1-star, only because you have to enter something to comment. The place is clean and sterile... its a Starbucks! The coffee is consistent... its a Starbucks. The staff is politically polite with all the correct corporate blather... its a Starbucks. New employees look at the sticker on the cup to make sure they say my name correctly, to make me feel all warm and gooey. If you dont know me pleeeze dont act like my best bud... its a Starbucks! Oh yeah, when a newbie who doesnt know me mispronounces my name, thats a real charmer... its a Starbucks. When Im on the road I actually seek out a Starbucks... No surprises... ITS A STARBUCKS!!!

Pretty busy drive thru. I asked for no ice and they accidentally put ice in my drink. I told them Ive asked for no ice and they fixed it right away and gave me the iced one too for free. They were really quick and acted fast on the mistake! It was impressive!

ADREA was extremely rude just now. Walked away from me twice and shushed me when I asked for a straw. Unbelievably bad way to start my. 25 hour day. And I usually tip these baristas $5. Not today. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any Starbucks.- traveling nurse

Big, spacious, friendly people, real Cafe, bathrooms open, actual tables and seating! Not too crowded, but room for most off peak times.I feel like Ive been transported back to a happier time. If youre on the way to Seattle from the north end via any kind of transit or long drive, just STOP HERE FIRST. Youll be glad you did.

I knew a guy who was in management here and he said it was regularly one of the highest volume stores - at that time. Still does great business. Theyre so fast here!

Indoor seating area is open with tables roped off for social distancing. Helpful baristas and clean store. One of two Starbucks to stop for a break when on a walk, run or biking on the stretch of the Burke-Gilman spanning the length of Kenmore and Lake Forest Park.

I went through the drive through and received excelent service there. I ordered a few drinks and some snacks and even though there was a busy line, the employee taking my order (I believe their name is Ria) was very friendly and thanked me for stopping by. Their enthusiasm was lovely and really brightened my day. Drinks were perfect and were a nice treat for my wife working at home. Thank you again.

This Starbucks doesn’t know how to make vanilla latte. I’ve only ordered iced vanilla latte from Starbucks more than 10 years, and I know how it should taste like. Since I moved from Kirkland to Kenmore, I’ve tried iced vanilla latte from this store more than 10 times, and every time I taste their iced vanilla latte, I always get so frustrated from just one sip. It tastes burnt from an awkward proportion of espresso shots, milk, ice, and vanilla syrup. It is a bummer especially when I order it from a drive-thru because it is a hassle to go back to store and ask to remake it. My friend who ordered iced vanilla latte from this store agreed with me, we ended up going to a different Starbucks, and they kindly remade new vanilla latte for us, thanks to generous Statbucks drink replacement policy! My assumption is that the manager or baristas of this store who teaches their new employee how to make their drinks might confuse their recipe of iced vanilla latte.

We enjoy the large size of this Starbucks, plus there are plenty of tables and they feature a large cozy fireplace thats great in the colder months. The store is conveniently located off of a major road and across the street from a major bicycle and pedestrian trail. It also has a drive thru and a nice patio.

Love this location. Decided to write a review after the awesome guy there called other locations to see if they had the Halloween tumblers I was looking for (wish I could remember his name!). Great customer service and bomb drinks 10/10 would go again.

I wish the drive thru was a bit better. I was stuck in line and the person beside me was trying to get out of their parking spot. I couldn’t move forward or backward since there were cars there too. Sat there awkwardly.

When you enter Starbucks you have an idea of what experience youre going to get. Fast service, good quality food, internet2 in a relaxing place. Starbucks with all of that, exactly what I was looking after a weekday commute. What I purchased was an hour relaxation.

Great coffee and ever pleasant staff. Looks like its been remodeled since the last time I visited this location-much more open and airy. Like the new low rise booth seating too. Now very comfortable for weary bones. Will definitely swing by this location more often. Bathrooms are very clean to boot.

One of the best Starbucks in the area. This is a bigger Starbucks with lots of tables and chairs. Perfect for meetings or small group gatherings. Also has a drive thru too. Staff is almost always friendly and speedy. I totally recommend making this Starbucks one of your go-to locations.

I come here daily as it is very close to my house. I find the staff exceptionally nice. The fireplace is great, the food is tasty, they have lots of charging stations for devices, and it has a friendly neighborhood coffee house vibe despite being a chain. I just get drip coffee which is consistently good Overall a nice store with the friendly people being a draw.

