Pierre greeted me in. Wanted own pads put on truck. Said be about 2 hrs without an appt. Glanced at him replacing pads. Took 1 hour. Overly Satisfied with his work. Charged for labor. Will be using his shop again. Lounge area. Clean restroom.

My family has been using this shop since I first started driving. The staff are friendly, professional, and honest. Theyve pointed out future maintenance issues, but have never insisted that I needed a repair that wasnt urgent. My family has brought the following makes and models to them, and if they couldnt fix it, they pointed us in the right direction or at least gave us some sense of what our next steps should be: Mercedes C-Class, BMW 7 Series, Ford Explorer, Honda Civic, Toyota Highlander, Nissan Pathfinder, Ford F-150, Dodge Journey.Furthermore, their prices are very reasonable, they make an effort to remember their customers, which is something you dont encounter very often anymore, and recognize the value of their customers time. Theyll get you in, diagnose the problem, update you as to the tentative solution, sort the problem and have you back on the road in no time. Ive been using Woodside Automotive for 14 years and plan to continue to use them as long as I live in San Diego, and you should too.

Great place. Got my brakes done here a couple years back and went in yesterday for an emissions leak. They called the dealer to figure out which part was faulty and ordered it for me. Got it fixed within 2 hours the next day. They are straight up and honest guys.

These guys know their stuff! I came in for an oil change and new breathe pads. They said that I needed a new Axel/CV boot. Got all 3 items and was on my way. I gave been using then add my mechanic for years and I love them! I recommend that everyone use them! They really know their stuff when it comes to different makes and models of cars/ trucks/ suvs.

Theyre always very transparent about their work and costs. Ive yet to have a bad experience. Friendly, informative and knowledgeable mechanic. I really appreciate that Pierre showed me the before and after when he completed repairs.

Now I know reviews are being rigged. Ive come to this show two times and both times I left because they were so rude I didnt even get to say a word before I was treated rudely. If this is a 4.9 then they are faking reviews because Ive never had a good experience with this shop.

Got my full synthetic oil change done here and found the best price around (there normal price). I called up just after 8am to price out the oil change, came in with no appointment, was in & out in about 45 min.. if that. No up-selling or surprises, just a super simple and efficient experience. Im glad there so close and recommend checking them out.

Great price, great service! These guys offered great communication, answered emails and phone calls. Used OEM parts, and replaced all of the associated components in my timing belt service. They did the job in one day, showed me all of the old parts, and were helpful and professional. My new favorite mechanic, I will recommend him to everyone.

I went in yesterday without an appointment to have my Jeep looked at not expecting for the problem to be fixed the same day, but to my surprise I had my car inspected and fixed all in an afternoon! Most excellent place to go. Another place I went to told me that I needed to replace my roll up window motor and wanted to charge 350 dollars. I took it to them and they said it was just a bolt that came off and it was only 40.00. So it is not a rip off place. They are my mechanics now.
