I went to the doctor today and they called my prescription in around 12pm to this pharmacy. I can in around 4pm to pickup and only one person working told me it wasn’t ready.I come back later and another pharmacist (dark hair in her late 30’s) told me she would be with me in a minute. Her demeanor was not about the customers by the way she was rolling her eyes. When she finally got to me, I told her I had a pick up and gave her my name. She looked it up and said you can come back tomorrow it’s not going to be ready tonight. I then proceeded to ask her what would be a good time to come by tomorrow, and she said it is never a good time. I left in disbelief and hopefully I will have it tomorrow. Very rude and unhelpful. They are always short staffed.
I cannot believe how rude the staff was here at the pharmacy, not only on the phone but also when I came to pick it up. Clearly the people that helped me hate their job, it felt like I was on a episode of Punkd. I will never use this Rite Aid pharmacy again.
I love this Pharmacy! I have been a loyal customer since 2007, and have found the pharmacists and staff to be consistently helpful and willing to provide over and above required standards of customer care for difficult prescription juggling. My needs have been met with kindness and a willingness to take the time to coordinate prescribers to coordinate my prescription needs. Thanks to everyone, this Rite Aid is a valued local resource for health care in a saturated marketplace.
Just a great! Store.its the people there
The pharmacist was of tremendous help and went above and beyond to answer my questions. She called different manufacturers to ensure I was getting the proper medication with ingredients I wouldnt react to. Thank you!
Horrible service. Pharmacists here are rude and condescending. Just transfer your Rx to Safeway.
Been coming here for years and the pharmacy technicians have always been extremely helpful to me. I’ve not had any bad experiences and highly recommend this place for others!
Dawna provides the best customer service at the pharmacy. No matter my question or problem the pharmacy staff is always there to go the extra mile for my family!!
I am so grateful for the professional assistance, the genuine kindness, and the reliable, top-notch customer service I receive at this pharmacy. My family and I are definitely satisfied customers!
The pharmacy arranged my medications so that I didnt have so many pick up times. I always get great help there and I appreciate the young man there who has so much patience with me when I come in. I cant think of his name, but he really listens well.
Called to ask about propane exchange and before I could finish my question, Barb blurted over my words Were all out! I started to say Ok, Thank you but she hung up on me before I could finish. Where has customer service gone, that I cant even call to ask a question without irritating the employee so much that they have to be rude, then hang up on me?
I have been coming to this riteaid to get my flu shots and prescriptions. The pharmacist named Teresa and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. She called to let me know that there were billing issues with my prescriptions, and helped resolve that over the phone before I came to pick up. I really appreciate that level of care and customer service.
I just love the staff at the Rite Aid pharmacy. Everyone there is so pleasant and helpful. My prescriptions are always filled on time and I would never go anywhere else for my prescriptions and flu shots!
Very helpful and friendly staff. I have trouble with my eyesight and Dawns was more than happy to assist me. The pharmacist, Vershalli, was informative as well. Highly recommend 😊
Everyone who works here is so nice to me and very patient and kind to the weirdos that wander in here off of the street.
Very rude people in this store! A few months ago an old woman got upset because she had to make a discount in one item that I bought. Last week I went to print a card and the machine didnt work. Buy the worst part was that when I asked for help, a young woman with the hair black and green answered me in bad mood, no polite, no idea of customer service!!
Pharmacy staff is always friendly and inviting, and store is kept very clean.
Wonderful staff in the pharmacy and up front.
Pharmacy department is unhelpful, the store is outdated and feels grim inside, and for whatever reason attracts folks from the road to harass you right outside their door. I’ve been asked for money and my cell phone from two separate people on different occasions.
Ok selections, good customer service and OK prices.
That place deserves a Raise with nice people.
I feel they’re always available tell me find what I need to get when I come to the store. If they have it they know exactly where it is. If they don’t hey save me a lot of time by telling me you don’t have it don’t need to look around.
