We love Advanced European Service. From start to finish the crew is exceptional. When I took my 2015 Mini Cooper in for a antifreeze leak, they diagnosed the leak and noted it was still under warranty. Rather than performing the service themselves and charging me, they sent me to the Mini dealership to have it repaired under warranty. Saving me $2000 and I would never have known if Bryan had not told me. We also take our 2013 BMW In as well. Their work is extremely good, They are highly trustworthy, and we will not go anywhere else. From transmission work to oil changes to turbo charge issues, they can do it all.

Had a coolant leak and needed an oil change. It was hard to find a shop that would service my Mini Cooper Countryman but I am so glad I found this place!Casey walked me through the entire process and helped me understand what exactly was happening and what action needed to be taken. These guys are amazing! They are very honest and stand by their work. At one point they even offered to come and pick up my car at my residence so I didn’t have to be inconvenienced when I had a brake issue that needed additional attention. They always look into the warranty first and let you know what is critical to fix versus a “nice to do” but can wait a while. This is my go-to service shop!

Very nice folks and very conscientious. No leaks or problems with my car post service, and they even followed up to check. Also they pointed out my expired car tabs on both the car I had worked on and the car I was dropped off in (oops!). I really appreciate a detail-oriented mechanic!

These guys were fantastic, even on a day they werent open! I pulled into the brew shop next door, and my brakes squeaked much worse than just being worn out. I wasnt sure what to do and started to leave, but the two techs from here ran out, and flagged me down. With their flashlight and a quick look at my Subaru, they identified a frozen brake caliper, which isnt safe to drive with. They were technically closed and so directed me to Les Schwab. Their diagnosis was spot on, and the Schwab techs told me how lucky I was that the caliper didnt seize on the freeway. So thanks Adv Euro Service for going above and beyond for someone who wasnt even technically a customer!! Saved my car, my day, and more!!

Where to start? Let me say that it has been an absolute pleasure having my car worked on at Advanced European! Happy and Brian are the individuals I interacted with mostly, though everyone I spoke with was great to interact with. I needed to replace the turbo in my 2009 Audi A4. The dealer wanted close to $5000 to complete the job. Having the work done here saved me around $1800. While the savings were exceptional, I’m the type of person that will pay more on the front end to have things done right. After talking to Happy and Brian, I felt like they knew what they were doing and were more than capable of completing the turbo replacement. Not only did they complete the turbo replacement, flawlessly, but they went above and beyond to work with me on things I wouldn’t typically expect from a business. These things included personal rides to and from the car rental location as well as my house. Brian was also kind enough to fix a few of my misguided ventures (new seat and console trim install) by resetting various computer control module settings. Happy honored every aspect of what was agreed upon. Honesty and automotive skill is why I will continue to have my Audi serviced at Advanced European!

Great experience. Honest, transparent and professional, I went for my bmws regular service.They are very knowledgeable and I got to know a lot about maintaining my car.I didnt have any issues due to covid-19, they have taken all precautions and will send you invoice with service details and diagnostics on your email.The only difference from dealership was that they currently (probably due to covid) dont have any loaner vehicles if you are expecting one but I personally didnt have any problems waiting, they prioritized my car.

Was having stability issues with my car after some dealer work, so I took it to them for an Alignment. They showed me exactly what work had been messed up so I can go back to the dealer with details on what they need to fix, as well as did an alignment to get me in a better place with the car. All these great reviews for Happy and the team at Advance European Service are well deserved. Several years ago I bought a Volvo that I loved, but it had some issues. Advance Euro Service has repaired all of them using a warranty that I forgot we had purchased with the car. Happy conducted all negotiations with the warranty company so that I didnt have to do it. I am thrilled to support this top-notch local business.

I have been going to Advanced European for five years. They have always provided excellent customer service, but most recently they really came through for me. I had purchased a batter 3 years ago for my BMW X3. The battery had an issue and needed to be replaced. I had to call a mobile mechanic because I was out of area. I got my battery replaced and noticed it was still under warranty. normally that would require Advanced European doing the service to get my repair under warranty. However they still honored the warranty, took my old battery and gave me credit on my account. This is the type of customer service that keeps you coming back!

