They were great. From the person that let me in the door, locked because of the state mandates regarding the deadly coronavirus of course, to the person that checked me in, to the audiologist that tested my hearing, everyone was very friendly, professional, and I walked out with a printout of my hearing status (and hearing loss) in my hand. It was like going to visit friends.

Melissa & staff are great about helping my husband with his hearing aids. He lost one and needed a replacement. The one he lost was ill-fitting so they quickly made another cast of his ear so the new one is presumably better. They researched the way to replace it at the least cost to us, and offered a payment arrangement. We appreciate the level of care, and understanding of our financial situation.

Very professional, but I still feel funny getting my ears checked using the same word patterns that Ive actually memorized (quite by accident, really!), and maybe I did better on the test than I should have, were it a randomized test of sorts, using computer generated words...