Just switched my RX from here and kicking myself for not doing it sooner. There was one woman who was always helpful (shes the only reason theyre a 2 star). I was consistently hassled and made to feel like I was the reason theyre running behind. The straw that broke the camels back was when I dropped of an RX and was asked for ID. I had it in the car with my family so I said I could go grab it and was met with an eye roll and a huge sigh. She told me they were really busy and Id have to bring it when I came back. Any other time Ive dropped off the same RX or even picked it up, all I had to do was give my name and DOB... no idea why she was giving me grief if they were so busy.
Want your prescription on time? Good customer service? To be told things that you may need to know in future, like you will need a new prescription for this, due to state law? Well dont ever go here - worst pharmacy ever. 3 times I have had to wait over 4 days for my prescription because they cant do their job.
Horrible customer service, running around like chickens with the head cut off, trying to safe time by forwarding the prescription over but apparently nobody checks the computer for that
Great place to stop for hygiene products after doing grocery shopping next door at Safeway. Prices are competitive, staff is friendly, facility is clean.
Great store and employees.
I had to place a medication refill on Sunday 1/8/17, 1:40 PM at the pharmacy, and after 10 minutes being on hold, the pharmacists was so impatient and almost rude to listen. She hung up the phone before I completed my request and to find out about the follow up steps.I understand they are understaffed, but they also need to take a customer-relationship 101 training to take care of the basic phone request to complete orders.
I agree with the other drive up pharmacy complaints listed here. Its a complete joke. It was over 25 minute ordeal to fill one prescription! I even had to call the pharmacy so someone would help me after sitting there pushing the Call button and not getting a response. (I am a very patient person and willing to wait for help) I get if they are busy helping customers at the counter but you can at LEAST communicate that to the customer sitting in their car and not just ignore them. Looks like Ill be transferring my script elsewhere who gives a damn...
I have found the staff very helpful, especially Theresa. We have had prescriptions filled for some time and she has always been informative not only on the medications but cheerfully answers questions on over the counter meds and other medical questions within her scope.
The pharmacist has poor communication skills. The Pretty Asian girl with glasses is really sweet but the old one with big hair is antagonistic and seems to have an agenda. Shes more concerned with creating challenges then what she was trained to do. She reminds me of someone in recovery who thinks all medications should be outlawed because its just so hard for her not to eat Vicodin. I go there for convenience and like I said, half the people I like and are actually useful. Just bag the hag and this pharmacy has potential.
If minus Zero was a choice? that would be it. Very rude. Prescription not ready and in wrong dosage and amount. Refused to give me my insurance discount saying I was already getting it...no...they did not even enter in my insurance card #. I was running late for work waiting so long, so i paid full price. Made me feel like I HAD TO APOLOGIZE for them screwing up. Not returning...
Terrible customer service upfront. I love the pharmacy but I will be transferring everything after today. They do not mark their sales properly then become extremely rude when you contest their sale markings. Then checking out the lady was slow knowing she had 5 people in line. Unbelievably unprofessional!
The cardiology nurse calledi in my prescription to this pharmacy in Kenmore WA following a procedure on my heart and a hospital stay. I stopped to pick up the medicine on the way home from the hospital. The man at the pick up counter told me they did not fill the prescription because my insurance did not cover it. I asked how much it cost so I could simply pay for it and he said they could not tell me without insurance. A woman working behind the counter said they could not fill the prescription and had ordered it. They agreed to call me when they could fill it. 2 days later, I called the nurse because my heart was having problems. She asked if I was taking the medicine and I told her what happened, she said it was urgent for me to get the medicine immediately. She could not understand why they did not make other arrangements for me. She called the pharmacy and it was supposed to be ready for me in half an hour. I called to make sure it would be ready before leaving my house and the man who answered the phone gave me some more run around. I say, if these people want to mess laround trying kill sick people who need to pick up their medicine, then they should be charged and taken to trial for criminali intent for attempted murder. Do not go to this pharmacy. F U Rite Aid
Prescription is NEVER ever ready on time. Not only that pharmacist and pharmacy tech have very poor customer service. Definitely switching elsewhere.
