Stopped in after seeing a movie Saturday afternoon. We ordered the chocolate chip with walnuts which was flavorful and has the perfect balance of walnut and chocolate ratio. We got the lemon sugar cookie as well which is always a favorite of ours. The young lady who was working there was nice and helpful.

Wow...these are amazing! Be careful one bite and you’ll be hooked. The chocolate chip cookies are the bomb and taste like cookie dough. It’s the perfect balance of flavor, softness, crispy edges, chocolate chunks, etc. The only cookies that are comparable are the Costco chocolate chip ones. You’ve got to check this place out!

Besides the cookies being phenomenal, I left my purse there! I went back and it was still there with nothing gone. Kind people, great cookies, and a charming atmosphere. Great for a little treat with the kiddos.

The original and bull chip are the best! The double chocolate mostly tastes like almond extract, so not my cup of tea personally. But the OGs are everything. Customer service always perfect. Parking can be difficult.

The cashier tonight was so rude. She has no business being in customer service. In fact when I was trying to ask her a question, she couldnt hear me as she had her head phones in her ears. When she saw I was talking, she angrily tore her ear buds out. The first time we stopped in, the choc chips were out. She said she would have more in 30-40 minutes. When we came back, she said she was busy rolling cookies, she said she hadnt put them in. Why doesnt a cookie shop have cookis made?

Ive been going here for the past 2 years at least 3 times a week. I order the same 2 bags of chiplettes each time. Ive never had an issue ever with staff members, but recently Ive had a couple encounters with one particular lady. I dont know her name and I hate to assume but possibly shes asian? She worked last night around 5pm. Shes been rude before but this time I could not not say anything. Yesterday I stopped to get my 2 bags and when I walked in she had a friend sitting in there with her and I waited til her and him were done talking because she didnt acknowledge me. I asked for my bags she got them gave me the same total it always is. I paid with a $5 for $1.50 in change and then asked to try the peanut butter chiplettes. I had already received $1.50 back in change and was searching for another quarter so I didnt have to break another $5. There was a little tin with mostly pennies in it and I grabbed a quarter and said oh wait can I have my $5 back I found a quarter here! she responded so youre going to steal from my tips?! I said I assumed this was a take a penny leave a penny thing, as it does not say TIPS she got a bigger attitude and proceeded to be rude and I said Please give me my change from my $5, thanks and I left. My degree is in Human Resources so Im pretty well versed.. Never would I speak to a customer in the fashion. Also being called a thief is beyond disrespectful, I was baffled. Please put a sign that says TIPS so people are aware. I would have been more than welcome to walk across the street where I live to come back and replace her .25 cents. Next time I see her I will be more than happy to let her know how I feel if the manager does not. Totally unacceptable.
