The self checkout is awesome! I get what I need check myself out at my pace, and Im on my way, but if I ever need help finding something theres plenty of smiling faces to lend me a hand. Cant find the price for something? They all have handheld devices at their disposal to answer that question for you too! Or theres always the mobile app for your phone. Very versatile business! Awesome!!!

Its Walmart... Great as always.Could be a little more organized(more established signs like the one in Cleveland Texas for example.) Besides that, I like it. Its organized, traversable & the people are cool 😎

Had a good shopping experience today. There was plenty of the things I like to shop for in stock, the lines were short and moved quickly. I used the self checkout and the clerk for that area was helpful and nice. We had a pleasant chat while I waited for my turn. Yet she still preformed her job during this time, flawlessly, answering all questions and keeping the line moving smoothly. My only complaint is that there werent any electric carts available for people like me who walk with crutches. Though having said that, usually theyre are a number of carts on site for those who need them. Despite that small inconvenience, it was an enjoyable trip and I was able to get all the supplies I needed and be on my way in no time. Go check out this branch, youll be glad you did.

AVOID DLAND THE FRONT END MANAGER!!! Very discriminating man who hates white people and corporates need to terminate him because he’s an embarrassment to the entire store! He fires white people without cause and lies about what the reason is and he waits till you screw up then he carelessly fires you

Employees have always been very friendly. Multiple times Ive been looking for something thats gone on the shelf and employees will search the back of the store until they find it. Ive always been a very happy customer while holiday shopping because of this. Prevents me from having to go search for items at another store and the employees always seem happy to help!

Worst lines. Only want you to use self checkout. We are not cattle. Will go to brookshires. Brookshires has the best fruits and vegetables anyways.

Typical Wal MartNeeded help in the jewelry department.Waited 15 minutes and no one showed up.When I finished shopping and went to check out, there was only one cashier. All the others were self checkout. I dont get a discount for checking myself out so dont use self checkout.I Wal Mart dont care about their customers they shouldnt be in business.

Parking lot is never full! Store is large so it never feels crowded!

Location is easy to get to and parking is better than most.

Everytime I come to this Walmart I have an issue. Today was by far the worst. I have a disabled mother. I parked to go grab her an electric cart to do her shopping and I was told by the door greeter that they only have one. That is just completely insane to have one cart for injured or disabled individuals. Especially at a Walmart. If you track the # of individuals that come in, you should at least have 5 electrical carts per entrance. I had to leave and drive out of my way to Longview to get her shopping done. I will be contacting corporate office about this issue.

Only one lady at the service desk, but she was fast and courteous. Even though it was close to closing, she never got impatient.there was a long line at ten til 9.

A very clean and organized store. Aisles are wide enough to pass two grocery carts through with spare room. It doesnt feel cluttered. The management is very helpful.

A manager working at the Kilgore Walmart named “Amee” started an argument with me over the wrong price being shown. Amee got in my face and screamed at me for wanting to check for the right price. It was very unprofessional for her to be in my space screaming at me. I will be taking this complaint further

The crew is nice and since it’s a small town pretty much know everyone the bathrooms are clean. other than that It’s a walmart nothing special about it.

Went 3 different days 3 different times, couldnt get any help in the jewelry department to buy a watch. Last time I was there I asked three different employees for over 30 minutes and never got anybody to help. I left in disgust. And ordered the watch I wanted on Amazon.

Clothes selection leaves you wanting more. A couple of colors. Like the brands just if you dont shop in February for spring, you miss out and theres not much chance of restocking. As prices go up and quantities are smaller I hope this multimillion dollar company will do right by people. Smh

A Very unfriendly Walmart! Quit telling the door greeters to check for recipes a door a door greeters job is Exactly what it intels to GREET at the door! Not harass the costumers you have it backwards you have assist protection and the police to check for thrift, please train your employees to do the actual job they signed up for ! I was shopping for my mother to get some Mothers Day gifts for her so she could be happy for herself.

Im always hesitant to try and shop this Walmart because they rarely have even the most basic of needs and there is a big chance they will be out of stock on most items you need anyway. Ive learned Im able to take a look at their inventory online in order to decide if a shopping trip will be any success.

This 5 stars is not for Wal-Mart. Its for the lady who worked in automotive April 2 (Sabrina maybe?) around noon. She went above & beyond when I wanted to buy a canoe. I only asked about a inventory/price check. When the person she called didnt want to help, she took me herself to locate & retrieve the item. Give her a raise!!! Lol

Over all they have a great inventory I have to say that the Cleaning is number 1 and thats all over the store doesnt matter wich department is it must of the times are Clean and organize and all the inventory is restock very frequently but like everything in this world is always room for improvement specially on the customer service area, and this is something that Ill been noticing lately all over, its really sad seeing how they have a bunch of kids all over the place with a huge lack of knowledge of what it means Costumer Service and the importance of having in a daily basis great representative taking care in the right way of their costumers, hopefully someone is paying attention to what really matters.....Always remember that doesnt matter how small the spend off any costumer could be thats what is contributing to put a paycheck on the hands of every single store Associates.Please learn how to show reallyCARE AND CONCERN!!!GOOD LUCK & BEST WISHES

Its ok for a small town store. People are very nice. Shelves half stocked like other walmarts. I wouldnt call it a super center.

About half the customers and one quarter of the employees dont wear masks. Carts are all over the parking lot and the store could use some cleaning.

Grocery Delivery experience over the last year has been terrible. Sometimes orders just aren’t picked up (so they are never delivered) and they make no effort to contact you about it. I’ve had several express orders not get delivered because a driver never showed up and was told they would be delivered first thing the next day and it never happened. When I called to contact the store about it, the employees don’t really seem to care.There was one time when a manager actually came and delivered the groceries herself and I really appreciated her. I wish I had gotten her name so I could highlight her.Additionally, they always pick out expired items, and say that items were unavailable but when I end up going up to the store right after the items are delivered those “out of stock” items are all there and fully stocked.I like the idea of grocery delivery because it would make my life a lot easier but I always end up having to go up to the store or it just causes more trouble than it’s worth when they just don’t show up.

I have never actually been in the this Walmart but use their grocery pickup at least 2 times a week. Every time it has been a good experience even if they forget something. Everytime I call the employees are very helpful.

Kilgore Walmart is so behind with their self check. I wish they would match the other surrounding stores. They never have enough cashiers and theyre self check is only for small purchases, however you have people bringing full buggys to self check because there is always a wait. Hate having to go to this store.
