Great experience with this team in Kenmore. Brought my daughters car here. They CLEARLY are experienced in managing accidents with insurance companies - they were efficient, no funny business, and super professional with the quote and proposed arrangements. Got the car in on our schedule and they turned it around with stellar results. My daughters car has a mild glitter in the deep turquoise paint, and I honestly cant tell where the factory ends and their paint begins. The communication was good throughout the process, so very happy with this place. I would use them again, no question.

I was very pleased with my entire experience. I came in for an estimate on a dented bumper; I was unsure if it would be too expensive a repair for my older car. I received quick, friendly, professional service at a price much between than expected!

This is the third time Ive taken my business here. I can trust the staff and crew to represent me to the insurance company. Their work is quality, their professionalism is topnotch and their communication was consistent through the whole process. If I have reason for their services again I would not hesitate.

My Honda Fit had a rigid bit of plastic that had broken in the front bumper and was dragging on speed bumps, parking lot entries and generally at every dip in the roadway. I feared it would snap off and fly into my engine and cause damage.I asked for an estimate to remove the offending bit. The head tech took a look and told me that it was there to direct airflow for improved mileage. Could they remove it? Yes. When could they do it, I asked. He replied: Do you have five minutes? He took the care in and removed the broken plastic, then fastened a second piece of plastic so that it wouldnt flap and cause the same problems. Then they refused to charge me anything for the service. It was a wonderful kindness, as I could see from the lineup of file folders that they had plenty of business to keep them busy. But they took the time just before lunch to do me a favor ... I was uncertain what function the piece performed, so I didnt want to pull it off myself and they prevented a future problem. A true kindness that is greatly appreciated!

I have to say that the group of people there are INCREDIBLE. Krista who fielded all the calls, was amazing. She coordinated the inspection by the insurance company, (even though our particular insurance company is a pain to work with for both individuals AND body-shops), estimated the time it would take to make the repairs accurately, (quicker than other body shops I might add) and the rest of the team did an absolutely amazing job. And they went above and beyond to repair another needed area at a discount price, so that helped my pocket book as well. The car looks like new. I highly recommend this body-shop. they are personable, professional and extremely helpful. Thank you CARSTAR!!!!!

Absolutely loved it it took forever to get our car back but when we did get it back it was like brand new the parts were a little hard to find thats why it took so long you know being overseas and all the staff was most the parts had to come from the east coast and we had to wait for them to get shipped the owner was especially helpful and all their mechanics especially a man named Philip this guys knows what hes doing take some apart and get some together and youd never know they were even fixed by a human

I had a rear door latch on my Explorer break leaving with a door that would not open from the inside or outside. Although not a typical body shop job, I figured that they might have the expertise to do the work and I was right. They were extremely helpful in getting the door to open and then reinstalled the new latch when it arrived for a very reasonable price. Much better experience than going to a car dealership mechanic.

Had the wheels and tires stolen off my Honda Civic. Carstar worked with my insurance company, got everything taken care of, got all new wheels/tires, they did an amazing job fixing up a few scratches and dents - looks brand new!To top it all off, I ran into an issue a few months later regarding a lugnut and bolt, and Cary completely backed their work. Took care of things ASAP without a hesitation.I will definitely be back here for any further work!Thanks Terry!

Awesome service here! Got rear ended recently and the other guys insurance company wanted me to use their shop. But I had previously used this Carstar location years ago so wanted them to he work. Fast, great customer service, and they even cleaned the car inside and out!

Gave a reasonable estimate with very little wait time.

They took double the time for delivery, created a computer problem the couldnt figure out, no honoring what they agreed on

The most awful place!I had a broken mirror. The owner ordered the mirror from Toyota. It was supposed to be there in two days. It finally arrived after 8 days, but there was a peice missing in their order. The owner, Carry told me that they will not honor their bargain and will not reorder the mirror. Furthermore, I had the right to compain as much as I wanted to, but there is nothing that I could do about it. Extremely rude and lacking integrity!

I brought my nissan here for a quote on a minor rear end and the owner told me they would not fix it and didnt even perform the quote. They Were incredibly rude and disrespectful I would never work with them again.
