Amazing people here, from front end, to back. Extremely knowledgeable about their trade and not going to intentionally steer you wrong. Very up front and informative about their process and potential issues that may arise every step of the way. We knew will in advance about delays, such as part production or acquisition due to the pandemic. High quality work, and I would trust my prized possessions with them again without issue.

I have always heard great things about Matthews Auto Body. So when my bumper got smacked from a rogue tire on the highway, I knew who to turn to for help. From the initial assessment, to the work performed, and excellent customer service, they did not disappoint. There was a pretty lengthy wait time, but trust me, it was worth it. Matthews is really great for body work. My van was hit by one of those dumb political signs on a windy day and scraped up the side of my van. Matthews was very professional and detailed throughout the repair process. They also kept me informed as to where they were in the process and supplied pictures. It was a great experience. Also my wife ended up backing up into a truck about 5 months later and they recognized me and treated me with the same professionalism and attention to detail. Definitely recommending to anyone who needs body work.

I wrecked our truck (no one else involved) and didnt want to submit it to our insurance. I got a quote at Mathews and another body shop. The other shop was more than double the cost it would be at Mathews! And it wouldve taken them twice as long to do it. We have taken 2 other cars there in the past and had been very happy with their work. This time we were very happy with the wonderful job they did also! We will be going with them for any needs we have in the future also. I highly suggest you go there for just about any of your needs!

My experience with Mathews auto body was awesome! They got my car in weeks before another body shop could in the tri cities. When I took my car in I got text updates on what was going on with my car! They got my car done in the time they estimated they would. When I got my car back I was and still am extremely happy with the work they did! Mathews did a fantastic job on my Honda Odyssey, replacing and painting the front bumper with a perfect color match and fixing a dent in the rear hatch so that it’s absolutely mint condition. They have a text service and notify you where they are at through the entire process so I never needed to call and check in, which was my favorite part of the entire process. Lilly was the employee who kept me updated via text and she was very pleasant and professional.

I have never seen such great customer service from an auto repair and/ or body shop. They called and personally updated me with an up date of what they actually found as soon as they had a chance to take things apart. They kept in touch through text and answered questions quickly. When my truck went into paint shop they sent pictures. All parts were OEM. Kept in touch with rental car company for me!! No fun being rear-ended but they did their part to make it OK!!

Had them repair a brand new expedition that was smashed into by a semi. They did great work and so far, everything has held up and looks just like new.The best part is their communication. Love the service here. To start out the owner himself assessed the damage, even laying on the ground to look underneath! I had my 2021 Toyota Tacoma taken in to the shop after I was in a car accident. The staff were so nice. Mathews Auto Body has been very easy to work with in dealing with insurance and keeping us informed on repairs in addition to performing high quality work. They’ve handled two vehicles, one a repair and the other a total loss declaration, and in both cases made it very easy in working with insurance.

I had front end damage to my car. They took care of everything - even dealing with my insurance company directly so that I didnt have to make any calls! My car is older and I was worried the paint may not match but it was exactly matched! They even thoroughly cleaned my car for me which was a nice surprise. I was very impressed with their customer service, and texting to update me on the status of my repairs. They completed the repairs in the time estimate they gave to me. I highly recommend them. Two friends told me the same thing and they were right.

They were open an honest about time expectations from the beginning. My wheel bearing ended up going out after the body repairs were done (caused by the accident) and they took my truck back and got the damaged fixed quickly and with no issues. I will never go to another autonomy shop again after this experience.

About 7 years ago when I was living in the Tri-Cities my son and I were involved in a car accident where it took out the back end quarter panel of my eclipse. I took my vehicle to Mathews Auto Body and they did impeccable work. When I got the vehicle back it was in mint condition and looked like the day I bought it.Mathews Auto Body was easy to work with, had great customer service, and handled all the insurance for me. The repairs were done right the first time and you could tell they put 100% effort and care into the work they performed.Last weekend my family and I were on a road trip to Montana and a deer ran out in front of us and seriously damaged the entire front end of my Q5 SUV where we are having to get the car towed hundreds of miles back home. I wasnt sure what the insurance would cover but I currently reside in Spokane and told the tow truck driver to take my vehicle to Mathews Auto Body in the Tri-Cities. Even though it is a 2 hour additional drive and the additional tow may not be covered by my insurance there is not another auto body repair shop I would rather my vehicle be then in the hands of this company. My mind was instantly put at ease knowing that I wouldnt have concerns or hassles. They left such a significant impression on me 7 years ago with quality and service that I am willing to pay out of pocket to have my vehicle towed and fixed 2 hours away from home. My car suffered some damage when I was hit by a vehicle failing to yield the right away. They immediately went to work on my vehicle having it towed to their facility and ordering the parts and coordinating with the insurance company. Easy as pie. COVID-19 affected the shipping of some of the parts which delayed the return of the vehicle to me but I was highly satisfied with their performance. Their work is spot on as always. I know they pushed this is fast as they could and they beat my expectations.

All three were extremely sweet and professional. The work was quality and my paint matched perfect. They also detailed and washed my vehicle which was a big bonus for me lol.
