I went to multiple other repair shops that would not even come outside to look at my truck without an appointment. Went to Maaco and they came out and checked my door, fixed it up and got me my truck back in a couple hours. Great service.

I had the side of my car totaled. Both doors damaged and the back side as well. Luckily Cora was able to advise me that Maco works with local car junk yards at which they can replace my both doors at half the price. Very informative and helpful. I ended up getting the whole car painted as well. Im very happy.Thank you!

How much would a paint job cost on a Acura integra and body detail?

So about a year ago I took my pickup to get painted and it was 3 different colors when I brought it in, I had done some of my own primer myself and they said they would have to take it off themselves and do their own. So I let them, and it took about 6 weeks for them to do the pickup and I had to call and call to tell them to do it cause I drove by every week to see my pickup parked in the back sitting there and so finally they said okay we’ll have it done tomorrow and guess what, they didn’t sand the truck at all they just shot some paint on it with some clear coat and said it was ready, painted the same day and they said I could get it. They didn’t let it even cure, I picked it up and it had dirt underneath the paint and now a year later there is paint chipping off and the bed liner they did is very thin and I haven’t hauled anything in my pickup and it’s falling off and the paint is so bad, I found out that they didn’t sand it when the paint started chipping and it was smooth underneath just like it was when I gave it to them, and the primer they charged us to “take off” was still there!!! Quality is outrageously bad, the time they did everything was dumb, and they basically just stole all my money for very bad work, all they did was get some paint and spray it on and that was it. Never ever again going to them and I am telling my fellow car enthusiasts to never go there as I have proof they are money stealing people with bad quality

PROS:(a) Explained the exact cost, process, and time frame.(b) Met those conditions.(c) Friendly painter! Its refreshing to bump into their painter. He smiles and acts like he appreciates your business.(d) Willingness to follow up on a few small fragments etc.(e) Not $399 but fair prices nonetheless.CONS:(a) They behave a bit testy if you ask too many questions or presume upon them.(b) They consider any paint job under $1k a cheap one with no real room to express concern. I cant imagine anything under $500. Theres no way.(c) Slow as molasses. Be prepared to wait a month to get in and allow them to keep your car for at least 3 weeks.

I was prepared to pay for the deluxe paint job. I didnt even need the the whole thing painted. It just had clear coat issues on the hood and roof that needed handled, no collision or dent repair, no replacements of any kind.....estimate $3850.00, what!?!? Did I step into another dimension. They where recommended by another shop as affordable and quality....I think I fill.that other shop in on the facts.

Sorry guys! I have to write in here. I came to maaco after they offered $1700 for an estimate compared to $3,000 from another shop. My car did look good when I signed and received it; after the first wash, after the wax job was cleaned away, poor detailing and fine scratching from a pad brush was revealed all over the side of my car, including areas I did not pay to have repaired, or even had a problem on the nearly-new 12k old car. Alas, too late after approval from signing.Then, as winter came, I noticed my driver mirror didnt move or heat! When I called the dealer asking about repairs they asked if I had any recent body work... after a phone call to maaco and another appointment, they revealed that the service tech working on my car did not re-connect the cables. Admittedly an easy fix, but a burdensome one in terms of my scheduling.I will never come here again because on one occasion someone was very short with me on the phone and at the end of the day you get what you pay for. I cant be bothered with this quality of work again.

The experience was fast, it was a good turnaround and the repair looked flawless. They even let me know about other needs for my vehicle at pickup.

If I could give negative star I would, first when I arrived to pick up my truck it was dirty and dusty inside,my battery was dead, they jumped started. Battery bad now,

Steve is extremely rude to deal with. I have dealt with another Maaco in Washington and their customer service is far superior to that of the Kennewick location. I do not recommend that you deal with them unless you enjoy being treated poorly.

FALSE ADVERTISING they have no such thing as a 299 paint job lots of additional charges to paint your vehicle the total for a 299 paint job $1184.70 The owner does not even have enough character to own up to the fact that you could never get any kind of paint job for 299. Received an estimate there and was told 99 for a clear coat called the same day and asked the charge for the clear coat and was told 300. Apparently small trucks are bigger than cars so there will be a 200 charge for extra paint! RIPOFF STAY FAR FAR AWAY

Staff said a work vehicle would be done in 2 weeks and at the end of the 3rd week they were rushing to get it done and told us to come get it and literally left when we came to get it leaving us scratching our heads. They have also acted extremely shady and rude when we have asked for updates. Along side knowing it is a work vehicle that is in high demand for us to use and needed back asap. One star and a please avoid this place at all cost from us as a company.
