I went and I didn’t feel welcome in that place and we could order nothing we wanted because they wanted to close and they was talking about us and we found a long hair and we asked for the manager and they didn’t want to tell us at all and they told us we had to hurry because they was about to close the register for all the Joliet people I don’t recommend going because they always have there face and every time I go I spend over 50 dollars and they just lost a customer for good for the Joliet people think of going there pls go somewhere else

I ordered a yogurt and I found out that it has a long hair which it wasn’t mine super grossed out! Lady’s you should be more careful with that!!!! Definitely not acceptable🤢🤮

I love the food here that is why I am giving them a 2 stars. However, they always have an attitude when I go and act bother when you other multiple things. I love this place, but the customer service is bad. I have never been to a place this rude.

Very healthy selection and wide variety of snacks to pick up. Satisfies my cravings everytime. I just wish the employees were more knowledgable in speaking English so that anyone can order, Ive been here plenty of times when I had to translate for a friend. They are losing business bc of this, people wont walk in if they cant be understood. I highly recommend having someone who is somewhat fluent going in unless you can pick from the photos around the place. Another thing Id suggest is a menu that has more pictures or better translation, again for the people who arent fluent in spanish. Love this place dont let me steer you away, just needs improvement.

Attentive personnel. Friendly and knowledgeable. Deelish-cious Ice cream made on site. Great variety of deserts and traditional treats. A bit steep in price but the taste is worth it. Need a bit more organization; waited 12min to be waited on and it wasnt busy in a Thursday night.

OMG i felt like a kid in a candy store...so many different flavors so many ice cream options to choose from...i had the Gelato and let me tell you i couldnt stop eating it..it was soo good..I told the man i will definitely be back!

Work pace so slow!!!! 6-7 employees on the floor, moving so slow! Stop in the middle and chat! Turtles running this place! Need to move faster. Waited over 40 minutes in line and 20 minutes with them serving 2 orange juices!! Super slow service!!

The people are so nice.

They work so slow! And get everything wrong! I called in an order and they repeated back and still got it wrong when I picked up. I read my order how it was and they got all mad and worked angry with an attitude. Not only that but they literally work soook slow!!!

Walked in everything so nice and fresh and definitely clean... but then the BLEACH was so strong! Dangerous to people when theres no ventilation!! Maybe they had a spill ?? And no prices? But Everything else Great!

Was my first time ever eating at La Michoacana. Got the biggest cup of bubblegum ice cream and it was gone in 15 minutes. Amazing taste and consistency. Definitely going back.

Went on a Sunday night and surprisingly it was still packed even though it was later in the evening. Nothing too unexpected though. The quality of their products is simply the best around town so the wait was totally worth it. All these other commercial ice cream parlors (except for maybe Oberweis) got nothing on Michoacana Premium!

2 bad experiences back to back ! First they dropped 2 large drinks on me and didn’t even bother to apologize just said “ves te dije” and today I ordered several simple yogurts that they couldn’t even get 1 right all were wrong.

Best ice cream in town by far!!! The place is very clean inside, the fruit is also very fresh, and the variety of options are endless. They are open every day of the week, and have pretty late hours, and still they always seem to be packed all the time. So you may have to wait in line a little longer than most places, but it’s well worth the wait! I highly recommend checking the place out, and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed, and will be glad you did!

We come here all the time, usually the service is great!! We have paid with a credit card or cash.Today we stopped in at 845p andWere in line, the manager says if you are paying with a credit card you will have to go to the atm and get cash because we are closing the register.Isnt it customary to close the register after closing, when all of your transactions are completed and customers are gone?About 6 people left...Poor way to treat you clients.

Went here to purchase a beat juice drink. It wasnt as tasteful as the woman at my jobs. Or helps with your raising your hemoglobin levels. I dont from the snickering of the young ladies that they knew how exactly to make it. Ill inquire next time. But the place is beautiful inside and such a variety.

Prices are to high, I bought a two large mangoneadas, and torta $22.00 dollars I dont think Im coming buck here in a little while or look else where.

We stopped in here on a whim to check it out and the family couldnt have been more pleased. Way better than dairy queen. I think weve found our new favorite spot.

Stopped in today for a mangonada and some chips. Don’t get me wrong this review is on their what seemed to be the manager. The lady in baby blue with hi lites. Se was rude and ignoring my request to add gummy bears to the mangonada. She also rudely replied with telling me to look at the screen when I asked for my total. Not to mention talking down on an employee who seemed to call in late. “Dejelo que llegue tarde para que se le quite y lave toda las vasijas” like what is that? You don’t tear down your own employees like that in public where it’s full of customers. Other than that variety is good and the other personnel greets you happy and smiling.

Best ice cream, corn in the cob, best Mexican snacks. Every time I go there I want all of what they have.

OMG! Want to be a glutone? Come here! All kinds of flacors and sizes of icecream, natural icecream pops.... With real almonds, pecans, fruit. Aguas frescas naturales, yogurt with fruit, corn in a cup, tostilocos. .. You name it, they have something for everyones cravings!

Lots of choices in flavors, most are great, just a few that are kinda weird, but still tasty.

This place, compared to other michoacanas, is super clean. Great service. The only thing that sucks is sometimes they dont have many people working so the lines can get super long, but nonetheless it is worth the wait. Mangoneadas and hot cheetos with cheese are my preference.

They always have fresh fruit and the ladies are always very polite.
