Trish and Ian made my Les Schwab experience terrific. I had a flat and we couldnt get it off the car. We called this store asking for a hint. Trish connected us with Ian who let us know what to do and really went the extra. When I brought my car into the shop that afternoon Troy fixed my tire, rotated my tires and checked my brakes even though that meant getting done 15 minutes after closing. THAT is the Les Scwab experience!

Outstanding service! I brought my car here for a slow tire leak since it was the closest tire center to our house. This was my first time visiting a Les Schwab tire center.Although they were busy and booked solid, they managed to fit me in. As I had prepared myself for a long wait, I was amazed and surprised when they told me my car was ready with less than a 1 hour wait. The cost of repair was beyond reasonable!The guys were very freindly and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Im confident youll have a great experience. Strongly recommend this Les Schwab tire center.

The service man was rude to me 🤔 ng probably this is just a woman that doesnt know anything about cars. I brought my nephew there to buy him a new tire to get him back to the house so I could do the rest of the work. The man didnt answer my questions and kept talking to my underage nephew who didnt even know how to drive... I am 39 years old macanic female and not butcht!!!!

I’ve been going in and out of this Kenmore location for about 2 years now. The first time I went there I was impressed by how they are so transparent and explained every single detail in a way that makes sense. Their prices are great and they stand by their warranty. They are very honest and never try to up sell me, they have my best interest in mind. Ian is a really great and honest guy, he always goes out of his way to help me. All the other employees are always super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’m sorry I forget their names. All of my friends and family that I have sent their way have had the same experiences that I do.

Les Schwab in Kenmore is awesome. I just bought a used truck and took it in for repairs. Ian was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and he definitely earned my trust. Theyre my new go to and Ill be going back in the future for new tires.

Even though they were booked solid, and its the end of the day, this crew found the time and a way to help me out when I got something stuck in the tire on my wifes car. 60 miles from home, and on my way to the airport to pick her up and these guys fixed my tire and for me in the way. Great job, and Im happy to be a lifelong customer.

My car was overdue for a tire rotation. I stopped by here on Saturday, in and out within 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly and professional. They have a huge see-through window that you could watch them work while you wait.It’s been many years since I bought tires from Les Schwab (and they were for my other car, not the new car I brought in on this day). When they finished, I handed my credit card to Antonios (the gentleman that rotated the tires and checked the brakes). I also asked if I could tip him from my card. He smiled and said, “no, it’s no charge.Im very impressed! I will be back when my car is ready for new tires.

Wow, super impressed by this place!Couldnt get into my own repair shop due to my own problem for a pre-trip check up, the same service they were going to charge me $99, Les Schwab did it for free if I just stood in line waited.It didnt take long before they worked on my car and they didnt try to coax me into replacing anything because I knew all my parts were relatively new. When I tried to tip them, they said its not necessary and wished me a good holiday. Feels wholesome to me!Highly recommend them!

We had a surprise flat tire on Saturday morning (after running over a screw). We were able to get our car towed to the Kenmore Les Schwab. They were able to patch up the hole under 2 hours and no charge. We had anticipated a fee for the work. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Immediate greeting. Service great! Tool to remove special lug nuts found and flat tire fixed at no charge! We buy tires here, too, and they check brakes, strut, fluids, etc. Thank you for keeping us safe! Glad its local too!

They took care of my car to make sure it was safe to drive, power steering and did my rear and front struts. I appreciated very much the Receptionist giving me a ride home and picking me up when my car was finished being worked on because I lived within reason close by. Jesse did a great job with my car and they reassured me if I had any issues at all they would be more than willing to make sure everything was correct and running properly. I very much appreciated this customer service and there friendliness. They got me in soon and I didn’t care how long it took for them to do the job, or how long they had my vehicle long as it was running correctly and safe. I really appreciated this stores service!! Excellent experience here. I appreciate their honesty and helpful attitudes. Was told by my car dealership that I needed new brakes. Les Schwab let me know that I still had many many more miles left before I needed to replace them. Also, even before they had a chance to inspect them, because I indicated that I wanted the brakes replaced as soon as possible, they ordered my parts ahead of time anyway so they could get me in and out as soon as possible. Highly recommend.

Extremely hard working technicians who never stopped despite triple booking. Knowledgeable about weird GSA payments and vehicles and fair pricing. If you don’t make an appointment, don’t complain about wait times.

First of all, my in-store experience was fine, no issues there. 4 stars for that.1 star for their severely poor handling of credit, and not doing what they say they will. I had bought tires on credit from another other store years ago, and paid off that credit. When I came to this store, I was told my credit account had to be moved from the other store to this one(this honestly should have been the red flag to go elsewhere). After the account was moved, I was able to get my tires installed, and I was on my way.When it came time to make my first payment, I logged in, and found that the site was still showing my old paid off line of credit, and I was unable to make payments. After calling in about it, I was told it would be fixed the following Monday. It was not, and from here on, it was a game of phone tag where at best I was told to come into the store to make my payments(during my working hours of course). After ~2 months of this they finally fixed my account so I can pay online. A few days after I send in my first payment, I get an email informing me that my payment was rejected, and sent back.Im now in a position to get fully caught up, including the late fees that are the fault of LS, but now my account is disabled. Unless you can pay up front, and will not need to use a line of credit, avoid like the plague.

