I took my car into Fix to replace my front bumper. To make it look beautiful like new. Well Fix did not do a great job and chipped the bottom rail piece below the bumper. Fix said they would fix it, make it right but failed to fix it correctly. Aesthecally you can still see the chip. Fix does not communicate well and make car body repairs as promised.

Dont take your EV to this shop. They took their sweet time repairing my car and after sitting in their shop for a half a year without maintaining/charging the battery, it died. Dealer wanted 12k, they refused to accept responsibility. Didnt think I should pay them my deductible because the damage they did was greater than the value. They took position of car and left me responsible for the loss. Im a patient person, I read the reviews about them taking extraordinarily long on various projects; I thought no big deal everything is closed anyway. Bad choice and I will never trust this company to work on my vehicles again.

Completely satisfied. Picked out of USAAs list to get an estimate just because it was close. Repair was done beautifully, quickly, and at a cost much less than I anticipated. I will use them again.

Had my car taken there after an accident and wow, do they take care of you here. They keep you up to date on everything going on, their staff are very friendly too. I think Ive read people complaining they take a long time but who cares. Do you want your car fixed properly the first time or you do want to have to come back multiple times? Excellent work can take some time, especially with todays cars. Would highly recommend this shop to friends and family. Thank you for getting my car back to normal.

Fix Auto is such a great shop. I send all my clients in the area when I can to them. Working in the insurance industry having a reputable shop to work with makes me feel so much better that know my clients are being taken care of the best way possible. Everyone at the shop is great. Ive worked with Jeff and Sonya and are awesome to work with.Ive had personal experience with this location and not just referring clients to them. my sister had gotten into a big accident with her 2011 Infiniti G37X. They took great care of her car and helped us with a rental from Enterprise. Another time was when my mom was rear-ended in her 2013 Mercedes E350. From the outside the car looked fine with minor dings, about an inch each, on the back bumper. As Fix Auto was working on replacing the bumper, they found they needed to also replace the impact bar behind the plastic bumper. They made sure they used OEM parts and made the car look and function as it did before.After those two experiences I send everyone their way and would never hesitate to go back for any work I need done.

Fix Auto Northshore is a family owned business with tons of experience. UPDATE: Still family owned, just not the same family. Great place and an excellent crew to help with getting your car back to its pre-accident condition.

My car was supposed to take two weeks top to fix. They had my car for a total of two months, and when I got it back there were three new long white scratches. When I got it back for the last time, my jack was missing. No way to prove thats their fault, but considering I had never used it before and the car was only 2 months old when it went IN to their shop?Just under a year later, upon taking my car to another shop, they found that the entire back end of my car had to be stretched out. Again, no way to prove that was Fix Auto but that was the only accident I had ever been in involving enough inertia to damage my vehicle in that way.Every employee that I interacted with, either on the phone or in person, treated me like a child. I will never return to any Fix Auto. I have been specifically ASKED to modify this post by the manager, so of course I will add that they did fix the scratches free of charge.

Had the worst possible experience, took 2 month to fix car because they kept having parts back order.Well you would think after 2 months the car would be done properly and right, I was wrong.With in 10 minutes of driving my Lexus after picking up from the shop I noticed a pull to the right (that wasnt there before wreck)Once I pulled over to check the car I noticed a buldge on the sidewall of the tire and chunk missing.Then my tire light came on flashing, so I thought it was just a low tire, it wasnt the new tpms they installed was never reprogrammed to the car. Also this light wasnt on before wreck.So I called the shop back told them my issue, I was told drop it off everything would be taken care of, I guessed wrong.I was told that I hit a curb and threw aligment off and damaged the tire.The tire light was also my fault somehow now, before the car went it had no prior issued before wreck.Just ridiculous now im left with a car that is not back to its OE shape.I would never go back here or recommend very bad service really disappointed with everything.
