Always a great place to go. One thing I noticed is the cookie dough blizzard is made with vanilla ice cream here and the kenmore location makes it with chocolate.

Little pricey. The staff there work their tails off to get you your order fast. Friendly staff

You know I always used to have a very good experience here. But this season has been the worst experiences ever at a Dairy Queen. I have gotten hair in my ice cream twice and when I went back to show them they gave me a huge hard time and did nothing for me. Also the employees are very rude when they take your order I asked what was in a couple of ice creams and they told me to read it off the menu its right there instead of just telling me and by the way the menu didnt explain it. Guess I will take the extra trip out to the boulevard Dairy Queen.

Ordered take out and the banana split was a disaster. Everything was smashed together and it was leaking out the side of the container. Barely any whipped cream or topping and it was warm. Will not be returning to this location.

Buster bars were tiny. Way smaller than normal. They definitely used a smaller cup. And they had virtually no fudge whatsoever. Theyre clearly cheating here.

Just stopped by for some ice cream after my daughters dance class, as it was perfect night for it. There is plenty of parking, and the cashiers are always very friendly. Its usually very busy, so we got lucky and there wasnt a line.

Purchased the save around discount card specifically because there were dairy queen coupons. When we arrived this evening the cashier verified that the location and discount were correct before we redeemed the discount to the phone via the app. A very detailed coupon popped up however when the cashier asked the supervisor for details the supervisor said they only accept printed coupons. So DQ on Elmwood in Kenmore either train your staff better, dont participate in an advertising program you either dont understand or dont plan to follow or lose customers because I will be happy to let everyone I speak to know about king condrells around the corner.

It should provide more options like gluten free, original, organic treat.

I ordered for two vanilla ice cream corns today and the girl got me two large cups of ice cream instead😠 I got so pissed but didn’t wanna over react. The ice cream was great but next time their employees gotta pay attention to their guests

I was there on 8/17/2015 with my 2 children at approximately 11:50 am. I ordered 2 medium Original Orange Julius. The woman with long hair mid 30s, 56 tall. She took my order and made it herself. She gave me 2 small drinks and rang me up 2 mediums. I wait 10 minutes later, I asked my son to order 1 small and he got same size-small. When I confronted her, she apologized and refunded my money. It was not busy before or after my order-3 customers in 10 minutes. The drink was watery than any other places. No reason for making a mistake like that.

Dairy Queen is probably the least expensive place to get Quality Ice Cream in Buffalo, a large Sunday at Andersons is proximately $8 where is at Dairy Queen its approximately $4.50

Theyre the latest open ice cream joint near the city, so its hard to find fault here. Quick and easy too. The cup flipping move they do to blizzards before handing it out is always amusing.

Me and my grand son were there at 330 on Elmwood in Kenmore, I got the Free cone and he got the blizzard, they had the news filming people getting ice cream!! Happy first day of spring 🏵️🌹🌺🌷🐜🦗🐞💐😊

I got a gift card I wanted to use up so I ordered a chicken sandwich. I am really glad I did it was delicious. The rice is very good as well.

Ice cream is good of course, but they skimp out almost everytime. Most memorable skimping was when i ordered a brownie sundae and got less ice cream than brownie lol. If there was another option nearby, id go there.

I stopped at the one on Elmwood Ave in Kenmore cuz I had time to spare and I was hungry not starving and my car just automatically pulled in and parked itself!!! :) I got my ole favorite: BLIZZARD W/CHOCOLATE SOFTSERVE AND BUTTERFINGER PIECES...if its possible it was better than I had remembered(not the price though)!!! For a short time I was a little kid again and I enjoyed myself!!! And the very sweet young girl behind the window complemented my CRAZY CAT LADY shirt. :)

Great DQ quality. Nice big parking lot but onsite seating options are limited. Prices are in line with other local DQs which could be lower compared to other ice cream places. Also its outdoor only.