These baristas made our day! We had some issues with our UberEats drivers & the order taking a while. When we got our order, they had wrote a little note letting us know they remade our order so it was fresh for us! As healthcare workers, we appreciated that more than anything!!

Not so good. Salad was frozen ( chicken was actually crunchy) and had chunks of ice amongst the lettuce. Was given another salad which was still extremely cold but edible. AND, amazingly, the drip coffee was cold too. Whats up?

I have been going to this location all year and continue to struggle with this Starbucks. They have yet to get my drink/order correct and if I ask them they are rude about it, especially if I ask them to remake it. More times then often I leave frustrated with the customer service and inaccuracies. My recommendation if you are looking for a Starbucks to sit at go over to the one off of Beardslee it is 100%better in my book.

Place was dirty. Creamer station needed a wipe down and the floor had stuff all over. Nice large area for guests.

A nice cozy Starbucks location! Definitely a good location to stop on your way through the North end of the Puget sound. Easy to access with a lot of parking. My go to place before holes or to the mountains to go skiing.

Its pretty ok. Like most of these locations Ive visited these days, there were a lot of non-customers youll have to mingle with if youre dining in, along with newly posted signs on how to act appropriately in public.

You can find some good deals on their cups, mugs and bottles in the clearance section at most Starbucks stores. I paid $9.99 for a 20oz. stainless steel, double walled, cold beverage bottle w/removable top for $9.99. Its made very well and keeps beverages cold all day.

I used to frequent this store but I stopped because I never knew what I was gonna end up with. To much syrup, no coffee etc. this last time I got something that had a small small hint of coffee but really tasted like hot chocolate flavored water. 6$ in the trash.

It is hit or miss here. It is a pretty busy location so I would say 2 out of 10 times your order is going to be wrong. Employees sem to be going through the motions, but every once in awhile youll get a happy person that smiles. It is convenient but Ive started going to a little local place down the street that already knows my drink when I pull up and it is owned by an awesome gal and my order is always right for my daily and come here for a sit down meet up.

Its Starbucks, the McDonalds of coffee houses. Fast and impersonal. Consistently mediocre.

I have come here everyday for 2 years...as well as other locations. Staff, kinda friendly and attentive, no eye contact so it takes forever to get their attention for a refill; tables, several are wobbly, a bad thing for any coffee house...no effort to fix them over the last 2 years; selection, they dont have the widely marketed products with words like cascara and blonde, that other SBs have, not sure why; I receive regular customer loyalty messages from the SB app with a QR code and a message to show to an employee...I have received many of the messages from SB, no employee understands what it is and what to do with it...? I think the loyalty program is having the opposite effect.

While I realize they probably have new staff since Ive last come by in a week, but its a little frustrating to try to order a coffee, have it remade three times because its wrong, and still have it be wrong the third time and need to go home to fix it because you dont want to hold up the employees anymore. Is salted cream cold foam supposed to be only salt and cream? Because thats all they added. Any time anywhere Ive ordered this specific drink in the last month the salted cream cold foam cold brew had sweetened cold foam. I understand its coffee, but if Im paying something like $5.25 for a cold brew and have to return home to fix it so I find the flavor tolerable, I think thats a bit of reasonable frustration. If the cold foam is what youre after dont come to this location until maybe they can be consistent with other locations. To at least leave a positive note, the chicken chipotle wrap is awesome and at least the workers here are nice.

I have been consistently frustrated with this Starbucks location. I would say 80% of the time there is something wrong with my order. Today I placed a mobile order and when I arrived, they had given my drink to someone else. They had another of the same drink (The one that should have been for the person who got mine) but it didnt have the things I had specialized- half decaf and whole milk... They offered to make a new one but I took the one that was ready because I didnt want to be late to where I was going. It tasted like a plain latte until I reached the bottom where ALL the flavor was (ive never had that problem with this drink before) and of course too sweet to drink at that point.

Most days its OK...today, for the 2nd time, I stood waiting to be helped by one person who was obviously designated for walk-ins...while 4 others we also behind the counter doing whatever they do...No one jumped in to help, or even acknowledge my wait...seems not to be very helpful. ..I just left...last time I mentioned it but no one seemed to care.

Great atmosphere. The seats by the fireplace are my favorite. Nice and cushy.

