listens to what the customer has to say, they always greet you when you come in and when you leave.

This is a revise to a previous rating I left. As with many business people come and go. The last manager (Michael) was very helpful and had great energy. I have dealt with the new manager several times. Let me tell you, I am going to a game stop futher from me in hopes of getting at least, freindly service. The lady running the show is not customer friendly at all. She is very short with people. She seems to be bothered by customers in general. Gamestop is suffering already. Attitudes like hers cant be helping. I still have faith in Gamestop, just not this one.
