Had to pick up a jump pack for my motorcycle. It was shipped from Sturgis and did not want to take a chance the battery went south during shipment. Didnt need it but glad I purchased it. Dont have to Jockey cars around anymore, and it has a flashlight, usb, and dc charger. Great product and service.

I purchased a motorcycle battery from this place in May 2018. The battery terminal broke off July 7, 2018. The manager at this store told me, without seeing the battery, that it was improperly installed and he wouldnt do anything for me. As a technician for 40 years, I can assure you it was installed properly. It was a defective battery. Folks, go to a store called Battery and Bulb. They have better prices and far better customer service. The batteries there are name brand as well. They helped me out.

Went here to get an interstate battery for my Ford escape. But they went and talked to the mechanic and the mechanic didnt have the right tools at least thats what he said to install the battery. The battery on an escape is way in the back and its difficult to get out but it amazes me that this is a battery store that doesnt have the right tools to install a battery in a Ford escape. Maybe the mechanic just knew that it was going to be difficult to get the battery out and didnt want to do the work or maybe he was telling the truth and he didnt have the tools to do it I dont know Im not a mechanic. But when youre in business selling batteries for cars and trucks you would think that they would have every tool possible to be able to install a battery in any car or truck at least I know if I owned this business I would definitely make sure of this.l

They sell what they call, blame ; short for blemish. It could be that as simple as the battery co. Changed pkg. Or whatever ata much more reasonable price, discounted. Today they happened to have a my motorcycle battery for only $25 (with my old battery) otherwise 30 bucks. Thats almost unheard of. They filled it and took the day to charge it for me too.

First time here. Best unknown little secret of Military Road.They carry every battery that you will ever need bar none. If they dont have a battery for your item and need. Then its time to replace it

Decent service, but the warranty is less than what youd find at an auto parts store..Heres a trade secret, ask for a blem battery before you drop big bucks. The blems are just as good, but cheaper.

Call on blem deep cycle 24 .Said they had two in stock .I Drove 35 min to pick up the battery and was a 27 (to big for my camper) they need better educated people. Very unhappy Not even an apology from them .

Had two battery’s less than a year old barely used in boat for 2 months refused to warranty both.and said customer fault for low battery acid and that why he refused the warranty.and laughed at the fact of us getting replacement I do not recomend interstate battery’s on military rdor the horrible service to anyone lied the whole time never doing business again