Have taken both of our cars to Advanced European Auto several times and am always impressed with their honesty and professionalism. On more than one occasion, was told expensive repairs suggested by Volvo dealer were in fact not necessary at all. That kind of honesty earned my loyalty. Recently took my Honda in for repairs and am more than satisfied with the results.

We were on vacation traveling to Seattle when the engine started faltering, hesitating. Called several dealers and everyone was booked for next two days. Brian said our RV was too big for his garage and his mechanics were booked for the entire day but he would take a look .Brian who is the manager changed the fuel filter in the parking lot in the heat of the day and we were on our way in 2 hours time. We purchased a used vehicle from a private party. The seller put us in contact with Advance European Service. They gave the car a thorough inspection and I received a detailed report with pricing for fixes-including how to prioritize. I double checked the pricing with another mechanic and they were within pennies of each other. Advance European did the work and had the car ready earlier than expected. I have only used them once so far to replace my 2011 BMW’s brake fluid and rotate my tires. They were professional and punctual. My car has been running well. I really appreciate the work they do at Advanced. Ive received regular service there from time to time but recently I needed some emergency service. They fit me in despite their schedule being absolutely booked. Cant thank them enough for getting to my car in a reasonable time frame. The other thing I like about Advanced is that they use online service communications. They sent me an email where I clicked on the link to my vehicle and was able to see exactly what needed to be done broken down between parts and labor. All in all, my experience there every time has been nothing short of excellent.

I have brought my Audi TT to Advanced European Services for about a year and have had excellent repair and customer service on every visit. This place is very honest and fair repair costs. Sarah always goes above and beyond with excellent customer service and working miracles to fit your car in the repair schedule. I had unexpected car problems when my radiator hose cracked and leaked all the fluid out. I left my vehicle outside their shop without an appointment. Sarah was able to locate the part and work my vehicle in for repairs in a very busy schedule. Thank you Sarah for also saving me at least 4 days of a rental car bill!

Ive been a customer of Advanced European Services for over 10 years. Its rare to find a mechanic I trust, so when I find one, I hang on. I am very particular about my X5 and AES takes great care of it.

After over 10 years of servicing half a dozen foreign cars at Advanced European, I will no longer do any business with them. They have new management and Tony is no longer there. They have gone through a change in the front office and the mechanic staff and this is no longer the reliable shop it once was. In January, I picked up my BMW after some work was performed, but apparently the mechanic put the valve cover back incorrectly and oil was dripping onto the hot manifold the next day and caught on fire. The interior of the engine compartment was burned and the paint on the hood was melted. While Happy was willing to pay for the repairs, which he did, I brought the car back after the paint work was completed to request they relpace the cabin air filter as it still smelled like an ash tray inside the car. I was informed they would not pay for that so I went to OReillys and bought one for $40 and put it in myself which I shouldnt have had to do. I have lost confidence in them and their workmanship and now they have lost my business.

Prices seemed high but Im not from Seattle so I cant compare locally. Service was good. They got me taken care of on short notice and very quickly.

I have been taking my cars (a Saab and a Toyota Sienna) here for years. Tony is honest and does excellent work. The entire staff is helpful and accommodating. George once removed a rock that got stuck in my wheel and was making an awful sound. It only took him a few minutes. I wanted to pay him but he said he did it because he appreciated my business.

I got a ride to my job while AES worked in my car to diagnose an electrical problem, and it was found. Next it will be replacing the deffective part. Thanks for your friendly and professional services AES.

I go up Buckys they say they could do my car today and they told my I have no oil cup on my car what happened my oilcup.advance only look at my jeep they for got put back and I have to pay other oil cup. Like I say IAM not happy at all this place. I will give 0 * because this. Iam going to my trip with my girlfriend advance European miss it up for me. They got me in next day and fixed what I needed in about 40m.

Hap and staff found a solution that cost half the original repair estimate. Cant ask for more than that!

I broke down in the parking lot here and Brian saved my posterior with a tool I needed. I would bring all my European cars here. If I had any.
