Wonderful time. Lots of great deals!!! Sales associate treated us like valued customers. We were greeted and she made eye contact and was very respectful and she thanked us for our purchases.

New location is great. Only complaint is that I couldnt find the clearance section, idk if it was because it had recently opened or what but I will go back and check. Every Friday they offer 15% off for anyone under 55 i believe and seniors i think its every Tuesday (not really sure).

Love this store l! The clothing and things sold here are not expensive! One can get pretty much any item at a good price and the clothing is at a good quality. They also have some pretty home decoration at reasonable price. Kitchen items, toys, shoes and electronics a little bit of everything. The perfect store if you are looking for a gift!

Just left burkes from buying a shirt for my daughters concert. The lady working this morning was more interested in talking to someone on the business phone than doing her job. She wadded the shirt up in a ball an put it in the bag with her back to me talking crazy on the phone the whole time then stared me down in my car til i left. Middle age woman with dark skin and hair. Really rude and dismissive every time i go in, always looks angry. Wish my job let me get a check for being lazy and rude.

Store is kept clean. Has alot of different things to offer. Friendly staff. Fair pricing

UPDATE.. : Kilgore PD.. got issue solved....I had to come back and change my review. A recent happening in the store showed how much the employees did not care and told to numerous untruths, very sad.

I like Burkes it is kind of like a Walmart the prices are not too bad on some things and some things theyre kind of but thats the way Walmart is too but its a good store
