Very helpful. Last minute rental needed and they had it ready for me an hour after I called. Hourly rate available super cheap.Located at home depot in Richland is where i rented from. Home depot staff helped me. In and out with a refund of over half the balance of miles I didnt use.

My girlfriend made a reservation for a 16-inch truck that we were going to use to move all the way from Washington State to Texas. We show up at the appointment time to pick up our truck and the guy lets us know that he has no trucks. He calls the person that supposedly oversees all of Tri-Cities tells that person that hes got three reservations and no trucks. He hands the phone to my girlfriend to speak to the guy and the guy tells her that there are no trucks anywhere in Tri-Cities even though their system is allowing reservations Penske refuses to help.
