My husband, Paul, & I agree that Miracle Ear is the hearing aid place to be.We found our office by accident & have not regretted it one bit.The staff is very Professional, Kind, Understanding & Customer Service is Great.I walked in to possibly get my husband better hearing aids than the standard noise amplifiers, which we did find.Later I found I also had a small problem with hearing.My daughter & husband have both stopped asking me didnt you hear me? I took my mom to Miracle Ear. Vanessa, the receptionist, was especially friendly and kind, and tries hard to help with the scheduling of out-of-towners. Viola, the specialist, was really knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Everything at this business was grade A.

The office is always clean and comfortable with coffee available. The receptionist is very helpful.Viola, the instrument specialist,is excellent at evaluating your tones frequencies range and adjusting the instruments so you can enjoy music and conversation again. If you have a problem, say the little thing that holds the speaker in, you can drop in unannounced and get it fixed fairly quickly. Great service

Ben Parker did the greats job helping me with my hearing. He is so nice and explains everything and knows what he doing and you know he not just telling what want hear. He set me up with my hear aids and has ask me every week how they are working out for me. I had may mom and dad go see him and they love the experience with him he told them everything how to us thier hearing aids and took his time with them. They told me that Ben was so nice and personable and that how I feeled when I was there. I will be telling everyone I know about Miracle Ear and how good Ben is with his patience.
