We just left this place. James was so kind and generous! I got a slice of oreo and a slice of turtle. He gave me the turtle, because it wasnt cut big enough. I didnt even say anything. We would have paid, but he insisted. Let me tell you, my husband and I have been looking for good cheesecake. Bought 2 strawberry cheesecakes and ordered them 2 days before Thanksgiving. Very helpful and got back to me within the hour to let me know they could have my order ready on Thanksgiving morning. Me and some friends went to get some cheesecake here not knowing they were closed due to broken. However, employees were in the shop, opened the doors and sold amazing cheesecake! Probably wont be back. Was in yesterday to pick up an order when a young man greeted me. He was very rude and said lets get this over with and rolled his eyes. Told me I didnt have an order! I already paid online and had someone call me to confirm. When finally he finds my order and goes out to call in his mom? A woman smoking came in and had to make my cheesecake when this was preorder a days ago! She was smoking outside I hope she washed her hands. Then she came out holding my cheesecake with no gloves. A very rude young man and a woman not being sanitary. You bet I wont be back. Which is a crying shame because cheesecake is a family favorite.

We had heard about this place on Yelp and decided to stop in seeing all the positive reviews. We are visiting from out of town and it was my husbands birthday so thought it would be a fun treat, especially since we love cheesecake. We were not disappointed.James the owner and his brother were working and warmly welcomed us. We mentioned we had never been in and James insisted we try a slice, on the house. We tried the strawberry cheesecake slice. Even my husband who is picky about flavors loved the cheesecake. The texture was creamy and fluffy and the strawberries fresh. The crust was thick, just how I like it. We overall loved the cheesecake. We ended up purchasing a slice of strawberry and a slice of turtle cheesecake.To top it off James and his brother were very nice and provided great customer service. We will be sure to stop by next time we are in town.

First time trying cheesecake and omg

Walked into the place wondering what to do as the cashier wasn’t present, looked to the right seen ordinary cheesecake in individual containers. The cashier came to the front said hi and stood there. We proceeded to ask how much the sub-par looking pieces were and she said “five or six bucks or something like that”. Confused and shocked by the price I agreed to buy some slices for my sibling and I. Went to grab my card, but forgot I didn’t have it so pulled out cash instead. She seen the cash, pointed at the register and said “oh you have cash? Should I do it this way then”? Confused I said “I don’t know how to operate that machine”. She proceeded to do the transaction handed me three bucks flat out of a twenty for three slices and walked to the back never to be seen again. Very lousy, unorganized, and uninviting customer service. The expirience itself was awkward and the cheesecake had no original flare what so ever. Will not be coming here again would have given it zero stars had it let me.