All done with this location, even though I live in the neighborhood. I have been here 4 times in the last couple of months using the drive thru. My order was wrong twice. They were always very apologetic and immediately fixed my order without question. I just don’t have the time to have a simple coffee request redone. And I’m talking a simple request, I always order with heavy cream. once I get no fat milk, the other time black and wrong size. I am very articulate and have a crisp clean Voice (I work on the phone for a living).

I have a meeting in Kirkland once a month. Because of long distance and bad traffic I leave early. When traffic is particularly good, I stop here to kill an extra 30-60 minutes I may have. Its the largest Starbucks Ive ever seen. I like the setup and the variety of choices of seating. I am used to super friendly baristas - the ones here are fine, not rude, but if I could easily find another coffee place Id probably check them out.

Felt sorry for the barista, so darn busy. I patiently waited as she was rushing with overwhelming orders. Among the caos she found the time to ask me if I wanted milk or water! I was amazed!We all sat down and got into a conversation when someone walked in. The wind came with, a cold blast busted through the door, strait for our table, we reached for our jackets. This is Starbucks in Kenmore, they really need a double door. As time went on people were coming and going, it got cold in there. Will avoid they location.

Asked for light ice and got a bucket of ice. This was a $5 iced mocha and the barista told me thats how they make their iced mochas with light ice. Dont bother with Kenmore Starbucks.

I think I would like this Starbucks a lot if I had all the time in the world to kill. Its huge and seems very roomy and comfortable, with lots of tables and room for people to read or kill time on their laptops. Unfortunately, I am always on my way to work whenever I stop in and I dont know what the deal is, but the cashiers are not very efficient at taking an order quickly and moving on to the next person. There seems to be too many people at the drive through with headsets just standing around. Their drive through is a little quicker, but not by much. Also, this location has the most f**ked up parking lot Ive ever seen. I think the person who designed it only designed it for cars that were turning right into the parking lot, as if you were on your way to Seattle, not the other way around. Think about it, you turn left and how do you get to the drive through? Its messed up. Then if you actually do use the drive through and need to turn left to go to Bothell, how do you get out? You have to do a whole other loop around just to get to the light and turn left. I know thats not the fault of the people that work there, however. Anyways... maybe one day I wont be in a hurry and/or Ill come in on the weekend when I can spend a whole day sippin lattes.

Do you ever have one of those mornings where it starts off horrible? Well today my morning was not going well at all. I went through the drive thru and had a gift card but wasnt sure if the balance would cover a grande Carmel macchiato. When I got to the window I realized I didnt have my debit card with me to cover the remaining balance for what the gift card didnt have on it. The barista working the drive thru just asked what beverage I wanted and to go through the line. When I got to the window I went to hand her my gift card and she said nope, we dont need that. They made my drink in my cup I provided and sent me on my way! Showing compassion and being so kind on a Morning that wasnt going well for me really made my morning better! Thank you for your empathy and great cup of coffee! Ill be back with money! Thank you so much again for being kind! ❤🙌☕

This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Their baristas do not know how to make drinks properly. I have given them multiples attempts to redeem themselves and everytime I go, I leave disappointed. The last time, I went through the drive thru and they added 2 extra pumps of sugar to my tall drink. I order a double tall 1 pump sugar free vanilla latte. Once I question them because the sticker on my cup didnt specify 1 pump, the batista said no she made it with 3 pumps. She then re-made my drink. Once she handed me my remake I drove away only to realize she had handed me a triple tall flat white. Clearly showing the lack of awareness and care.

Today in the morning I get to buy a coffee. I always buy the caramel macchiato but when I gave it to my coffee, it was bitter and it did not have any caramel. but I had an appointment can not return at that time. So, come back when I finish my appointment. and I explained to the woman that my coffee did not have carml, but the woman was very rude. She wanted to charge for the coffee again when I wanted to ask her why I have to pay for the coffee she never saw the window to talk to me. I have 5 years buying in this starbucks. they are already 3 times that they give me my coffee badly

I have been a regular here for three months. Its a great place to get work done and meet friends. The very spacious atmosphere offers a variety of different seating options including couches (with fireplace), booths, and small and large tables. Excellent Wi-Fi and number of electrical outlets. However, the music can be too loud sometimes depending on which baristas are working.

Asked for light on the ice on drink and gave me full cup of ice, when I asked him for light on the ice again he replied it is light on the ice.When there is ice from bottom of the cup to top is not light on the ice