I badly needed a new set of tires, and was offered 3 pice points (the lowest price set were under $500, so I dont know where people get the idea that LS is more expensive than other tire service shops.) I showed up without an appointment when they were quite busy, but they were still able to finish my car in a couple hours. I also appreciate that they were taking every reasonable precaution with masks and sanitation practices.

Also, its worth putting your money in a company with old school NW neighborly values and positive vibes. This Kenmore location has always been the best Les Schwab experience in the area. The Oregon locations Ive been to after trailer tire blowouts also have provided way beyond satisfied experiences, taking it the extra mile.

Great service and busy at this time of year! Plan ahead if you dont want to wait. They take care of the big orders and the little problems with equal concern. Les Schwab has always been known for honesty and free tire repairs so its a pleasure doing business with them. They make sure youre taken care of when you come in, even without an appointment or calling ahead. They offer a lot more services beyond tire sales and repairs. As far as I can tell, about the only thing they dont do is change the oil. With Les Schwab, you can be confident the work will be done right at an honest price.

This specific shop has a fantastic staff. Got a lift kit and new tires put on and they were timely and updated me on the progress extremely well.

José changed my flat and filled my tires quickly. He was friendly and professional. Fine experience.

They provide a quality service and the mechanics are great. My only complaint is about the woman, Trish, at the front desk. She extremely rude to us and other customers that came in.

I was told I would have to wait an hour. Ended up being two and prices were much too high for a simple brake job. Did the work myself.

Although the work they do is quality, unfortunately the customer service and attention to detail is lacking. I called and someone helped me make an appointment. When I showed up for my appointment, the front desk lady said I wasn’t on the schedule and that I should have scheduled online. If scheduling can only be done online then staff should provide consistent messaging and refrain from scheduling over the phone. Luckily they still fit me in. Afterward a different staff took down my email to send me a quote for another service. It has been over a week and I have yet to receive the quote. With such poor follow-through I will go to another location in the future.

Been here twice so far. Both times for a tire change and they went above and beyond to rotate my tires with the new ones, free of charge. Went today and they got me out of there relatively fast even though they were busy. Always really nice employees. I like that the mechanics come and break down the price with me, that was a rare service in the south. 5/5, will be a regular customer here since Ive busted two tires in one month already since Ive been here.

Today was my first experience at Les Schwab and I was absolutely WOWED by the service we received. They offered us a free tire check and repair without hesitation and no pressure for a sale. The manager and all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I also liked how they made our experience and time with them enjoyable - the popcorn really helped make the time fly by.

What a great experience. Had a bit of a wait but was rewarded in the end because they fixed my tire and didnt charge for it! Just told me to consider their business when getting my next set of tires. So a small gesture will win them a loyal customer that will go to them when I need tires for both of my cars.

No idea what happened to this place, but speed, quality, and knowledge is a challenge to me here.Let me start off with the suggestions for chains or socks on particular vehicles when I know for a fact theyre not ever recommended. On these vehicles, only all weather tires or studded tires are recommended. One person was smart by checking the manuals before moving forward.I understand that walk ins tend to complicate the order of everything, but a certain group should be designated to handle them since they cant be avoided.Having said that, I cant believe we had to wait 6 hours to have tires (already mounted on wheels) to be swapped and tire pressure adjusted. 6 hours?!The old crew from 4 years ago and back would have handled that within 2.Also having rechecked my dads car with the work they have done in the past, and Im shocked at what I had found, or should I say missing or poorly installed/reinstalled. Super shoddy work if thats what you wanna call it.I was a technician before and people should ask themselves would I be happy giving this to my mom or dad?...

Amazing as always! They found a screw in my tire and fixed it for free in 40 minutes on a Saturday. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

These Guys are terrific! While driving home last week I hit something in the road that got a flat tire. I pull into the Kenmore location 5 minutes before they closed. The guys did not have a tire that fit my car and it would take a few days to get so they put a spare on so I could get home. The next day I called my dealership and they had one that could be put on right away. They guys at Les Schwab said not problem just bring us back our tire at no charge! What? no charge wow it was so surprising to get great service just because it is the right thing to do!

Led Schwab is awesome! I was in getting 3 tires replaced under warranty when a troubled soul came in and needed a part for her car to get from Bothell to Liberty WA. She had a small amount of money; but not enough. Led Schwab paid the portion of the part she could not pay for just to help her out!! Yes, I will recommend and continue to bring business their way.

Shop guys are great and do good work but the ladies working at the desk seem short with you and like you need to tell them everything they should already know from booking the appointment. Was very disappointed.

I like Les Schwab a lot. I went in to have them fix a slow leak and patch my tire. I have no reason to complain since they dont ever charge to do that. But they told me 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Three hours later it was finally done. Please, just be honest, I would not have had it done if I knew it was going to be that long.