Note: It closes at 9 pm not 10 pm.The prescriptions are never ready on time. I normally wait an extra 2-3 hours after they say I can put up my prescription and I still usually have to wait for the Pharmacist to quickly get it ready.
Had trouble with Leslie several times. I will not return there while she is employed there.....Bad shopping experience with her twice now.
Terrible customer service! People aren’t nice when you call and mess up pick up times! I also have waited 30min for medications to be picked through drive thru with no one else in line and then the pharmacy assistant took someone else’s order before mine who came 15 min after me!! She told me she needed to help me because she was first! So terrible—find another pharmacy!!
These people are completely incompetent. I called to check if a prescription was ready, and they said my Dr. never sent it. So I messaged my Dr. to verify, she called the pharmacy, and they told her it was ready. I show up, they look for it for 10 minutes, then tell me, we dont have enough. This is the second time I have arrived to pick up a prescription that was supposedly ready, only to be told they didnt actually have it. Heres an idea: if you dont have enough of something, how about you call the customer and tell them, so they dont waste their time! Absolutely infuriating.
The pharmacy women look at you and treat you as if any thing you approach there counter with a complete intrusion into there existence. Very off putting at times. I dont like them. The guys, 2 that I have interacted with have amazing people skills and approach any and all questions with a lets get this figured out approach. That I like.Side note.... The manager guy up front on the rite aid side reminds me of Napoleon Dynamites older brother ....... Not a bad thing. Just sayin
Love the proactive pharmacy people! Theyre awesome!
Pharmacists very helpful. Can’t comment on rest of store except prices seem high compared to Safeway next door
Service is spotty and variable- sometimes its very good, sometimes its pretty bad. They appear to have some difficulty in keeping current prescriptions straight and refuse to dispense medication because of their slow or out-of-date computer records. This ALWAYS means you have to call your doctors office and verify, then they call Rite-Aid, then Rite-Aid calls me (Hey, your prescription is ready), and thats *another* wasted trip to and from the pharmacy. If you DARE to call them and inquire about the mismatch or discrepancy they get very high-handed and condescending, like theyre doing you a huge favor to verify your meds. :(All in all, Im not too thrilled about Rite-Aid in Kenmore.
Friendly welcoming stuff, always good smalltalk and theyre care about you.... the store is clean and you always find what youre looking for...
After I discovered my daughter might have contracted head lice, I visited my usually helpful and friendly rite aid pharmacy; for help and the best treatment. One would have thought I said shed contracted small pox, with the way the staff responded. Of course I set along a path of self education, having not received anything helpful from my first resource. Head lice are contagious only by head to head contact. While I TRUELY and PERSONALLY understand the revolution, and instant panic it invokes; that is precisely the reason I need a rational, professional, and INFORMED opinion or direction. They quickly referred us to the readiclinic on site. Her revolution was even more so apparent. As a United State Marine I have not been that disrespected since boot camp. That every counter person can preach the importance of flu vaccinations, but even the highly trained medical professionals are ignorant of a very common ailment is very disappointing, and seems a gross disservice toward the image Id always thought rite-aid attempted to portray.
Really really poor customer service in the pharmacy. The gentleman i spoke with on the phone was condescending and outright rude and i will never ever use rite aid again because of his actions.
Horrible pharmacy. Surprised theyre still in business. Drive through was a joke and after 20 minutes of repeating myself and the pharmacist disappearing for 5 mins to then ask me to respell and repeat birth date (three times), I went inside. Then I had to start over. Then they told me they needed insurance info (wed been there before for the original subscription). Then it was going to be 30 mins to fill...even though it was called in advance this morning by the doctors. 28 minutes later, I received a call that they didnt even have the medicine. So, I just had everything transferred to Safeway.
Good pharmacy staff, good sales people as well
Great customer service!
Bad customer service
