What can I say, Im impressed about this donut shop! The donuts were wonderful. They are sweet and smooth. Prices wise, theyre reasonable. A dozen of donuts cost just under $11 and the maple bacon donut (sold on Saturdays only) is $2.20 each. They also sell merchandise like mugs and shirts ($25 a shirt). This donut shop is great and is something to consider in the Joliet area.

Great selection, friendly service, and wonderful, fresh donuts! Red velvet is currently my favorite, but with daily special donuts and holiday/season themes, theres something for everyone!

Five stars hands down.The donut den? This place should be called the crack house den. I actually ate multiple chocolate glazed donuts while I visited here and I have no regrets whatsoever.Its literally the home of the worlds greatest chocolate frosted donut.Do they have other stuff? I think so although I really dont care Im not concerned with anything else but the chocolate frosted donut because its the single greatest thing on earth.Ive had a lot of chocolate frosted donuts in my 40ish years of existence. This one takes the cake hahaha see what I did there?Oh no I think you might have just overheard my wife correcting me that its actually not a cake donut its a yeast donut.... Is that supposed to show you how little I know about baking but I do know what a good donut taste like and this is a very good donut I havent recommend you eat these donuts.The coffee is pretty good.

They have by far the best donuts I have ever eaten, and they are worth the price. However, their main highlight are the apple fritters, that they have every Friday. If you happen to be near the Donut Den and on a Friday no less, I highly recommend their fritters as they are the best.

Love their donuts wouldnt choose no other donut place especially around Joliet I love them freshly-made nicely soft some of them most of them are usually warm fresh out of the oven

BEST COUNTER CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Visiting fam from out of state and kinda played out on Dunkin and grocery store donuts. Went to this little gem and it was like stepping back into an old Cicero/Berwyn bakery in the 1980s. The counter girl Carolynn was super helpful in my selections as she was with each and every customer thereafter. Genuine kindness and really good donuts!!!

Very disappointed that this business owner does not maintain Adequate inventory to satisfy the needs of its customers! Every time I come in they always lack the supply of donuts. In this instance the chocolate Squares and or long johns. It’s basic economics whenever there’s a big demand for an item you increase your supply to meet that demand. For these reasons I’m taking my business elsewhere specifically to home cut donuts. At least home cut do out of their to satisfy their customers Both by having enough inventory or if they are out they will go out of their way to satisfy your needs. And yes I get there before 9 AM.

This is unequivocally Joliets BEST spot for donuts! I wish they offered other items like B-Day cake or cupcakes. The items are always fresh and they have a wide variety. It is worth the trip and every penny.

They have really good donuts. But every time I go in every person working looks miserable and is pretty rude. I also just witnessed a customer ask politely for a blueberry donut, and the employee was incredibly rude telling her they are done making donuts.I make a comment every time before walking in “well let’s see how miserable they are today.”

The day old dozens, reduced price, do not even taste like day olds...these stay fresh so much longer than other unmentionable donut places. Yummy! They also feature unique donut of the week creations such as maple bacon donut...a maple frosted donut topped with a crisp piece of bacon. Salty and sweet 😛

Im a frequent Donut Den buye, every week if not 2x a week. Lately Ive stopped going as much. An older lady who works there, she wasnt very forthcoming with a name but I believe it is Susan. She is absolutely rude. She rushes you, lies about new donuts being made when the choices are limited and is just never nice. Ive had her the past several times I have gone in there. Today she was just utterly rude. But the last 2 times I asked if more donuts were coming out due to the lack of selection I always go around 8, and both times she told me no. I carry on with my order and right after I pay both times at least 3 trays of variety donuts came out. Not the kind of person I want serving me in the morning or ever. I no longer will recommend this place or get it for my relatives in town. Home cut it is from now on, not as good quality but always great customer service.

And get this: their fresh donuts, made on site, are cheaper than the donuts you get from the chain stores!Be on the lookout for their specials, I like the Maple Bacon donut. But I can be happy with their plain cake donut, which is great: the donut is spongy (with hints of cinnamon), and the oil used is fresh, making the donuts crispy on the outside, without a bitter aftertaste you can get from old oil.Arrive early, though: cause when they sell out (and they will) they close for the day, meaning no Donut Den donuts in the evening...If you want to make a positive impression at your next office meeting, bring Donut Den donuts!