Its a reality that they come out to see you in the parking lot.. great customer service like Les always expected it to be.. its what keeps me coming back again and again..Highly recommended to all in need of tires brakes and rotors ect..

Good service, if a bit pricey. Lots of stores in the chain all over the West coast, handy if tires you bought there need servicing while traveling. Firm has a reputation for being good to its employees and I like that.

I was wondering why my tires were getting flat more often. They assured me my treads were fine. Now I dont remember what nail they found but they found it. I do remember their showing me the strangest thing they found stuck in another tire: a mini replica of the Eiffel Tower... Glad to always have you guys check on tire pressure. I feel so much more secure when the alerts go off and I know I can ride up almost anytime youre open.

I went in to Les Schwab 2 weeks ago and had a great experience that was much better than my long term (15yrs) experience had been with Discount Tire. I needed to have tires mounted on new rims and add TPMS sensors to them. I called and received a quote that was slightly cheaper than what I paid at Discount a month earlier for 20” rims on my wife’s car. I was told to make an appointment on line, which I did with no problem. I arrive and was told that was just the sensor price and it would be $100 more, not happy but I was already there and again had great service prior to this visit. I drop the car off along with wheels and tires then receive a message stating give them a call to see if I was ok with the price? I call back and it has gone up an additional $50 and they were just finishing up torquing the wheels. Everything was done so how do I say no the price doesn’t work, you have my car and are done with the work!! The reason was they are 19” wheels, but when I was given the quote initially it was priced based on the fact that they were 19”?? I spent $150 more for the same service I had done at Discount Tire on 20” wheels. I was a going to convert and become a loyal Les Schwab customer but after being hoodwinked today I’m no longer a fan.

I showed up 15 minutes before close with a huge chunk of steel in my tire and they had me fixed and on the road 2 minutes after close. I purchased the tires there originally and they were not terribly expensive. This tire couldnt be saved but it was covered by their road hazard warranty and replaced free of charge. Staff were all quick and friendly even though Im sure they wanted to go home.

I was treated with great care and excellent service! My left brake caliper locked up after work and Les Schwab took me in and accommodated me right away, even until after hours. My brakes were under a 3 year warranty and they didnt charge me a dime for the parts and labor for the repair. They even offered to give me a ride home if I didnt have one. Thanks for the excellent service and for the genuine care for the customer. I will be back. This place is very busy and I recommend it.

After they looked at the problem with my tire they told me that it would need to be replaced. They recommended checking with the company that I bought the tires from to see if they might be covered by warranty. And they did not even charge me for looking at my Tire.

I am usually a HUGE fan of Led Schwab. My one complaint is that I buy these tires and in order to keep the warranty valid I need to have regular rotations. It takes hours to get them to do it. Waste of my time. They should have a dedicated person for that service

Love the guys here. They have helped me get my hitch adjusted to the correct height, fixed flats on tires they didnt sell me and at that same visit found dangerous problems in my trucks steering, like...life and death while towing issues with my steering. They had it all fixed up by the next day and now that big F350 doesnt wander all over the lane....Yay

This is by far the worst les schwab I have ever been too!!!! They don’t listen or do what is asked. They didn’t greet me. Every other store has been great! So I would go to any store but this one!!!! What an embarrassment

Seemed to not want my business, very short and told me if I had a brake problem I would have to schedule something with their brake shop. Went to another Les Schwab and they were very accommodating.

Great experience with a brake check! They gave me a full inspection and let me know my brakes are fine and just the rotors are what are causing all the screeching. Would highly recommend!

So far the Lady at the front was extremely rude and short with us and actually tried to talk us out of getting our battery looked at by repeating that will be over an hour wait, she also patronized us for not knowing off hand the exact phone number to the account even though it was the first one I gave her. Normally I dont write reviews but I am insulted and cant recall the last time I have had such a bad experience.Everyone else was very nice and friendly, it was only the lady at the front Shyanne? Maybe that was rude.

As a young small female I must have looked like an easy target. Too bad I actually know a thing or two about cars. I ran over a nail that couldnt be patched and they insisted that I had to have all FOUR tires replaced on my Subaru. My tires are a year old. I took my car elsewhere and they assured me I would be just fine with only the one tire replaced. The guys at Les Schwab also insisted that my right front strut was leaking and proceeded to quote me $950 for fixing ALL FOUR, even though only one was leaking. Absolutely ridiculous. Turns out it wasnt leaking at all either. Nice try sleaze balls.

Could have done without someone driving my car at least 54 miles after resetting the trip meter. Left dirty smears on the glove box about knee height. First problem, but pretty steamed they blew me off when I asked how my trip meter reading went backwards. Was 63.9 when dropped off, just bought the car, so certainly noticed.

I got a flat on my trailer right by this Les Schwab. It was Saturday so of course they were busy. They said they could replace my tire in three hours. Not knowing what else to do I agreed. That was around 2 pm. About 4:45 I got a call saying that the tire was not in stock giving me no time to go anywhere else. When I came back to retrieve my flat tire, I wasnt even offered an apology.
