This location had THE slowest pharmacy !!! Waiting in the drive thru is as bad as a Tim hortons drive thru! And they also pick and choose the scripts they want to let you know is ready !

Been trying since 10 am to call and find out if my boyfriends medicine is ready. They wont answer the phone, keep hanging up on me, i tried from his phone now his number is blocked i think. Really guys?! Been a customer with this store for a long time and this is how we are treated. Fabulous.

I Had to return a vitamin A bottle for the second time, because the cashier put the same vitamin A bottle I wanted to exchange for vitamin B6, back into my bag of other purchases. When I realized it, I was too tired to return until the next day. This time,there was no problem and I also bought two gift cards. Usually, I am very happy with the service. All your employees are helpful and it is always “ Service with a smile.”Thank you, also for having a rest room available for your customers.

Short changed me five bucks, insisted she was right. Had to use debit. Handed a twenty for a paper bag, got fourteen and change back. Anyones drawer over by five (or more) tonight?Best case scenario, actually.Got the merchants reciept right here. Sok for you to continue to not respond, as I now expect no less nor more from yall, upon experience.

Ive been going here since this summer. I use to go to the Rite Aid on Sheridan and Colvin. I regret leaving the other Rite Aid now! The employees at this Pharmacy are so rude and unhelpful. I changed because its closer to my house. The last time I went they told me again that my script isnt ready. This happens every month! Im never early, I wait for the text message from Rite Aid...I call now and double check with a person in the pharmacy and they tell me theyre ready. I get to the drive thru and wait, and wait some more. Im sorry your script isnt ready... excuse me? I just called!! Im switching back to the other Rite Aid. Very poor communication with in the pharmacy. Ive had it! All the employees are rude! Front and back! Im done!

The people that work at the pharmacy are absolutely no help! Some how they cant seem to look up my insurance info! When I looked it up myself they still werent able to help me! Waste of time and money

Maria aka Moe at the store on Elmwood and Bryant has been there for years... always helpful and kind to all the customers. She is THE BEST!

Every time I go here they either dont have what I need or are grossly overpriced (ex: its close to $15 for garbage bags that arent no-name BS). Just tried to get ice cream and the boxes are luke cold and squeezable. Save yourself the headache and dont bother stopping to see if theyll have what you need. Chances are they wont!

I remember when this rite aid wasnt 9 hours away from me, this was a good rite aid.

Older women in cashier was very rude to me I told her I was pay with debit she told me slide my card and stick chip in machine, but when I slide it it already said enter pin so why stick chip in there, its either or lady, she told to me to stop telling her job I didnt any else after she said that . I think she need to learn more operating cashiers machines its either slide card or enter chip .
